Northern leaf blight (NLB) is a serious disease in maize which leads to significant yield losses. Automatic and accurate methods of quantifying disease are crucial for disease identification and quantitative assessment of severity. Leaf images collected with natural backgrounds pose a great challenge to the segmentation of disease lesions. To address these problems, we propose an image segmentation method based on YOLACT++ with an attention module for segmenting disease lesions of maize leaves in natural conditions in order to improve the accuracy and real-time ability of lesion segmentation. The attention module is equipped on the output of the ResNet-101 backbone and the output of the FPN. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method improves segmentation accuracy compared with the state-of-the-art disease lesion-segmentation methods. The proposed method achieved 98.71% maize leaf lesion segmentation precision, a comprehensive evaluation index of 98.36%, and a mean Intersection over Union of 84.91%; the average processing time of a single image was about 31.5 ms. The results show that the proposed method allows for the automatic and accurate quantitative assessment of crop disease severity in natural conditions.

The financial market is changing rapidly. Since joining the WTO, our country’s financial companies have faced pressure from dual competition at domestic and abroad. The complex internal and external environment has forced financial enterprise managers to improve risk prevention awareness, early warning and monitoring, so as to responding to emergencies and challenges in the financial market. However, traditional forecasting and analysis methods have problems such as large workload, low efficiency, and low accuracy. Therefore, this article applies intelligent computing to the forecast of financial markets, using related concepts of fuzzy theory and Internet intelligent technology, and proposes to establish a model system for financial enterprise risk early warning management and intelligent real-time monitoring based on fuzzy theory. This article first collected a large amount of data through the literature investigation method, and made a systematic and complete introduction to the related theoretical concepts of fuzzy theory and financial risk early-warning management, has laid a sufficient theoretical foundation for the subsequent exploration of the application of fuzzy theory in financial enterprise risk early warning management and intelligent real-time systems; Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method that combines the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed, taking a listed company mainly engaged in automobile sales in our province as a case, the company’s financial risk management and modeling experiment of the intelligent real-time system; Finally quoted specific cases again, used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk warning and evaluation on the PPP projects of private enterprises in our province, and concluded that the project risk score is between 20-60, which is meet the severe-medium range in the risk level. Research shows that the use of fuzzy theory and modern network technology can make more accurate warnings and assessments of potential and apparent risks of financial enterprises, greatly improving the safety of financial enterprise management and reducing the losses caused by various risks.

In order to evaluate rational buoys layout of the route quantitatively, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to establish a rational buoys layout evaluation model. According to the 9 main factors that affect rational buoys layout, a quantitative assessment model is established. The AHP is used to determine weighted coefficients of assessment index. In the paper, the assessment for the buoys layout of three routes is carried out.

We have developed a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay using TaqMan technology (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA) for monitoring donor cell engraftment in allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients. For this purpose, we selected 19 specific sequence polymorphisms belonging to 11 human biallelic loci located on 9 different chromosomes. Using a set of specially designed primers and fluorogenic probes, we evaluated the 19 markers' informativity on a panel of 126 DNA samples from 63 recipient/donor pairs. In more than 90% of these pairs, discrimination between recipient and donor genetic profile was possible. By using serial dilutions of mixed DNAs, we evaluated the linearity and sensitivity of the method. A linear correlation with rhigher than 0.98 and a sensitivity of 0.1% proved reproducible. Fluorescent-based PCR of short tandem repeats (STR-PCR) and real-time PCR chimerism assay were compared with a panel of artificial cell mixtures. The main advantage of the real-time PCR method over STR-PCR chimerism assays is the absence of PCR competition and plateau biases, and results evidenced greater sensitivity and linearity with the real-time PCR method. Furthermore, different samples can be tested in the same PCR run with a final result in fewer than 48 hours. Finally, we prospectively analyzed patients who received allografts and present 4 different clinical situations that illustrate the informativity level of our method. In conclusion, this new assay provides an accurate quantitative assessment of mixed chimerism that can be useful in guiding early implementation of additional treatments in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
