This study discusses decision support system of the procurement information technology devices using fuzzy logic method at PT. Kojo Balairaja. The research objectives are (1) to determine the eligibility criteria for the procurement of information technology devices that are appropriate to the needs of the company, (2) to determine costs according to the company's budget, (3) to determine the quality of devices held, and (4) to determine the update of the devices held. One of the difficullties that found is  the manager’s in making decsion. An  example manager’s decision in considering  some aspects such as costs and needs but they do not consider eligibility criteria, the quality and updating of the equipment needed by the company. The method used  the Fuzzy Logic method karena metode ini dapat memetakan perangkat yang dibutuhkan. The results of this study, namely the system built can help managers at PT. Kojo Balairaja in making decisions to procure information technology devices in accordance with the eligibility criteria, namely managers can approve, consider and reject the device request, the quality and updating of the equipment needed and can predict the cost of good quality but the price is moderate and affordable by the company.

Cooperatives provide financing assistance in the form of credit or installment payments and have multiple systems, procedures andrequirements to be met by the prospective customer. Nonetheless, there is the problem that many cases lending arrears return ofcredit. For this reason the study was conducted in an effort to develop a decision support system that can help the credit in taking adecision. This decision support system using Fuzzy Logic method application. This study will produce a prototype system whichfunctions which resulted in the decision creditworthiness and alternative decisions based on nominal submission. On the other handwith this system can also assist the cooperative in minimizing non-performing loans with an effort to provide loans based on thelowest value.

This paper describes the development of decision support system application to assist students who want to enter college so that no one choose the majors incorrectly. This application uses fuzzy logic method because fuzzy logic is very flexible in data which are vague and can be represented as a linguistic variable. The purpose of this application is to assist students to choose available majors at University Multimedia Nusantara which are appropriate with his/her capabilities. This application accepts five kinds of input values i.e. Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, and TIK. Received input will be processed by the calculation of the system for decision-making and the application will generate output that shows how great a match for each majors. With this application, prospective students can find out where the majors that match his/her capabilities. This application has ninety nine percentage of match result accuracy. Abstract - White oyster mushroom is a micro business that is popular in most parts of Indonesia. At present many farmers cultivate white oyster mushrooms. In order for the quality of mushrooms to be optimal, the farmers in the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms always attend training. The quality of oyster mushrooms can be considered by factors that affect the growth of oyster mushrooms themselves. The good quality of mushrooms can increase the selling value of the mushrooms themselves. The decision support system can be used to determine the quality of oyster mushrooms. In this study also the implications of fuzzy logic. It is hoped that the farmers can use the quality of the best oyster mushrooms.Keywords - Decision Support Systems, Best Quality, White Oyster Mushrooms and Fuzzy Logic.  Abstract - Jamur  tiram  putih  merupakan  usaha  mikro  yang  populer  sebagian  besar  di  wilayah  Indonesia. Pada saat ini banyak para petani yang membudidayakan jamur tiram putih. Agar kualitas jamur dapat optimal maka para petani dalam budidaya jamur tiram putih selalu mengikuti pelatihan- pelatihan.  Kualitas  jamur  tiram  dapat  diperhatikan  dengan  faktor-faktor  yang  mempengaruhi pertumbuhan  jamur  tiram  itu  sendiri.  Kualitas  jamur  yang  baik  dapat  meningkatkan  nilai  jual jamur  itu  sendiri.  Sistem  pedukung  keputusan  dapat  digunakan  dalam  menentukan  kualitas jamur  tiram.  Dalam  penelitian  ini  juga  di  impletasikan  logika  fuzzy.  Diharapkan  dapat digunakan para petani dalam menentukan kualitas jamur tiram terbaik. Nowadays people are familiar with computers and many use computers to support their needs, but many people do not understand the specifications of computers that suit their needs, so a web-based application is made that provides recommendations for computer specifications using fuzzy logic. This research method uses observation to obtain information about computer components. The results of this study indicate the recommendations for computer components, namely computer, monitors, keyboard, and mouse according to the user's wishes. The conclusion of this study, this website makes it easier for users to choose computer components.

Abstract - White oyster mushroom cultivation is a micro business which is mostly in the territory of Indonesia is very good and suitable because the temperature is suitable for the growth of various types of mushrooms. At this time it can be cultivated in a mushroom house. For optimal mold growth, temperature and humidity must be maintained according to the conditions of their natural habitat. The amount of oyster mushroom production can be increased by taking into account the factors that influence the growth of the oyster mushroom itself. Even farmers can experience failure in production or often called crop failure. Decision support systems can be used in determining the increase in production. In this study also implemented the fuzzy logic method in Increasing the production of oyster mushrooms. It is hoped that farmers can use it to increase the production of oyster mushrooms and prevent crop failure. Application results are expected to be a decision support system for farmers in the maintenance and production of oyster mushrooms. Pada saat ini dapat dibudidayakan pada rumah kumbung. Agar pertumbuhan jamur dapat optimal maka temperatur dan kelembaban harus dijaga sesuai kondisi habitat alaminya. Jumlah produksi jamur tiram dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan jamur tiram itu sendiri. Bahkan para petani dapat mengalami kegagalan dalam produksi atau sering disebut gagal panen. Sistem pedukung keputusan dapat digunakan dalam menentukan peningkatan produksi. Dalam penelitian ini juga di implementasikan metode logika fuzzy dalam Peningkatan produksi jamur tiram. Diharapkan dapat digunakan para petani dalam Peningkatan produksi jamur tiram dan mencegah terjadinya gagal panen. Hasil Aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan kepada petani dalam pemeliharaan dan produksi jamur tiram. AbstrakKebijaksanaan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan pada permasalahan tertentu bukan lah hal yang mudah, karena perlu dilakukan pertimbangan yang diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan alasan keputusan tertentu harus diambil. Begitu juga penanganan masalah menentukan seseorang untuk menjadi anggota paduan suara dewasa pada Sanggar Bina Vokalia Menteng Palangka Raya.Seseorang yang akan bergabung pada sebuah tim paduan suara yang akan mengikuti kegiatan atau event tertentu, maka hal yang perlu diperlukan adalah seperti kualitas usia, pengalaman, kedisiplinan, intonasi, artikulasi dan wilayah nada dari seseorang tersebut. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Anggota Paduan Suara Kategori Dewasa  sangat tepat diterapkan untuk penanganan masalah  yang membutuhkan penyelesaian mandiri dari komputer untuk pemrosesan data peserta yang mengikuti seleksi dengan perhitungan efisien dan akurat.
