Relevance. In the times of economic transformation on the way to the market relations, Ukraine needs highly qualified economists who have high qualification for working in both domestic and international economies. That is why currently one of the priorities of the vocational education system ... The article aim is to identify and characterize the features of determining the results of training of the future economists on the example of the state university in China. Methods: The research methods used during the study are: theoretical methods: analysis (to study the educational and professional program of the state Chinese University and determine the results of training of future Bachelors majoring in Business Economics in Chinese universities), comparison ... empirical methods: observational (direct observation of the educational process at a state university in the People’s Republic of China) – to determine the specific features of determining and studying the results of a professional training of Bachelors of Business Economics at a Chinese Results. The article outlines and describes the specific features of determination of the results of the training of future Bachelors majoring in Business Economics which have been given and analyzed on the example of the university in China. The structure of the professional competence of future Bachelors of Business Economics is considered in accordance with the educational and professional program of Chinese University... Conclusions. The conclusion is justified that the results of professional training of future Bachelors of Business Economics in Ukraine and Europe, as well as in China, are determined on the basis of the competence approach. Fundamental Significance

The main objective of the article is to analyse the state of cultural security of the Uyghur minority. Due to the fundamental significance of identity and culture for the functioning of national minorities, it belongs from their perspective to the most crucial sectors of security, especially since a whole range of threats concerns it. The text uses the case study method, and the situation of the Uyghur minority in the People’s Republic of China has been chosen as an example. The following parts of the study define the terms used in the article, characterize the Uyghur minority, and indicate the most critical threats to its cultural security. These include the processes of migration together with the accompanying processes of urbanization and industrialization, the destruction of cultural heritage, threats in the area of culture and education, and dangers related to the state’s policy towards Islam and the potential radicalization of its Uyghur followers.

The article is devoted to topical issues of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms by an important state body — the prosecutor’s offi ce in two states — the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China. The author investigated the issue of the formation of prosecutorial supervision in the European space in the mechanism of statehood on the example of the Russian Federation and in the Asian space on the example of the People’s Republic of China.At the same time, the approaches of the two states to the protection of human rights at the constitutional level, which are regulated by the Constitution of the PRC and the Constitution of the Russian Federation, have been studied. The achievements of the Russian prosecutor’s offi ce in protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, which are the responsibility of the state, including on issues of observance of the labor rights of citizens, the right of citizens to protect life and health, are consecrated.The state program of action in the fi eld of human rights adopted by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China has also been studied in detail. Achievements in the social sphere are shown, which are provided not only by the state, but also by the prosecutor’s offi ce. The approaches of legal science in the two states are consecrated not only in the regulation of human and civil rights and freedoms, but also in their provision.Based on the material studied, the author concluded that it is possible to use the positive experience of Russia and China, mutually in both states, in order to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in each of them.

The professional training of specialists in multimedia design in higher educational establishments of the People's Republic of China is considered. The results of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the research problem indicate that its various aspects were reflected in the scientific works of scientists who considered the professional skills of future design professionals at the level of higher education (E. Antonovich, Liu Guilin, Liu Chunilin, Schi Chanfa, Yu Zuguan, A. Antipovsky, N. Borevskaya, L. Kalashnik, Liu Donmin, V. Danilenko, M. Opalev, N. Pazura, Su Xiaohuan, N. Franchuk, Zhu Mutsu, Jia Yachen, M. Yakovlev, etc.). At the same time, the problem of professional development of specialists in multimedia design is not sufficiently researched. The psychological and pedagogical peculiarities and organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of professional training of specialists in multimedia design in higher educational institutions of the artistic profile of the People's Republic of China are theoretically proven. The systematization, comprehension and generalization of the research results are carried out; the features and general tendencies of the modern media industry and its influence on the development of professional training of specialists in multimedia design in higher educational institutions are established; the characteristics of the media environment are outlined, the content and structure of multimedia activities are substantiated, its classification is identified. The essence of the basic concepts of research (professional training, multimedia design, media design) has been specified. The expediency of the main educational blocks, which provide activation of creative possibilities and professional training of specialists in multimedia design in higher educational institutions, is determined; the essence of their constituents is revealed; the theoretical conclusions are specified, the prospects for studying the problem in question are specified.
