In a company, human resource is something that must really be considered, the company must have good quality of human resources and be able to work well so that the company's sustainability can be maintained. To maintain the quality and existence of its employees, the company needs to give appreciation to its employees so that employees are motivated to work better. Employees are not motivated to work better because there is no model employee selection yet. Selecting and determining model employees requires a method or decision support system to support the selection of model employees. There are many methods that can be used to select model employees, one of which is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. To support the selection of model employees, software that can make it easier to determine model employees is needed. The software used is Expert Choice 2000 software. The results obtained from research on the selection of model employees using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in Go Wet Water Park are employees named Nugraha successfully selected as a model employee in the company with an overall inconsistency of 0.1.

One form of appreciation that a company gives to employees is the selection of one or several employees to be the best employees, usually companies implement this program for the benefit of their respective companies. This program is also carried out by PT. Gotrans Logistics International Semarang branch to motivate the development of the quality of human resources to compete in a healthy manner which indirectly also has a good impact on the company. This best employee selection program will take a long time and the results are inaccurate if not assisted by a decision support system, therefore a decision support system is needed to get the expected results. Selection will be carried out by determining the weight of the desired criteria and then ranking the employees. With the creation of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can provide a solution in performing calculations and minimizing the time used in the selection.

Human resources within a company's organization are significant to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving the goal. However, to achieve it all of these employees must have other supporting factors such as endurance, diligence, and accuracy or other skills. These factors can manage a system that can help to make decisions. One of the methods that can be used for decision support system is by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this method is chosen because it can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives that is entitled to get the promotion and value of employee performance expected by company based on criteria which are determined. The result of the implementation process can sort the alternatives from the most considerable value to the smallest value.

Rice is one of the staple foods of society in general, the need for rice supply is increasing every year. The increasing population in the Jababeka area is a threat to staple food supplies. To determine the selection of Rice Brands, it takes rice criteria in order to determine the best quality of rice, and increase sales. So that it can meet consumer needs for rice. In the selection of rice brands at CV Beras Alami  uses a voting system, this is clearly less valid in its election because it is subjective. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used as a method for decision making, as a solution in selecting rice brands in CV Beras Alami. The Expert Choice application is used as a support system to facilitate the selection of rice brands that are in demand by consumers. The results can be known during the 2018 period that rice is widely consumed is Garuda Utama.

In the selection of Honda Honda motorcycles, of course consumers want to get the best and right choice. On CV. Darmin Motor Tangerang City has a factor in the assessment. This assessment is based on criteria and alternatives such as price, design, product quality and other brands of Honda Motorcycle. Almost every consumer wants a matic motorcycle that is affordable, fuel efficient and comfortable to use. This decision support system uses the method (AHP) as a process in determining the best matic motorbikes. This can be useful to facilitate a decision-making related to a problem of selecting Honda Motorcycle so that there will be many criteria and alternatives for consumers. In this study, data acquisition was obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is processed using Microsoft Excel so ftware and expert choice software. The results of the study using the Expert Choice Software application showed that the first rank was Beat Sport CBS with a value of 0.514 or 51.4% next Vario 125 CBS with a value of 0.300 or 30.0% and ranked last 0.187 or 18.7%.

Objek wisata adalah perwujudan dari ciptaan manusia, tata hidup, seni budaya serta sejarah bangsa dan tempat keadaan alam yang mempunyai daya tarik untuk dikunjungi. Potensi objek wisata yang ada di Kota Lubuklinggau saat ini belum dikelola secara maksimal, sehingga keberadaan objek wisata belum mendapatkan respon positif dari wisatawan yang berkunjung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung setiap tahunnya. Salah satu faktor menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung adalah sumber daya objek wisata yang kurang memadai. Untuk dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung tentunya dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan peningkatan kualitas objek wisata. Dimana kriteria yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata yaitu daya tarik, aksesibilitas, akomodasi dan sarana pendukung. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menerapkan metode Analitical Hierarchy Process dengan software pengujian expert choice. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan agar dapat mengurangi penilaian secara subyektif terhadap peningkatan kualitas objek, sehingga menghasilkan sistem penilaian yang tepat dan objektif terhadap objek wisata yang akan dikembangkan.Tourist attraction is the embodiment of human creation, lifestyle, art of culture and history of the nation and place of nature that has the attraction to visit. Potential tourist attraction in the city of Lubuklinggau is currently not managed optimally, so the existence of the attraction has not received a positive response from tourists who visit. This can be seen from the decreasing number of tourists who visit each year. One factor of the declining number of tourists visiting is the inadequate tourist attraction resources. To be able to increase the number of tourists visiting the course required a decision support system to improve the quality of tourist attractions. Where the criteria used based on the results of interviews at the Department of Culture and Tourism of attraction, accessibility, accommodation and supporting facilities. This decision support system applies Analytical Hierarchy Process method with expert choice test software. This research has a purpose in order to reduce the assessment subjectively to the improvement of the quality of the object, resulting in a precise and objective assessment system of the tourist attraction to be developed

