Communication through media is one of the most important aspects if a country faces a health crisis such as a pandemic. One of the mediums that are often used is via the production of public service announcements or PSA. PSA is a short video lasting between 30 to 120 seconds, communicating to large-scale audiences for social behaviour changes. However, certain PSA will be considered a failure if the audience ignores or does not understand the message. When Malaysia faces a health crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the PSA barely emphasises the aspects of behavioural balance, message recall, and the aesthetic of message presentation. Thus, this paper aims to discuss the mode of presentation and styles in 30 public service announcements related to COVID-19 in MyHealth’s YouTube channel under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) from January to June 2020. The preliminary finding shows that most PSAs used 2D animation production techniques by representing the real scenarios and situations faced by the Malaysian to facilitate the audience's understanding of the message. Overall, PSA's presentation style on COVID-19 in Malaysia emphasises the balance between the importance of message and communication strategy with five phases in the theory of audience behavioural change. ABSTRAKUMKM Farida Snack dan Aphe berupaya menjadi produsen kerupuk kulit yang memiliki nilai lebih di mata konsumenya. Mengingat saat ini masih berlangsungnya ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh pandemi covid-19. Sehingga membuat para pelaku UMKM perlu melakukan analisis strategi untuk menjaga produksi yang tetap berjalan. Melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dengan tujuan untuk pemberdayaan strategi UMKM. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT, dengan lokasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah diperolehnya analisis SWOT dan rekomendasi yang dapat diimplementasikan. Maka melalui Matriks SWOT yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil S-O (Strength-Opportunities), W-O (Weaknesses-Opportunities), S-T (Strength-Threat) dan W-T (Weaknesses-Threat). Sehingga melalui Matriks SWOT bertujuan untuk mencocokkan peluang dan ancaman sebagai faktor eksternal yang dihadapi perusahaan dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan sebagai internalnya untuk menghasilkan strategi alternatif. Analisis tersebut menggunakan suatu matriks yang terdiri dari 9 sel yang berisikan 4 sel alternatif strategi yang dikatakan sebagai Matriks SWOT. Kata kunci: covid-19 pandemic; SWOT analysis; SWOT matrix. ABSTRACTFarida Snack and Aphe strives to be a producer of skin crackers that have more value in the eyes of consumers. Considering the current economic instability caused by the covid-19 pandemic. So that makes MSMEs need to do strategy analysis to keep production running. Through this Community Service with the aim of empowering MSMEs strategies. The analysis is carried out with a SWOT analysis approach, with the location of community service in Karawang Regency. The result of this devotion is the acquisition of SWOT analysis and recommendations that can be implemented. Thus through the SWOT Matrix obtained based on the results of S-O (Strength-Opportunities), W-O (Weaknesses-Opportunities), S-T (Strength-Threat) and W-T (Weaknesses-Threat). Thus through the SWOT Matrix aims to match opportunities and threats as external factors facing the company with strengths and weaknesses as its internal to produce alternative strategies. The analysis uses a matrix consisting of 9 cells containing 4 alternative cell strategies that are said to be swot matrix.. Keywords: covid-19 pandemic; SWOT analysis; SWOT matrix.

