Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Keywords: brand Image, Product Quality, Repurchase Decision   Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk Slai O’lai pada masyarakat Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. Abstrak This study aims to conduct a test where organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) studies on employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in the city of Padang, so that it can help PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in Padang City to address OCB issues and organizational commitment. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling which made the entire population as a sample obtained as many as 70 employees. The data analysis used in this study is Smart PLS 3.3 which is useful for finding the influence between variables with mediation. The results of this study are organizational culture, organizational justice and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Sembako (nine staple foods) is basic needs that must be fulfilled in order to maintain the food security and nutritional needs of the community. Therefore, sembako traders have an important role in how sembako items are properly distributed to the community. In achieving this goal, it is suggested that the traders operate based on an ethical business framework. Islam through the Qur'an and hadith has provided this framework in the form of Islamic business ethics principles. By using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, this study aims to understand how the application of Islamic business ethics in the business activities of basic food traders in Jumbleng Village. The data in this study were collected through a process of observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses the analytical technique developed by Miles and Huberman, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research obtained from traders and buyers in Jumbleng Village, it shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics have not been fully implemented by traders due to their limited knowledge regarding Islamic business ethics.

Ineffectiveness in the recruitment and selection process can be detrimental to the company. Companies need to minimize the inefeectiveness that occurs in the recruitment and selection process. Meanwhile, the literature that provides empirical evidence on factors of recruitment ineffectiveness and its resolution is very diverse and not comprehensive. This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of potential ineffectiveness in the recruitment and selection process for employess in Indonesia. A systematic study of literature is used in this study. The sample was obtained from 17 national journals that have been published and have been accredited and have an ISSN during the period 2006 to 2021 regarding recruitment and selection. There are 18 articles relevant to the research. This study groups articles covering topics, research methods and research sectors. The results of this study indicate that the most widely studied research topics come from the dependent variable, namely Civil Servants and employee performance, while the research method used is mostly qualitative methods, as well as the most studied sector, namely the public sector and various forms of process ineffectiveness.

Exploration of the antecedents of performance with the support of good leadership and compensation as well as the support of high work motivation is the purpose of this study. The quantitative paradigm is an approach in this study that seeks to explore the triggers for high performance, the population in this study is the entire employee at Pt Bank Sulselbar in Makassar as many as 256 people, the sampling technique uses a simple random sampling method with a total sample of 156 people. The analysis used in testing the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of WarpPLS Software version, 6.0. The results of this analysis show that there is a direct relationship between leadership constructs that have an influence on performance, compensation also has a direct influence on performance and motivation has a direct influence on performance variables, leadership directly has a direct relationship to performance and compensation also has a positive effect on motivation, Leadership indirectly affects performance through motivation as a mediator, motivation cannot mediate between the relationship between leadership and performance.

Abstract Treatment Eternal.Lab is a business engaged in the services of washing shoes, bags, hats and helmets. There are several things that must be improved by eternal.lab treatment in order to survive and compete in the future. Decision making in determining the right location will have an impact on the development of the business in the future, then, there needs to be a strategy in determining the location of the business.  Taking into account the segments and costs in determining the location will be able to deny profits to thebusiness. Analytical hierarchy process becomes the preferred method to see the location of the business where itis prioritized based on the criteria that influence in determining the location of the business on the treatment services Eternal.Lab. The author uses the expert choice tool to find out the value of each criterion and sub-criteria against alternative locations that have previously been selected. Obtained 4 (four) criteria that become determinants in determining the location of the business, namely facilities, rental costs, market environment, and physical condition of the location. Based on the results of the tests conducted, obtained alternative locations that are prioritized is the Queen's labuhan with an assessment weight (0.406). Terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dibenahi oleh treatment Eternal.Lab agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing kedepannya. Pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat akan berdampak pada perkembangan usaha tersebut kedepannya maka, perlu adanya strategi dalam menentukan lokasi usaha. Dengan mempertimbangkan segmen dan biaya dalam menentukan lokasi akan dapat meningkarkan keuntungan pada usaha. Analytical hierarchy process menjadi metode yang dipilih untuk melihat lokasi usaha dimana yang lebih di prioritaskan berdasarkan kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan lokasi usaha pada jasa treatment Eternal.Lab. Penulis menggunakan alat expert choice untuk mengetahui nilai setiap kriteria dan sub-kriteria terhadap alternatif lokasi yang sebelumnya sudah dipilih. Diperoleh 4 (empat) kriteria yang menjadi penentu dalam menentukan lokasi usaha yaitu fasilitas, biaya sewa, lingkungan pasar, dan kondisi fisik lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan maka diperoleh alternatif lokasi yang lebih di prioritaskan adalah labuhan Ratu dengan bobot penilaian (0,406). Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesian Capital Market for the 2016-2020 period. Working capital turnover variable is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using Current Ratio, solvency is measured using Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial test. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis that have been done, show that the working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency significantly influence the profitability of the company.  This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis which shows the value of r = 0.831 which means there is a strong relationship between working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency to profitability. Partially, each independent variable significantly influences profitability.   Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, Solvency, Return on Assets

Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnyaa adalah Apakah terdapat hubungan, pengauruh dan mana variabel yang dominan berpengaruh antara Lokasi berjualan, Daya Beli Konsumen dan Suasana Terhadap Keputusan Pedagang Kaki lima berjualan di Jalan H.O.S Cokroaminoto Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3,5 bulan, mulai awal bulan Januari  sampai Pertengahan bulan April 2021. Penelitian ini menggunaklanP populasi seluruh pedagang kaki lima/PK5 yang berjualan pada pagi, siang, sore dan malam hari di  Jalan H.O.S Cokroaminoto. yang berjumlah sekitar 500 pedagang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 orang. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah (X1) Lokasi Berjualan, (X2) Daya Beli Konsumen, (X3) Suasana dengan Variabel Terikat (Y) Keputusan pedagang PK5 memilih berjualan di Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto. Teknik Analisi Data dalam penelitian ini adalah a) Uji Validitas, b) Uji Reabilitas, c) Uji Korelasi bergandaa, dan c) Uji Rregresi linier dberganda. Kemudian penelitian setelah diuji. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan statistik diketahui koefisien akorelasi berganda sebesar 0,8089. Ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor internal prilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari Lokasi Berjualan (X1), Daya Beli Konsumen (X2), dan Suasana Tempat Berjualan (X3) mempunyai hubungan terhadap keputusan PK5 memilih berjualan di Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto Kediri. Hasil pengujian dengan regresi linier berganda diketahui persamaan regresi berpengaruh antara Lokasi Berjualan (X1), Daya Beli Konsumen (X2), dan Suasana Tempat Berjualan (X3) adalah Y = 4,193 + 0,314 X1 + 0,362 X2 + 0,117X3. Dan dapat disimpukan bahwa variabel X2, Daya beli konsumen berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan PK5 memilih berjualan di Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto Kediri

This paper analyzes how significant the internal company factors affecting the profit of the sharia banking industry. There are so many variables that can affecting profit, and profit is an important part of shariah banking for its business sustainability, so in this research, profit was selected as the dependent variable, its data was taken from monthly reports of sharia banking profit/Loss, the independent variables that were selected are the cost of education and training, the number of sharia banking offices, and the amount of the sharia banking labor. This research using 25 data starting from January 2018 to January 2020 with the results of the regression analysis indicates the difference of significance, the cost of training and education significantly affecting the profit of sharia banking, while the results of regression for the number of the office and the amount of labor indicates that both variables were not significantly affecting the profit of sharia banking.

Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui orientasi kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan UMKM di Belitung, Bangka, dan untuk mengetahui apakah orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM tersebut. Asal mula penelitian ini adalah peserta UMKM dari Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan dipilih secara acak 32 peserta UMKM. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data kuantitatif deskriptif. Faktor studi memberikan 2 (dua) metrik, yaitu jalur kewirausahaan dan efisiensi pasar. Indikator yang berorientasi pada kewirausahaan adalah kreativitas, pengambilan risiko, inisiatif, inovatif, bermusuhan, dan otonomi, sedangkan indikator keberhasilan adalah peningkatan pendapatan, daya saing, dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator orientasi perusahaan berada pada peringkat kuat dengan nilai rata-rata maksimum pada indeks kepentingan strategis dan nilai rata-rata terendah pada indeks pengambilan risiko. Kemudian keberhasilan pasar vektor masuk dalam pita positif, dengan skor rata-rata tertinggi pada indikator "kebahagiaan pelanggan" dan skor rata-rata terendah pada indikator "kenaikan penjualan".
