One form of appreciation that a company gives to employees is the selection of one or several employees to be the best employees, usually companies implement this program for the benefit of their respective companies. This program is also carried out by PT. Gotrans Logistics International Semarang branch to motivate the development of the quality of human resources to compete in a healthy manner which indirectly also has a good impact on the company. This best employee selection program will take a long time and the results are inaccurate if not assisted by a decision support system, therefore a decision support system is needed to get the expected results. Selection will be carried out by determining the weight of the desired criteria and then ranking the employees. With the creation of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can provide a solution in performing calculations and minimizing the time used in the selection.

In a company, human resource is something that must really be considered, the company must have good quality of human resources and be able to work well so that the company's sustainability can be maintained. To maintain the quality and existence of its employees, the company needs to give appreciation to its employees so that employees are motivated to work better. Employees are not motivated to work better because there is no model employee selection yet. Selecting and determining model employees requires a method or decision support system to support the selection of model employees. There are many methods that can be used to select model employees, one of which is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. To support the selection of model employees, software that can make it easier to determine model employees is needed. The software used is Expert Choice 2000 software. The results obtained from research on the selection of model employees using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in Go Wet Water Park are employees named Nugraha successfully selected as a model employee in the company with an overall inconsistency of 0.1.

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.

Objek wisata adalah perwujudan dari ciptaan manusia, tata hidup, seni budaya serta sejarah bangsa dan tempat keadaan alam yang mempunyai daya tarik untuk dikunjungi. Potensi objek wisata yang ada di Kota Lubuklinggau saat ini belum dikelola secara maksimal, sehingga keberadaan objek wisata belum mendapatkan respon positif dari wisatawan yang berkunjung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung setiap tahunnya. Salah satu faktor menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung adalah sumber daya objek wisata yang kurang memadai. Untuk dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung tentunya dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan peningkatan kualitas objek wisata. Dimana kriteria yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata yaitu daya tarik, aksesibilitas, akomodasi dan sarana pendukung. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menerapkan metode Analitical Hierarchy Process dengan software pengujian expert choice. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan agar dapat mengurangi penilaian secara subyektif terhadap peningkatan kualitas objek, sehingga menghasilkan sistem penilaian yang tepat dan objektif terhadap objek wisata yang akan dikembangkan.Tourist attraction is the embodiment of human creation, lifestyle, art of culture and history of the nation and place of nature that has the attraction to visit. Potential tourist attraction in the city of Lubuklinggau is currently not managed optimally, so the existence of the attraction has not received a positive response from tourists who visit. This can be seen from the decreasing number of tourists who visit each year. One factor of the declining number of tourists visiting is the inadequate tourist attraction resources. To be able to increase the number of tourists visiting the course required a decision support system to improve the quality of tourist attractions. Where the criteria used based on the results of interviews at the Department of Culture and Tourism of attraction, accessibility, accommodation and supporting facilities. This decision support system applies Analytical Hierarchy Process method with expert choice test software. This research has a purpose in order to reduce the assessment subjectively to the improvement of the quality of the object, resulting in a precise and objective assessment system of the tourist attraction to be developed

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. So, from that competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal, it will be known the achievements of each employee, this can be used by agencies as a consideration in determining the best employees. The purpose of this study is to create a good decision support system that can assist managers in evaluating the performance of an employee in an agency. Cahaya iqra Mandiri is the object of research that produces the desired answer, the Admin section is a priority and can be implemented to determine neat administration and have important responsibilities in PT. cahaya iqra Mandiri.

Technological growth is characterized by a variety of technological finds and computational methods used to facilitate human work in the era of globalization that is the method of Decision Support System (DSS) that helps decision makers to use data and models to solve problems that are not Structured. Toko Harapan Baru in making decisions in determining the best suppliers still use intuition, analysis, calculation and comparison of the manual in determining the supplier of goods to his shop takes a long time, the difficulty of searching data because there is no data processing cause is quite complicated without any particular method which gives inaccurate results. Then, Toko Harapan Baru requires a system that can be a solution to the problem that is being encountered. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a functional hierarchy to help decision-makers better in making decisions on many objective issues.

AbstrakCV.Yulindo Multipratama merupakan perusahaan baru dan masih berkembang yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Dalam proses persaingan bisnis, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan selalu termotivasi, salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan membuat sistem yang terkomputersisasi guna meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik. Proses penentuan karyawan terbaik CV. Yulindo Multipratama masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang objektif dan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, serta untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara oberservasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik dengan metode AHP. Dengan adanya program Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik Pada CV. Abstract: The use is still the traditional way by trying corn seeds planted by farmers in Tanjungbalai in Asahan Regency. Farmers will choose maize seeds that are fast growing, but will have poor yields on fruit size, resulting in less satisfactory yields. As a result a problem arises that will occur in the absence of determining a number of criteria that can get quality corn seeds. Farmers are not familiar with the use of technology in getting good corn seeds. This requires the use of a system that is able to answer and provide solutions in the selection of corn seeds using a number of criteria and alternatives to superior corn seeds. This research uses AHP method decision support system with comparison of criteria and alternatives in the selection of superior corn seeds in producing the best alternative. Keywords: AHP, alternatives, criteria,  farmers superior corn seeds  Abstrak:  Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba  bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan.  Petani akan  memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak  adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa  mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan  solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. AbstrakPemilihan program keahlian bagi siswa SMK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk mengarahkan siswa terhadap bakat dan minat serta kemampuan siswa tersebut. Supaya hasil pemilohan program keahlian yang dilakukan siswa melalui sistem lebih obyektif dan berkeadilan diusulkan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Desain penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem pemilihan program keahlian dibuat dengan berbasis web. Suppliers are one of the important things in purchasing activities of various needs for the company. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem that includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This research was conducted at Manufacturing companies in relations with suppliers who will develop a partnership relationship between companies and suppliers. The purpose of this research is that the right supplier can help the company in increasing competitiveness that can increase company revenue. To help companies choose the right supplier, a decision support system is needed. The variables used in this paper are price, quality, service, delivery accuracy and quantity. The most determining criterion in selecting suppliers is the accuracy of delivery criteria, making these criteria a major factor in supplier selection. The results of this study are consistency in delivering goods on time and guaranteeing safety in guaranteeing the quality of a product.
