The future of higher educational institutions is in need of innovators, creative thinkers, problem solvers, and people who can envision transcending across disciplines into a transdiciplinarity environment that by its nature requires institutions of learning to identify the challenges that affect humanity and investigate and implement solutions throughout the life of those challenges, working continuously to iteratively improve upon yesterday's solutions. Allowing the coexistence of old and new, being able to deal with change and disorder while explaining persistence and order requires practices that connect contextually things, people, and events that are distant and only partially congruent. Transdisciplinarity as a construct or framework can guide institutions of higher learning to break from outdated models and structures to form new ways of being that are fluid, heuristic, and holistic. Transperformative education can serve as a model to operationalize transdisciplinarity at the curricula, instructional, operational, and strategic level.

The article highlights the problems of forecasting the entrance of university entrants into higher education institutions in connection with the constant fluctuations of the labor market and socio-demographic processes, which completely violate the results of the predictions of classical statistical methods, therefore the author studies the necessity of developing a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions , which will operate on the basis of the neural network and will be able to adapt to the conditions of constant chaotic oscillations. The author emphasizes that neural networks are a modern and leading area of research and program development, and proves that the use of neural networks in the prediction of educational processes will allow obtaining results with a much higher level of accuracy and less time. The article contains analysis of theoretical information about neural networks and analysis of existing algorithms of neural networks operation. The author mentions the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm, provides a comparative analysis and concludes that it is expedient to use each of the methods in a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions. In the course of the work, the author carried out software modelling of the various methods of teaching neural networks, conducted testing, received and disclosed the results of each method, carried out an analysis of their actual effectiveness in predicting small and large volumes of information with different inputs and made the conclusion that the expediency of their use in the future software. The mathematical features of the construction of neural networks, their training and further use are revealed, the basic requirements for the future of the software product, namely the method of work, input data, the method of displaying the results and the layout of the future software, are revealed. The main blocks of the software for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions are shown. It was concluded that it is expedient to use neural networks and work on a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher educational institutions has been started, vectors of further researches and developments have been selected.

This extended research study focused on bringing together personal learning, higher educational institutional elements to be considered for helping higher educational institutions and individual learners in various countries to re-orient themselves toward a focus on lifelong learning, and placing this within the support and context of lifelong learning and education around the globe. Research is presented on the background and experiences of various higher educational institutions and individual learners in this regard, developing a tentative policy statement and identification of the elements of a re-orientation toward lifelong learning focus as products of several worldwide conferences. In addition, the support of UNESCO in its global reach encourages this to move forward rapidly into the future.

The article addresses the expediency of creating and maintaining information-educational environment at higher educational institutions. The views of scholars on the definition of the “information- educational environment of higher educational institutions” are analyzed. The information-educational environment of Khmelnytskyi National University is described and the peculiarities of the future foreign language teachers training in the conditions of the information-educational environment of higher educational institutions are revealed. It is proved that the information-educational environment has considerable potential for improving the quality of education of the future foreign language teachers. It promotes students’ awareness of the specifics of their future professional activities, develops personal and professional qualities necessary for their future career; gives the possibility to construct individual educational paths and develop students’ creative abilities. A model of the future foreign language teachers training system in the conditions of the information- educational environment of higher educational institutions is theoretically grounded. The model contains the following blocks: target; theoretical and methodological; content and technological; control-productive. The target block of the model reveals the purpose of training and social requirements for a competitive future foreign language teacher. The target block generates other elements of the model necessary to achieve the expected result. The theoretical and methodological block includes the fundamentals of the concept of the future foreign language teachers training for professional activities; methodological approaches, didactic and specific principles. The content and technological block contains organizational and pedagogical conditions describing the main methods and forms of professional training, means and technologies for its implementation. The educational content of the model includes: compulsory and elective courses of the curriculum and practical training sessions aimed at the professional training of the future foreign language teachers. The other element of the model is the identification of stages of its implementation: theoretical and practical, correction and stabilization, reflexive and fixing. The control-productive block determines the formation of components that ensure the readiness of the future foreign language teachers for professional activity (motivational and axiological, cognitive and communicative, pragmatic and practical, functional and personal, evaluative and reflexive), criteria (motivational, educational, operational, personal, reflexive) and levels(low (reproductive), middle (productive) or high (professional).

This profession is highly regulated, very responsible and usually includes a wide range of topics: including but not limited to different spheres of accounting, formation of accounting policies, or even information system for enterprises. This suggests the need for an investigation into the accountant's profile, in order to determine the set of features which ideally should be developed for the profession. The purpose of the article is to investigate the accountant's profile from the perception of students and practitioners. For the achievement of this purpose the following methods were used: a questionnaire-based study, information systematization, comparison, and summarization. The results of the research from the study were used for the evaluation of the profile of the accountant, for the development of the necessary set of features an accountant should hold, and finally, the results may be used for the future assessment of accounting study programs of higher educational institutions.
