Methodical aspects of the formation of basic motor skills in physical education classes in children with mental developmental disorders of primary school age

The article gives an example of the system of psychological and pedagogical support of children of preschool and primary school age with severe speech disorders in the conditions of “Adaptive school — kindergarten No. 292” of Omsk. Psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation is the link that allows you to track the dynamics and effectiveness of the adaptive institution specialists. The goals of psychological and pedagogical support are named, the main stages of psychological and pedagogical support of a child with severe speech disorders in the educational process are revealed. The example of interaction of the teacherpsychologist with the teacher-the speech therapist, the musical specialist, the instructor on physical education is given. The example of building a system of work of the institution clearly shows the need for interaction of all specialists of the institution in order to prepare children for education in secondary schools. Special attention is paid to work with parents and teachers to improve the psychological and pedagogical competence of all participants in the educational process.

The article analyzes modern approaches to the development of children of primary school age coordination. According to most scientists, the younger school-age is sensitive to the formation and improvement of coordination. Therefore, the physical education curriculum for children in grades 1-4 was analyzed for coordination tools. А questionnaire was conducted among a physical culture specialists on during the research. The answers received by the respondents indicate the following: the development of coordination should be given special attention during the primary school age; in practice, specialists use many different means to develop coordination; exercises to develop the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements are almost never used but can make classes more interesting and As a result, some differences were found between the coordination development methodology described in the program and the survey results. The need to improve the methods and means of developing coordination in physical education classes, in particular, paying attention to the ability to differentiate the spatial and temporal characteristics of movements, was proved.

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of agility development in children of primary school age at physical education classes in extended day groups. The aim of the article is to develop and experimentally substantiate the methodology of developing agility in children of primary school age in groups of extended day by means of moving games. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, testing the level of agility, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. In the process of studying and analyzing the scientific and methodological literature, it has been determined that the additional use of moving games at physical education classes in extended day groups has a positive effect on the development of agility in primary school pupils. Also, the analysis of existing programs and methods for conducting physical education classes in extended day groups showed that they are small and outdated and need scientific justification. For a predetermined and targeted impact on the agility development in primary school pupils at physical education classes in groups of extended day was developed the author’s methodology, which took into account: the content of the school curriculum in physical education for primary school children, age, gender, fitness level, pupils’ desire to attend physical education classes. To experimentally substantiate the developed methodology, a pedagogical experiment was conducted, the results of which indicate the effectiveness of the author’s methodology for the agility development in children of primary school age at physical education classes in extended day groups.

The article identifies the causes of deviations in the development of posture in children of primary school age and characterizes the influence of this pathology on the health and physical development of schoolchildren. The necessity of development of coordination of movements in children of 6-10 years old, as well as its role in the formation of posture, prevention and correction of its defects has been substantiated. The modern approaches to the development of the motor function of schoolchildren with postural disorders are disclosed. The specificity of the action of physical exercises for the formation of the correct motor stereotype of the posture of students is highlighted, the features of the influence of dosed muscle tensions for the prevention and correction of the posture of younger students are characterized. During primary school age it is important to form the correct posture, prevent and prevent various deformities of the spine, as well as the use of dosed muscle tension and skills to maintain physiologically correct torso position in the sagittal plane and symmetrical spine position in the front to eliminate deviations in posture development at the initial stages of the ir appearance. The degree of development and opportunities for improvement of the motor sphere of children is limited by the presence of disorders of the functional activity of sensory and physiological systems of the body, including disorders of the musculoskeletal system, which include deviations in posture development. Lag in the development of motor skills of children increases the risk of forming an incorrect motor stereotype of posture and vice versa, in children with deviations in posture development there is a complication of motor skills, insufficient development of certain muscle groups, impaired balance, coordination. There are no medical contraindications to exercise in children of primary school age with postural disorders. Formation of motor function of junior schoolchildren with posture disorders involves the use of dosed exercise for the development of musculoskeletal sensitivity, development of rational flexibility of the spine, strengthening muscle groups of the muscular corset, normalization of torso muscle tone, taking into account the type of posture disorder. The development of coordination of movements of junior schoolchildren is a necessary condition for consolidating physiologically correct tors o positions while maintaining a stable posture and movement.

The latest studies have shown that the parameters of physical development of children with hearing loss are attracting the attention of the scientific community. However, there are few studies that investigate changes in the physical condition of deaf children after improving physical education. The purpose of this work is to study the physical condition of deaf primary school-age children and develop a corrective program using methods of physical education. The study included 72 deaf children (to the experimental nEG=37 and the control group nCG=35) and 28 primary school-age children with normal hearing. The choice of research sample was random and the age of the children ranged from 6-10 years old. The physical condition of the schoolchildren was determined using a set of medical and biological methods: blood pressure measurement, heart rate calculation according to the electrocardiogram R-R interval, spirometry, electrocardiography, echocardiography, physical work capacity (PWC150) test, measurement of catecholamines using E. Matlina’s method, and anthropometry. The experimental physical education program consisted of a set of physical, breathing and posture exercises as well as physical games. Games were divided by complexity, level of perception, physical intensity, and impact on the body. It was determined that deafness negatively affects anthropometric indicators, the respiratory system, and the functional condition of the sympathoadrenal system, but does not affect the morpho-functional values of cardiac performance in primary school-age children. The study proves the effectiveness of adopting exercise programs based on physical games as a means of correcting the physical condition of deaf children. The study confirmed that the implementation of exercise programs for the correction of the physical condition of deaf primary school-age children by means of physical education based on physical games in the daily routine of special boarding schools has a positive effect on the children’s respiratory, cardiovascular and sympathoadrenal systems.
