In multi-strategy games, the increase in the number of strategies makes it difficult to make a solution. To maintain the competition advantage and obtain maximal profits, one side of the game hopes to predict the opponent’s behavior. Building a model to predict an opponent’s behavior is helpful. In this paper, we propose a rough set-game theory model (RS-GT) considering uncertain information and the opponent’s decision rules. The uncertainty of strategies is obtained based on the rough set method, and an accurate solution is obtained based on game theory from the rough set-game theory model. The players obtain their competitors’ decision rules to predict the opponents’ behavior by mining the information from repeated games in the past. The players determine their strategy to obtain maximum profits by predicting the opponent’s actions, i.e., adopting a first-mover or second-mover strategy to build a favorable situation. The result suggests that the rough set-game theory model helps enterprises avoid unnecessary losses and allows them to obtain greater profits.

Abstract “Rough set” is a theory put forward by the polish scholar Z. Pawlak, which is a useful mathematics tool for dealing with vague and uncertain information. Rough set theory can achieve a subset of all attribute which preserves the discernible ability of original features, by using the data only with no additional information. As a typical system of multi-agent, the decision-making system of soccer robot has the features of multi-layered, antagonism, and cooperation. On the bases of rough set theory, this paper established a decision making system with complete information for soccer robot, and then reduce the condition and decision attributes and their values, to get the simply decision rules. On the otherwise, considering the situation of information loss, we study decision making of imperfect information system, extract the decision rules and calculate the reliability, so that the rules can assist the agent to make right decision in competition. The simulation result shows that the algorithm is correct and effective.

The stability of cooperation contract is the result of abandon opportunistic behavior in the process of repeated games among the enterprise and the other subjects in the supply chain from long-term interests, and is also the foundation of healthy development for the whole supply chain. But in real life cooperation contract instability everywhere for a variety of reasons, such as ethical considerations, institutional factors, cultural factors and special reasons during the transition period and so on. From the perspective of information economics and game theory, the main game process of cooperation between enterprise and the other subjects in supply chain is not only the game of information, but also the game of interests. Information structure and the interesting structure are the important factors for the subjects of the game of the implementation of decisions and the basic contractual constraints for cooperative game equilibrium. Cooperation behaviors among the enterprise and the other subjects in the supply chain were studied on the basis of game theory, and the stability of cooperation contract is also being discussed in this paper.

The pollution problem of SMEs is an important problem to be solved in the process of China’s economic development. Based on the game theory, this paper takes the government and SMEs as the two sides of the game, constructing the game theory model of pollution control of SMEs, putting forward the strategies to promote the pollution control of SMEs according to the analysis results of the model.
