Riset kami bertujuan dalam rangka mengetahui hubungan diantara modal manusia (human capital value added), modal fisik (capital employed value added), modal struktural (structural value added) terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE) di entitas industri yang terindeks dalam kelompok Jakarta Islamic index pada Indonesia stock exchange untuk masa amatan periode 2016-2018. Riset ini bersifat riset kuantitatif yang mengkombinasikan diantara data times series dan data cross section dalam bentuk data panel. Berdasarkan pada perhitungan pemilihan model regresi, model yang terpilih adalah model tetap (fixed effect model). Hasil regresi secara bersama-sama diketahui bahwa VAHU, VACA, STVA berpengaruh secara signifikan mempengaruhi financial performance. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara individu diperoleh bahwa modal manusia (VAHC) tidak mempengaruhi financial performance, modal fisik (VACA) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan mempengaruhi financial performance dan modal struktural (STVA) memiliki bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial performance. Variasi hubungan dari ketiga variabel bebas dapat dijelaskan pada nilai adjusted R-squared yang bernilai 0,97 atau 97% hubungan financial performance ditentukan oleh VAHC, VACA, STVA sementara selisihnya sebesar 3% ditentukan akibat ada variable lainnya di luar pemodelan riset ini. Kata kunci : Human Capital (VAHC), Physical Capital (VACA), Structural Capital (STVA), Financial Performance

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap financial perforrmance perusahaan di sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 sampai 2014 dengan menggunakan data panel. Intellectual Capital di proksikan dengan metode value added  intellectual coefficient (VAIC™) dengan komponennya value added human capital (VAHU), value added capital employe (VACA), dan structural capital value added (STVA) digunakan untuk mengukur nilai dasar kinerja bank, sedangkan Financial Performance di proksikan dengan return on assets (ROA). Alat analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi  liner multivariabel dengan penerapan metode model Fixed Effect dengan sampel dari 24 bank dengan purposive sampling, berdasarkan hasil test Chow, Test Hausman, Test Lagrange Multiplier (LM) maka penelitian ini mengunakan prosedur Model Fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian ini menununjukkan bahwa STVA dan VAIC™ berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan VACA dan VAHU berpengaruh positif  dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Hasil Uji F (Simultan) besarnya nilai Adjusted R-squared yaitu 0.381370 yang berarti bahwa variasi variabel ROA dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel VAHU, VACA dan STVA adalah sebesar 0.381370 atau sebesar 38.1370% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61.827 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.   Keyword : Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance, Fixed Effect Model, Banking Sector

The aims of this study to determine how much the influence about intellectual capital (VACA, VAHU, STVA) on financial performance (ROA). The population in this study were go public companies that listed in the Stock Exchange and get the Best Of The Best Companies award by Forbes magazine in Indonesia for the 2015-2016 financial statements. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by purposive sampling technique. Based on the determined criteria obtained 36 samples from 79 existing populations. This study used multiple regression analysis to see the effect of several independent variables to the dependent variable. The results of the study conclude that the Value Added Capital Asset has no effect on ROA, Value Added Human Capital has a significant positive effect on ROA, and the last is Structural Capital Value Added has a significant positive effect on ROA.Keywords: Value Added Capital Asset, Value Added Human Capital, Structural Capital Value Added, ROA

This study aims to support the role of Research and Development on Intellectual Capital on market value (MtBV) and corporate financial performance (ROA).  Using the Pulic model - Intellectual Value Coefficient (VAIC), this study examines the relationship between value added (VAIC) of the three main corporate resources (ie Physical Capital, Human Capital and Structural Capital), the company's market value (MtBV) and corporate finance ( ROA), and also Research and Development (R&D).  The data is gathered from 43 selected banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.  Data analysis uses multiple regression.  The results show that Intellectual Capital (VAIC) does not affect to market value (MtBV), but the compilation of Intellectual Capital (VAIC) developed by Research and Development (R&D) as full moderation can support market value.  Intellectual Capital (VAIC) affects financial performance (ROA), as well as Intellectual Capital (VAIC) supported by Research and Development (R & D) as a quasi-moderation which also strengthening the financial performance (ROA).Keyword : Intellectual Capital (IC), Market to Book Value (MtBV), Financial Performance (ROA), Research and Development (R&D).

