Introducción: esta investigación analiza la comunicación digital llevada a cabo por 21organismos públicos del ámbito sanitario en la plataforma Twitter en el periodo de la pandemia de la COVID-19. Se centra en examinar los criterios de éxito de las estrategias de comunicación en esta red social digital y en conocer su peso ponderado en el modelo propuesto. Metodología: el registro de los datos se ha elaborado a través de la aplicación de acceso libre Twitonomy que analiza los últimos 3.200 Tweets de cada perfil. El análisis de la información se realiza aplicando el Proceso de Análisis Jerárquico (AHP) como método para la toma de decisiones multicriterio. A través del software Expert Choice se estudian 17 criterios correspondientes a los clústeres actividad de la cuenta e impacto. Resultados: se determina la alternativa de comunicación en marketing digital más adecuada en el ámbito de la salud en redes sociales y el peso de los criterios que benefician esta comunicación en la plataforma Twitter. Discusión y Conclusiones: este estudio confirma que es conveniente que los responsables de la toma de decisiones en materia de comunicación digital tengan presente que el clúster impacto tiene un mayor peso en la red social Twitter que la actividad de la cuenta.

The study aims to choose the best strategy for reducing Water losses in Banias City Water Distribution network, that reaches a large percentage about 65%, based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The strategies (alternatives), the main and secondary criteria necessary to reach the construction of the decision matrix and the development of the final strategies for the work of the Establishment in accordance with it, based on the opinions of experts in the Banias Water Establishment, in addition to references and previous studies in the field of research. The necessary questionnaire was prepared and then distributed to a group of experts (30 experts) of engineers and technicians working in Banias Water Establishment, and thus conducting comparison process between the main criteria, the sub- criteria, and the alternatives for the sub- criteria. The Expert Choice Software Which is based on AHP method, is used, and It automatically performs mathematical processes and calculates final relative weights to obtain the final decision matrix. The results showed that the strategy of dividing the network into district metered areas ranked first, with the highest rating of 27.8%, followed by the strategy of control and pressure management with 13.6%, while the strategy of replacing meters came last with 3.5%.

Pendidikan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) merupakan jenjang pendidikan wajib belajar pemerintah selama 9 tahun. Sehingga diperlukannya perhatian yang lebih tehadap seluruh sekolah SMP di Indonesia khususnya di Kota Pematangsiantar. Pelaksanaan proses pemberian bantuan Dinas Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis saat ini proses pengajuannya hanya berdasarkan satu kriteria saja yaitu tingkat kerusakan sekolah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan satu program yang dapat membantu Dinas UPTD dalam proses seleksi tersebut. Dalam perhitungan ini terdapat enam kriteria, yaitu: Skala kerusakan, jumlah siswa, kebutuhan kelas, prestasi akademik, prestasi non akademik, tahun mendapat bantuan terakhir. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut, maka dalam penelitian dikembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan sekolah mana yang layak mendapatkan bantuan pembangunan dengan bobot nilai tertinggi dan akan di uji dengan aplikasi Expert Choice 11.

Keberagaman potensi unggulan yang ada di kawasan pesisir selatan Kabupaten Purworejo merupakan salah satu modal dasar dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Namun kenyataannya keragaman potensi komoditas unggulan dari sektor pertanian dan non pertanian belum menjadi basis dalam pengelolaan wilayah pesisir, salah satunya tercermin dalam kebijakan pengelolaan pesisir yang telah ditetapkan dan dilaksanakan di wialyah pesisir selatan Kabupaten Purworejo. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian difokuskan untuk memetakan berbagai jenis komoditas unggulan sebagai basis dalam pengelolaan wilayah pesisir selatan Kabupaten Purworejo berdasarkan kesesuaian lahan. Pada penelitian ini, data yang digunakan meliputi data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara expert choice serta observasi lapangan, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui survei institusional. Data-data tersebut diolah dengan metode analisis berupa analisis LQ, Shift share, dan overlay peta kesesuaian lahan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat berbagai jenis komoditas unggulan sektor pertanian berupa padi ladang, padi sawah, jagung, ketela rambat, kelapa deres, tebu, jambu mete, kambing, domba, ayam, itik entog, kelinci serta perikanan tambak. Beberapa komoditas unggulan tidak memiliki kelas kesesuaian lahan yang sesuai, namun dengan mengatasi faktor pembatas, memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan.

Climate change is regarded as a serious threat to both environment and humanity, and as a result, it has piqued worldwide attention in the twenty-first century. Natural hazards are expected to have major effects in the coastal cities of the globe. At the same time, about two-thirds of the world’s human population lives in the coastal margins. One of the fundamental issues for coastal city planners is the coastal cities’ environmental change. This paper presents the application of a model framework for the management and sustainable development of coastal cities under a changing climate in Kuala Terengganu Malaysia. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is performed in the Expert Choice software for coastal city hazard management. This approach enables decision-makers to evaluate and identify the relative priorities of vulnerability and hazard criteria and sub-criteria based on a set of preferences, criteria, and alternatives. This paper also presents a hierarchy erosion design applied in Kuala Terengganu to choose the important sustainable weights of criteria and sub-criteria as well as the zone as an alternative model.

