The main objective of this research work was to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction and the intention to continue with the use of mobile transport applications in young university students from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The approach was quantitative. 144 valid responses were used, and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the model. The software employing was the SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that the quality of the design, the quality of the information and the quality of the system are predictors of influence on satisfaction. Companies that offer individual passenger transport through a mobile application have increased in recent years, generating strong competition both between existing brands and with established traditional taxis. This study provides new and recent information for marketing managers and academics on application user behavior in the transportation industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of automation attributes in railway digital ticket payment toward the commuters' satisfaction and retention in railway transportation. Digital payment security is one of the essential qualities which was little discussed in determining public transportation service performance. This study used the partial least square structural equation modeling method study to measure the six effects indicated by the proposed research framework to fill the last research gap. The results showed two automation attributes, reliability and security, significantly influenced commuter satisfaction, supporting the behavioral theory as commuter satisfaction also substantially affected the commuters' retention attitude. This study revealed that the reliability factor was the most significant. The findings communicate important insight for local government in improving its railway transportation's quality of service. The study's scope was to train commuters who live in Jakarta metropolitan area and use the railway as their public or mass transportation.

With the expansion in the quantity of cell phone utilization, mobile applications are developing significantly in today's high-tech environment. With this high demand, the quality of mobile applications is turning into a major issue. The organizations are still finding a way to develop quality applications. The number of quality models has already been proposed for assessing the quality of a mobile application but none of them provide a holistic view towards quality assurance. The present research work proposes an empirical evaluation of the SQM-MApp quality model using a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making approach named ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité (ELimination and Choice Expressing REality) (ELECTRE-TRI) method and step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) method for ranking and determining weights of chosen quality factors respectively. The proposed approach specifically is for the mobile applications that are from the gaming domain. Also, validation of the proposed approach is performed by assessing the quality of gaming applications.

Social interaction is an important factor for many mobile applications, including mobile public welfare applications (MPWAs), to successfully attract users to keep using them. We explored the influence mechanism of social interaction on users' continuance of usage behavior in relation to MPWAs by constructing an interaction–experience–intention influence path. A survey was designed and distributed on QQ, WeChat moments, and via WeChat groups. Using this snowball sampling method, we collected 362 completed surveys. To test the research hypotheses we used structural equation modeling and hierarchial regression analysis. The results show that social interaction affected social presence positively, and social presence had a significant influence on emotional pleasure and continued usage intention. Emotional pleasure positively affected continued usage intention. Shared vision played a moderating role in the relationship between social presence and continued usage intention. These conclusions enrich the literature on social presence and personal participation in public welfare in the context of mobile applications, and also provide some useful suggestions for MPWA managers on how to ensure continued usage.

<em>We investigate the Delone &amp; Mclean success system model on JKN-Mobile in the Indonesian Social Security Provider for Health - BPJS. The research was conducted through a direct survey of users of the JKN mobile system to the Health Social Security Administrators at the Semarang City Office. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling, namely the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the quality of JKN Mobile services affected the system to use. User satisfaction is determined by the quality of information, system quality, and service quality of the JKN Mobile system, which affects the benefits of the JKN Mobile system. This study has contributed to the success of the system at the success model JKN mobile applications used extensively and intensively.</em>

Abstract This paper aims to explore the influencing factors and differences between user perception behavior of mobile library apps at two different points in time. Based on TAM, we constructed the research model. We designed and distributed questionnaires to the users of mobile library apps at an interval of three months to collect dynamic data. A structural equation modeling approach was applied for analysis. The empirical results reveal that PEOU, PU, SI, and FC affect behavior intention, but the impact is different at different times. With users’ usage time increasing, TAM is still universal for user perception behavior of mobile library apps; user behavior has dynamic differences; and there are dynamic differences in users’ behavior intention to use mobile library apps among different groups. Dynamically tracking and comparing user perception behavior at two different times can help guide the library to improve the quality of mobile library services and reduce user churn.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to test the effect of self-efficacy, training, wages and reward satisfaction to the driver’s job performance working in Indonesia’s online transportation. Measurement tool used in this research was the questionnaire given to 150 respondents who are working in Indonesia’s online transportation company. The data analysis used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result shows that self-efficacy, training, wages and reward satisfaction has positive impact on job performance. This finding provides practical implications to companies in the 4.0 industry especially online transportation in Indonesia, to enhance the quality of training, self-efficacy, wages and reward satisfaction so that the driver’s performance becoming better and has positive impact to the company.</em></p>

The present paper reexamines the psychometric properties of the Quality Perception Questionnaire (QPQ), an Italian survey instrument measuring patients’ perceptions of the quality of a recent hospital admission experience, in a sample of 4400 patients (Mage = 56.42 years; SD = 19.71 years, 48.8% females). The 14-item survey measures four factors: satisfaction with medical doctors, nursing staff, auxiliary staff, and hospital structures. First, we tested two models using a confirmatory factor analysis (structural equation modeling): a four orthogonal factor and a four oblique factor model. The SEM fit indices and the χ² difference suggested the acceptance of the second model. We then did a simulation using a bootstrap with 1000 replications. Results confirmed the four oblique factor solution. Third, we tested whether there were significant differences with respect to age or sex. The multivariate general linear model showed no significant differences in the factors with respect to sex or age.

People with intellectual disability (ID) and extensive support needs experience poorer quality of life than their peers whose disability is not as severe. Many of them live in residential settings that limit community participation and prevent them from exercising control over their lives. This work analyzes the extent to which professional practices are aimed at promoting the right to community living for people with ID and extensive support needs, as well as the rights that are particularly linked to it, such as the right to habilitation and rehabilitation and the right to privacy. A specific questionnaire was designed and administered to 729 adults with intellectual disability (M = 37.05; DT = 12.79) living in different settings (family home, residential facilities and group homes). Measurement and structural models were estimated using exploratory structural equation modeling. Results obtained reveal that people with extensive support needs receive less support in terms of guaranteeing their right to independent living and privacy, especially when they live in disability-related services. This study highlights the need to implement and monitor, using valid and reliable indicators, mesosystem strategies that guarantee the right to live and participate in the community, especially for individuals with ID and extensive support needs.