In everyday life, humans often encounter problems in decision making, where problems that arise can be large or small, which are very influential in the results of decisions. Now humans are developing systems that can help determine the best alternative in a problem, namely the decision support system (DSS) in the decision support system there are alternatives, criteria and weights used to determine the best solution. The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. So, from that competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal, it will be known the achievements of each employee, this can be used by agencies as a consideration in determining the best employees. The purpose of this study is to create a good decision support system that can assist managers in evaluating the performance of an employee in an agency. Judging from the problem of the performance appraisal of an employee at PT. Cahaya iqra Mandiri is the object of research that produces the desired answer, the Admin section is a priority and can be implemented to determine neat administration and have important responsibilities in PT. cahaya iqra Mandiri.

The selection of quality gemstones requires a special ability to select and assess the quality of gemstones to be traded. The diversity of types of gemstones and consumers becomes an obstacle in itself when the knowledge and ability of individuals to analyze the quality of gemstones is minimal. The decision-making method used is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method which is widely used in various sectors. F-AHP is easy to adapt to many decision issues; the research proposes a decision-making system using the F-AHP algorithm to analyze the quality of gemstones. The results obtained with the use of F-AHP model in the selection of quality gemstones show the highest quality of gemstones of all stones compared, Rubi 1, with a weight value of 0.152942.

The process of selecting a laptop must be based on the capabilities and needs of the buyer. Buyers are faced with a large selection of laptop brands with various specifications, based on that we can make a decision support system aimed to help buyers select a laptop that fits the criteria of Style, Reability and Price, and takes alternatives Samsung, HP and Lenovo. This study used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Obtained results from Samsung, HP (Hewlett-Packard) and Lenovo.

Penggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengambil keputusan dengan objektif dibutuhkan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Transpot Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice sebagai pengolah data dengan membandingkan 2 metode yaitu metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre ini memiliki kriteria yang dapat menentukan alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proses dalam pemilihan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan membandingkan karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya dan memberikan output nilai yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan metode Analytical Hierarachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan aplikasi expert choice lebih tepat untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menyediakan skala pengukuran untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, terkomputerisasi dan mengurangi terjadinya human eror menjadi rekomendasi untuk sistem pendukung keputusan kepada PT. Mitra Transport Laut. The use of software that can make decisions objectively is needed in evaluating employee performance at PT. Mitra Transport Laut. In this study, expert choice application used as data processing by comparing 2 methods namely AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and Electre method. This AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and electre method have criteria that can determine alternatives in decisions in the application of software. The process in the selection of employee performance is to compare one employee with another employee and give out put the value that has been determined by the company against the employee. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using the expert choice application is more appropriate for assessing the performance of outstanding employees. By providing a measurement scale to produce more objective, computerized decisions and reduce the occurrence of human errors, it becomes a recommendation for a decision support system to PT. Mitra Transport Laut.

The tourism industry is currently one of the important assessments for a certain region. Gunungkidul has a lot of of beach tourism potentials until visitors are confused to choose the right beach. The purpose of this research is to analyze and apply Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method in calculating the selection of beach tourism object in Gunungkidul with eight main criteria into a website.Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is a decision-making method to establish the best alternative of a number of alternatives based on several criteria that will be considered. One method of MCDM is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process is a method of developing Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which can describe unclear decisions and minimize uncertainty on AHP. Fuzzy approach, especially triangular fuzzy number to AHP scale, is expected to minimize uncertainty so that expected result was obtained more accurately.The decision support system for choosing a beach resort in Gunungkidul has been successfully built by applying the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The calculation of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method with the same computer result with manual calculation. The testing system was done using Black Box method by testing Alpha and Betha. From the results of system testing, it was known that the average result of the overall function score was 104 which was on rating scale 97.51 - 120 (Very Good).