Abstract Research of “Quantitative Model of Optimization On Non-Oil Based Fuel Alternative Energy” is using goal programing method approach which will generate comprehensive mathematic models to determine policy on alternative energy field beside oil based fuel. The result of the research is sensitivity analytic model and optimization model of nonoil based fuel alternative energy. Developed model is goal programing to optimise alternative energy beside oil based fuel. Model implementation conducted on alternative energy are coal, nature gas and hydro. And the calculation result using Expert Choice Version 9.0 is obtained that coal as alternative energy has relative priority value of 36,8% at overall consistency index 0,04 or 4%. Optimization implemented model conducted at alternative oil based energy plan using calculation of Quantitative System 3.0 program conclude that coal = 9.809274, gas = 0.8409028, hydro = 0. Minimal objective = 18.69225

Abstract Treatment Eternal.Lab is a business engaged in the services of washing shoes, bags, hats and helmets. There are several things that must be improved by eternal.lab treatment in order to survive and compete in the future. Decision making in determining the right location will have an impact on the development of the business in the future, then, there needs to be a strategy in determining the location of the business.  Taking into account the segments and costs in determining the location will be able to deny profits to thebusiness. Analytical hierarchy process becomes the preferred method to see the location of the business where itis prioritized based on the criteria that influence in determining the location of the business on the treatment services Eternal.Lab. The author uses the expert choice tool to find out the value of each criterion and sub-criteria against alternative locations that have previously been selected. Obtained 4 (four) criteria that become determinants in determining the location of the business, namely facilities, rental costs, market environment, and physical condition of the location. Based on the results of the tests conducted, obtained alternative locations that are prioritized is the Queen's labuhan with an assessment weight (0.406). Terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dibenahi oleh treatment Eternal.Lab agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing kedepannya. Pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat akan berdampak pada perkembangan usaha tersebut kedepannya maka, perlu adanya strategi dalam menentukan lokasi usaha. Dengan mempertimbangkan segmen dan biaya dalam menentukan lokasi akan dapat meningkarkan keuntungan pada usaha. Analytical hierarchy process menjadi metode yang dipilih untuk melihat lokasi usaha dimana yang lebih di prioritaskan berdasarkan kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan lokasi usaha pada jasa treatment Eternal.Lab. Penulis menggunakan alat expert choice untuk mengetahui nilai setiap kriteria dan sub-kriteria terhadap alternatif lokasi yang sebelumnya sudah dipilih. Diperoleh 4 (empat) kriteria yang menjadi penentu dalam menentukan lokasi usaha yaitu fasilitas, biaya sewa, lingkungan pasar, dan kondisi fisik lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan maka diperoleh alternatif lokasi yang lebih di prioritaskan adalah labuhan Ratu dengan bobot penilaian (0,406). PurposeThe vulnerability of worn-out textures in the face of natural disasters is one of the most significant challenges that have forced planners and urban managers to intervene in these structures. In this context, the new-urbanism, or the new urbanization, movement is one of the most novel approaches. This paper aims to organizing one of the worn-out neighborhoods in Rudsar, northern Iran with an approach toward the new urbanism.Design/methodology/approachThe procedure adopted in this research is a combination of both quantitative and qualitative practices with an applied approach. Therefore, through utilizing the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and space syntax methods, the principles of the new urbanism are examined using the Expert Choice and Depthmap software. Subsequently, the appropriate priorities are mentioned for organizing the neighborhood with the new-urbanism approach using the building information system (BIM) and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) techniques.FindingsThe findings of this study indicate that among the main characteristics of the new urbanism, walkability is recognized as the most important factor. Afterward, the components of maintaining the traditional structure of neighborhoods and connectivity were in the second and third ranks, respectively, of importance. Accordingly, by identifying the societal potential of roads according to their spatial configuration, it is possible to boost walkability, as well as economic prosperity in these areas.Originality/valueThe combination and correlation of the four utilized methods in this research can be adopted in the future studies as a new outlook of the mixed methods in the field of urban studies.

This paper proposes a method for monitoring the structural health of concrete bridges in Iran. In this method, the bridge condition index (BCI) of bridges is determined by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). BCI constitutes eight indices that are scored based on the experts’ views, including structural, hydrology and climate, safety, load impact, geotechnical and seismicity, strategic importance, facilities, and traffic and pavement. Experts’ views were analyzed by Expert Choice software, and the relative importance (weight) of all eight indices were determined using AHP. Moreover, the scores of indices for various conditions were extracted from experts’ standpoints. BCI defines as the sum of weighted scores of indices. Bridge inspectors can examine the bridge, determine the scores of indices, and compute BCI. Higher values of BCI indicate better conditions. Therefore, bridges with lower BCI take priority in maintenance activities. As the case studies, the authors selected five bridges in Iran. Successful implementation of the proposed method for these case studies verified that this method can be applied as an easy-to-use optimization tool in health monitoring and prioritizing programs.

In this study, business intelligence concept and architecture were explained from data sources to reporting with many advantages provided to institutions in the first part. Then, both cloud computing technology with its service and deployment models and the characteristics of cloud computing experienced clarified in the second part of the study. The relationship between cloud computing and business intelligence and the concept arisen from this collaboration, cloud business intelligence, were represented with its benefits and obstacles experienced by companies using this technology in the third part. Four service providers as alternatives serving cloud business intelligence solutions were selected and the criteria were determined according to the needs of the company, that would like to use a cloud business intelligence software. After all the criteria are prioritized and the alternatives are determined, the best software was chosen by using the Analytic Hierarchical Process software, called Expert Choice.
