This study aims to determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior and compensation to organizational performance simultaneously, determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior to organizational performance partially determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance partially determine the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance partially determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior on performance through organizational commitment and determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance through organizational commitment variable. The study was conducted on the organization of PT. Merak Beton Jaya Cikarang. Sampling using saturated samples involving 90 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that variable of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation effect on organizational performance simultaneously. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Variable compensation effect on organizational performance partially. Organizational commitment variables affect the performance of an organization partially. The influence of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation to organizational performance is smaller than through the commitment of the organization of work.

This study aimed to determine the effect of human relations and the integrity of the organization's performance simultaneously, determine the effect of human relations to organizational performance partially, determine the effect of the integrity of the performance of an organization partially, determine the effect organizational citizenship behavior to organizational performance partially, determine the effect of human relations to organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior and determine the effect of integrity to organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The study was conducted in PT Hana Nuansa Pratama. Sampling using saturated samples involving 70 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that the human relations and integrity variables affect the performance of the organization simultaneously. Human relations variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Integrity variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior can provide an increased impact on human relations and the integrity of the performance of the organization.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the pressures of work and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance simultaneously, determine the effect of work pressure on the performance of an organization partially determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance partially determine the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance partially, knowing working pressure influence on performance through organizational commitment and determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance through organizational commitment variable. The study was conducted on the organization of PT Agung Dharma Sentosa. Sampling using saturated samples involving 90 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis found that the variable pressures of work and organizational citizenship behaviors affect the organization's performance simultaneously. Variable work pressure affects the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational commitment variables affect the performance of an organization partially. The influence of the pressure of work and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance is smaller than through the commitment of the organization of work.

Abstrak This study aims to conduct a test where organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) studies on employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in the city of Padang, so that it can help PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in Padang City to address OCB issues and organizational commitment. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling which made the entire population as a sample obtained as many as 70 employees. The data analysis used in this study is Smart PLS 3.3 which is useful for finding the influence between variables with mediation. The results of this study are organizational culture, organizational justice and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study examines how much influence the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employee performance. This study aims to know and analyze How the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Technique Determination of the sample is done through purposive (purposive sampling), using sampling rendom samples, by distributing questionnaires to technical service personnel of PT. Citayasa Perdana. This research is designed as an explanatory research model, that is to explain how the influence of job satisfaction, commitment, in improving Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Therefore, after considering the objectives and proposed hepotesis problem and the available data, in this research digunalan 2 kinds of analysis, namely: 1). Descriptive analysis, and 2). Path Analysis (pats analysis). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction affects the commitment of oranisasi, the satisfaction of the influence of Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction also affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Commitment Organization. ABSTRAK Organisasi umumnya percaya bahwa keunggulan harus tetap dipertahankan demi meningkatnya kinerja, karena kinerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kerja tim atau kerja kelompok dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengejar dan meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan perilaku sportif individu. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) untuk kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Bagaimana Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai. Teknik Penentuan sampel dilakukan melalui purposif (purposive sampling), mengunakan sampel rendom sampling, dengan membagikan kuesioner pada petugas pelayanan teknik PT. Citayasah Perdana Mojokerto. This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The study was a case study on employees of local water company “Tirta Mahakam” located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Quality of service will always be a significant factor for organizations that focus on customer satisfaction. It is done to improve business activity and organizational performance. To have excellent quality services depends on the human resources of the organization. The organization needs human resources that are performing well. Human resources/employees who show strong OCB are believed to be able to perform better. That is why organizations need to create employees with strong OCB. This study was a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a total sample of 83 respondents, and the selection of respondents chosen using simple random sampling. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affected organizational citizenship. Job satisfaction partially influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment partly influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction was proven to have the most significant influence.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the voluntary behavior of a worker to want to do a task or work outside of his responsibilities or obligations for the betterment or profit of his organization. In order for employees grow OCB, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at. The number of samples are 42 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used path analysis and multiple test. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Hotel Pertiwi Bisma 2 Ubud should further enhance OCB behavior, especially regarding the regulations set by the company, and also the behavior of employees with colleagues, so employees are expected comply with existing regulations in the company and be able maintain a good relationship with colleagues. The contribution of organizational culture to the organization which includes the uniqueness of values, behavior, and psychology is needed by the organization. It also includes trust, experience, ways of thinking, and organizational expectations. Improving employee behavior into organizational citizenship behavior is needed by every organization. To bring OCB to employees, a well-formed commitment is needed. This study uses a quantitative approach to test 3 hypotheses using path analysis to see the role of mediation. Respondents numbered 169 in this study. The results found in this study are that mediators play a maximum role between organizational culture and OCB.

Emotional intelligence variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational culture variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Organizational citizenship behavior variables on the performance of organization affect the performance of an organization partially.