Even though some measures to reduce the incidence rate of child marriage have being undertaken for years, the implementation of the marriage act, Undang-undang No.16/2019, has been strengthening the implementation of Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP), a national program to reduce the incidence rate of child marriage in Indonesia. Under these circumstances, communication holds an essential role in that program, mainly to reach behavioral and social changes among community as the main target of the program. A number of previous research still focused on the role of communicators and the communication effectiveness of the program. Through narrative paradigm framework, the present study is conducted to explore story-telling strategies performed by extension agents in Kabupaten Pasuruan, a distric where the incidence rate of child marriage is relatively high. Data gathered through FGDs and indepth interviews which involved extension agents of Program PUP in Kabupaten Pasuruan, local authority that concerns in family welfare and women empowerment, and Muslimat NU – those directly involved in the communication and education process towards PUP Program. Through interactive analysis presented by Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014), this study revealed that within their strory-telling strategies, the extension agents as a story-teller tends to performed themselves in a more symmetrical relationship with their audiences. In order to involve their audiences to their stories, the extension agents employed Islamic based stories. From the structural narration, it is clear that they use humor and mitos to convince their audiences to avoid child marriage. The stories used also performed both structural and characterological coherence. However, in some stories, there are still lack of material coherence.  Meskipun penanganan masalah pernikahan usia anak telah sejak lama dilakukan, berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang perkawinan semakin memperkuat pelaksanaan Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP) sebagai langkah konkret penanganan tingginya pernikahan usia anak di Indonesia. Komunikasi pada akhirnya turut memegang peranan kunci dalam proses pelaksanaan program khususnya untuk mencapai perubahan dalam level masyarakat sasaran. Berkaitan dengan PUP, berbagai riset terdahulu masih banyak berfokus pada peran komunikator serta efektivitas proses pengomunikasian program. Melalui kerangka narrative paradigm, penelitian ini hadir dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi berbasis storry-telling yang telah dilakukan oleh para penyuluh lapangan di wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan, wilayah dengan jumlah pernikahan usia anak yang cukup tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui FGD dan wawancara dengan melibatkan para penyuluh lapangan Program PUP di Kabupaten Pasuruan, dinas terkait, serta Muslimat NU yang terlibat langsung dalam proses edukasi terkait PUP. Melalui analisis interaktif Miles et al (Miles, M.B; Hubberman, A.M,; Saldana, 2014), disimpulkan bahwa melalui strategi story-telling yang digunakan, para penyuluh selaku pencerita berusaha memposisikan dirinya dengan membawakan cerita yang didasarkan pada penggunaan kisah-kisah dalam sejarah Islam untuk melibatkan target audiens di dalam cerita mereka. Dari struktur narasi yang digunakan, secara umum cerita yang disampaikan melibatkan humor dan mitos dan telah dapat memenuhi koherensi struktural dan karakterologis. Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa cerita yang belum menunjukkan koherensi material.

Since 1 January 2021, China has banned nondegradable disposable straws in the catering industry. To promote the enforcement of the ban of plastic straws and improve the relationship between economic development and environmental protection, based on the evolutionary game method, this paper constructs the game model from the supply side and the demand side, respectively. Subsequently, through the dynamic equation, stable system evolution strategy is obtained. Furthermore, simulation is conducted to test the influence of the main parameters in the model on the evolution of system strategy. The results show that (1) the change of the government strategy mainly depends on its regulation costs and revenue, while the production strategy of a company is affected by the government and consumer strategies. (2) From the perspective of enterprise supply, government subsidies can promote technological innovation and develop new plastic straw substitutes. However, government penalties have little effect on violating enterprises. In addition, from the perspective of enterprise demand, with the collaboration of enterprises and consumers, it is easier for enterprises to carry out technological innovation. (3) Consumer acceptance of the substitutes for disposable plastic straws as well as online comments have a decisive influence on the enterprises’ selections for research and development (R&D) strategies.

This paper analyzes the statistical impact of COVID-19 on the S&P500 and the CSI300 intraday momentum. This study employs an empirical method, that is, the intraday momentum method used in this research. Also, the predictability of timing conditional strategies is also used here to predict the intraday momentum of stock returns. In addition, this study aims to estimate and forecast the coefficients in the stock market pandemic crisis through a robust standard error approach. The empirical findings indicate that the intraday market behavior an unusual balanced; the volatility and trading volume imbalance and the return trends are losing overwhelmingly. The consequence is that the first half-hour return will forecast the last half-hour return of the S&P500, but during the pandemic shock, the last half-hour of both stock markets will not have a significant impact on intraday momentum. Additionally, market timing strategy analysis is a significant factor in the stock market because it shows the perfect trading time, decides investment opportunities and which stocks will perform well on this day. Besides, we also found that when the volatility and volume of the S&P500 are both at a high level, the first half-hour has been a positive impact, while at the low level, the CSI300 has a negative impact on the last half-hour. In addition, this shows that the optimistic effect and positive outlook of the stockholders for the S&P500 is in the first half-hours after weekend on Monday morning because market open during the weekend holiday, and the mentality of every stockholder’s indicate the positive impression of the stock market.
