According to the damage condition of asphalt pavement of rural roads in Liaoning Province, five development modes of asphalt pavement damage were proposed to determine the damage condition of asphalt pavement in the investigation section. The trapezoidal and semi-trapezoidal membership functions are used to construct the membership matrix, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the weight vector of each factor is determined. Finally, fuzzy mathematics is used to determine the stage of the general development period of the structural damage of the road segment. The research results have certain guiding significance for the management and maintenance of rural road asphalt pavement in Liaoning Province.

Studying optimization and decision for opening electromagnetic loop networks plays an important role in planning and operation of power grids. First, the basic principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is introduced, and then an improved FAHP-based scheme evaluation method is proposed for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks based on a set of indicators reflecting the performance of the candidate schemes. The proposed method combines the advantages of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On the one hand, AHP effectively combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure the rationality of the evaluation model; on the other hand, the judgment matrix and qualitative indicators are expressed with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to make decision-making more realistic. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the application results on the real power system of Liaoning province of China.

Based on the features of fire and explosion accidents in petrochemical wharf storage tank area, the DOW method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to evaluate risk of fire and explosion. First of all, DOW method was employed to evaluate the hazard of fire and explosion of petrochemical wharf storage tank area preliminarily and risk indexes of various tanks were obtained. Then, 5 first-level and 24 second-level indexes were identified by the fuzzy mathematics, in which the entropy weight method was introduced to determine weight vector of arrangement analysis, and applied to an actual risk evaluation for a petrochemical wharf storage tank area to determine fuzzy sets. On the basis of the weighted average method, the risk level is medium. Arranges the second-level indexes, and the main factors affecting the accident were concluded,including the violation rate of labor discipline, characteristics of hazardous materials, fire facilities, safety checks, operation of the security emergency response system and so on.

This paper absorbs much successful experience from geological disasters database system designed and built at home and abroad, based on remote sensing (RS), geographic information systems (GIS) and GPS technology, adopt AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and method of establishing three-dimensional model of geological disasters in high-risk areas, the paper constructs geological disasters database system in Liaoning Province, this database system can manage and monitor geological disasters and provide strong support analysing geological disasters for Liaoning province areas.

Rock slopes are always distributed along roads, due to the discreted distribution and small scale, detailed mechanics parameters of the slopes are difficult to obtain. Thus, the existing analysis methods, like Q-system classification, RMR classification, SMR evaluation system, and CSMR method are not suitable for analyzing rock slopes. In this paper, an evaluation model for slope stability classification of ordinary roads in Liaoning province is proposed based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Thirteen genes that belongs to four factors are selected as predictive factors for the evaluation model. Membership is assessed by expert assessment method and the weight value of affecting factors is determined by inverse analysis method in evaluation model. A total number of 129 rock slopes is studied using this model and results are consistent with the experts' in situ evaluation, which proves this method reasonable and practical.

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

Gas accident is one of the most common accidents in coal mine in china. This paper argues that the gas dangerousness is determined by many factors which are difficult to quantitative risk, and deems these factors are quantified and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, which are benefit evaluation and master the coal mine’s gas safety level, and determine the safety investment direction and improve the benefit of safety investment that will reduce the coal mine gas occurrence probability, so as to reduce and avoid the happening of coal mine gas accident. The basic steps: first, to analyze and master all kinds of gas accident reasons; Second, to determine the assemble of the gas risk factors evaluation, determine the evaluation grade assemble; Third, to proceed the single factor evaluation, determine fuzzy relationship matrix and the fuzzy weight vector of evaluation factor, and to choose the appropriate composition operator, vector analysis with the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; Finally, people will take corresponding measures to prevent according to the result of evaluation that shows safety weaknesses.