This study was conducted to see how intellectual capital (IC) affects company performance (ROA)by entering the size variable in its calculations. This study also analyzes how much financial performancechanges occur as an effect of the efficiency of the use of capital employees (CEE), the efficiencyof using Structural Capital (SCE), and the partial efficiency of using Human Capital (HCE).Research was conducted on conventional banking in Indonesia for the period 2013 - 2017. Theresearch data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Thisstudy found that VAIC had a significant positive effect on ROA, and from the three IC components itturned out that the CEE component had the greatest influence on ROA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital, rate of growth of intellectual capital (ROGIC) dan pengungkapannya terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan return on asset (ROA). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur intellectual capital yaitu value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC™). Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh dari ketiga komponen intellectual capital (VAIC) yaitu physical capital (value added capital employed – VACA), human capital (value added human capital – VAHU) dan structural capital (value added structural capital – STVA) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 250 perusahaan jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital (VAIC), VACA dan VAHU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sedangkan STVA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Serta ROGIC dan ICD tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Return on Asset (ROA).

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance on bank go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The sampel are several bank go public. The research method in this study uses correlation study. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach on model 1a and fixed effect approach on model 1b. The empirical results show that intellectual capital that proxy with Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) have positive significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS) but Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) has negative and  no significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS). Companies that can survive are companies that need to quickly change its strategy from a business based on labor towards knowledge-based business, so that the main characteristics of the company are changed towards a science-based company. This study examines the relationship of value added capital employed, value-added human capital, structural capital value added and financial performance. The method of this research is purposive sampling with a total of 34 samples analyzed by using Eviews version 9. The result stated that value added capital employed has no effect on return on asset, value added human capital has an effect on return on asset, structural capital value added has an effect on return on asset.

The existence of a large difference between the market value and the reported values would make the financial statements are useless for decision making for investors who will invest in the company. The purpose of this study is as a source of information for investors to conduct analysis and investment decisions in the stock market, especially manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The design of this research is done using secondary data and purposive sampling techniques, the overall manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector, listed on the Stock Exchange, from 2011 up to 2014. The research model using multiple linear regression, which was conducted to determine the effect of free variables, Value Added Intellectual Coeffisient (VAIC TM), consisting of: VACA (X1), VAHU (X2), STVA (X3) on the dependent variable is financial performance, which consists of: Ratio on Assets (ROA) (Y1) and Market Value (Y2). The conclusion of this study are: (1) simultaneously (test F), Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) effect on financial performance consisting of ratios Return on Assets (ROA) is 15.078> 2.69; 0.000 <0.05 and Market Value, is 12.047> 2.69; 0.000 <0.05; (2) partially (t test), Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) effect on the financial performance, the ROA is Physical Capital and Structural Capital, namely 0.000 <0.05, and the Market Value of variables, namely Structural Capital course , namely 0.000 <0.05, and 3) in the coefficient of determination R Square or the amount of Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) has a fairly close relationship to the Financial performance Ratio for the variable on Assets (ROA), is 0.558 and Market Value, is 0.515 Keywords: Physical Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital Ratio on Assets and Market Value

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital (VAICTM), with major components of physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU), and structural capital (STVA), on financial performance, with indicators of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data are taken from 10 insurance com-panies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for four years, 2010-2013. The support-ing data include reference books and journals of previous researches. The data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that intellectual capital (VAICTM) has significant effect on the financial performance. Physical capital (VACA) and human capital (VAHU) are significant indicators for VAICTM. Mean-while, structural capital (STVA) is not significant. The indicators of financial perfor-mance, both ROA and ROE, are significantly affected by intellectual capital for four years.

This study explores the way in which intellectual capital characteristics contribute towards a competitive advantage to public sector firms, particularly–State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the intellectual capital and performance of public sector firms.  Another purpose was to find out the difference of SOEs and non SOEs listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange regarding the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance The motivation based on the opinion that public sector in Indonesia had a bad performance compares to private sector. In government context human capital include competence, level of knowledge and integrity. Structural capital consist of culture and system or bureaucracy. Customer capital pertaining services to public. The sample consist of 36 firms were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, 18 SOEs and 18 non SOEs. Data were drawn for three years, 2010-2012. It was an empirical study using multiple regression model and independent sample t test for the data analysis. The paper tests elements of VAICTM and financial company’s performance. The findings show that: as partial, the components of intellectual capital (VAICTM), physical capital have a significantly influences to firms performance, but human capital and structural capital have no significantly influences to firms performance.Keywords : intellectual capital, physical capital, human capital, structural capital, financial performance
