Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapilatihan untuk mendukung kondisi pasien SOPT. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak 6 kalididapatkan hasil penilaian sesak napas T0: 3 menjadi T6: 1, peningkatan ekspansi sangkar torakspada axilla T0: 3 cm menjadi T6: 4 cm, pada ICS 4 T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm, pada proccesusxyphoideus T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm dan peningkatan toleransi aktivitas T0: 18 menjadi T6:15. Kesimpulan : Terapi latihan mendukung optimalisasi kondisi fisik penderita sindromobstruksi paska tuberkulosis.   ABSTRACTBackground : Obstruction syndrome post tuberculosis is a residual symptom in the form of lungphysiology disorder with obstructive disorder that have similar clinical picture of ChronicObstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Objective : To determine efectivity of exercise therapyto improve physical condition of person who afffected by Obstruction syndrome post tuberculosisResults : After 6 times of therapy the results of the assessment of shortness of breath T0: 3 to T6:3, increased thoracic expansion in axilla T0: 3 cm to T6: 4 cm, in ICS4 T0: 2 cm to T6: 3 cm, inproccessus xyphoideus T0: 2 cm to T6: 3 cm and increased activity tolerance T0: 18 to T6: 15Conclusion : Exercise therapy can improve physical condition for person affected by Obstructionsyndrome post tuberculosis

The authors present the case of a 4-year-old child admitted to the ENT Department with possible pulmonary foreign body aspiration. A detailed history revealed a clinical picture that seemed to depict an absence episode (with partial loss of conscience and cianosis) occured when eating, less the symptomes of a respiratory foreign body. Diagnosis needed full respiratory endoscopy and neurologic evaluation for correct assesment and effective therapy approach.

A 61-year-old man with no significant medical history developed fever, headache and mild shortness of breath. He tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 and self-isolated at home, not requiring hospital admission. One week after testing positive, he developed acute severe burning pain affecting his whole body, subsequently localised distally in the limbs. There was no ataxia or autonomic failure. Neurological examination was unremarkable. Electrophysiological tests were unremarkable. Skin biopsy, lumbar puncture, enhanced MRI of the brachial plexus and MRI of the neuroaxis were normal. His pain was inadequately controlled with pregabalin but improved while on a weaning regimen of steroids. This case highlights the variety of possible symptoms associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Abstract Gorham-Stout disease (GSD) is a rare entity that destroys the bone matrix resulting mainly in osteolysis, pain and pathologic fractures among a broader clinical picture. We report a case of a 60-year-old female with a sudden discovery of pathologic fractures in the pelvis and the absence of the left femoral head. On biopsy, no cellular atypia was found, instead disturbed bone formation with prominent vascularity with scattered foci of necrosis & osteolysis, which lead to the diagnosis of GSD. Possible differential diagnoses were discussed and excluded. The patient was put on Bisphosphonate that led to a relative improvement in the symptoms. This disease needs a more thorough investigation to identify the key cause, what is beyond the scope of this report.

The case presented details an uncommon case of subglottic tracheal stenosis exacerbated by pregnancy. We outine the multidisciplinary management involved and the outcomes for the pregnancy. The case serves as a reminder that shortness of breath in pregnancy has a broad differential diagnosis, and stridor is always abnormal.

BRASH syndrome is characterized by bradycardia, renal failure, AV nodal blockade, shock, and hyperkalemia. The proposed mechanism involves a vicious cycle between AV nodal blockers, hyperkalemia, and renal failure and was first described in 2016. We present a case of a 52-year-old woman who presented with progressively worsening shortness of breath and hypertensive urgency who subsequently developed profound bradycardia and shock that was refractory to resuscitative measures, she was diagnosed with BRASH syndrome. In this article, we explore the predisposing factors and challenges faced during the management of patients with BRASH syndrome.

Objective: To describe a case of neuroleptic malignant syndrome associated with risperidone. Clinical picture: An elderly patient with bipolar affective disorder presented with neuroleptic malignant syndrome and relapse of hypomania after commencing risperidone. Treatment: Risperidone was ceased and the patient monitored closely. Outcome: The symptoms of neuroleptic malignant syndrome were resolved. Conclusion: To our knowledge this is the first such case reported, and suggests that risperidone, like other neuroleptics, is associated with neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
