Smartness and agility are two quality measures that are pragmatic to achieve a flexible, maintainable, and adaptable system in any business. The automotive industry also requires an enhanced performance matrix and refinement in the development strategies for manufacturing. The current development models used in automotive manufacturing are not optimal enough; thus, the overall expenditure is not properly managed. Therefore, it is essential to come up with flexible, agile techniques incorporating traceability methods. It overcomes the traditional manufacturing approaches that are usually inflexible, costly, and lack timely customer feedback. The article focuses on significant Requirements Management (RM) activities, including traceability mechanism, smart manufacturing process, and performance evaluation of the proposed methods in the automotive domain. We propose a manufacturing framework that follows smart agile principles along with proper traceability management. Our proposed approach overcomes the complexities generated by traditional manufacturing processes in automotive industries. It gives an insight into the future manufacturing processes in the automotive industries.

In this study the authors analyze the effects of e-government reforms that began in mid-90ies by confronting the promises which these reforms made to government performance in the period before and after the reforms took place. The authors use fiscal and performance indicators of the Slovenian government and courts to argue that e-government did not yield any notable effects on the state performance. Finally, the authors analyze the reasons why e-government technology cannot be regarded as sustainable and suggest a different approach towards researching how to sustainably improve governance for generations to come.

Leagile supply chain integrates lean supply chain and agile supply chain. In this paper, the theory of lean production and agile manufacturing are compared and analyzed, and then the leagile supply chain model and the performance evaluation system based on DEA are established. Based on the above, this paper provides an example of the evaluation system to verify the operability and effectiveness, which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve operating mode of the supply chain or develop a new leagile supply chain.

In 2005, Kota Bharu as the Kelantan state capital in Malaysia was rebranded from a Cultural City to an Islamic City and projecting its image as an Islamic identity. Limited studies have been undertaken to assess city image from the perspective of visitors. Therefore, this paper aims to evaluate the perception of visitors on the importance and performance of the Islamic city image of Kota Bharu. Data were gathered using a self-administered survey questionnaire among domestic and international visitors in Kota Bharu in 2018. The questionnaire was prepared based on ten categories of Islamic Built Environmental factors, namely; natural environment, social need and human comfort, religious identity, tolerance, layout, elements of Jannah (paradise), intellectual and knowledge, cleanliness, economic system, and safety setting. The data were analysed quantitatively using partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that visitors considered "Religious Identity" as the most important attribute which reached a satisfactory level, while other factors also needed to be addressed. The findings are expected to contribute to a better understanding of stakeholders in enhancing the image of Islam Bharu for management and marketing purposes.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is one of the earliest non-conventional method of manufacturing processes. This process based on thermoelectric energy between work piece and electrodeand they must have electrical conductivity to generate the spark. A spark generated between work piece and electrode, and removes the material from work piece through melting and vaporizing. EDM produced various types of products such as dies and moulds. EDM is used to manufacture the parts of aerospace, automotive industry and surgical components. The effect of the machining parameters on surface roughness, metal removal rateand tool wear rate are studied.

Most of the heavily-quoted interviews available on feminist theatre are in serious need of updating. A current account is needed of ‘feminism and theatre’ as experienced by feminist theatre practitioners, and as perceived by feminist theatre students, critics, players and their audiences. To meet this need, NTQ plans a series of interviews with women involved in the British feminist theatre movement today, whose career paths trace developments and shifts in the feminist theory and practice of the past fifteen years. The first interview is with Gillian Hanna, who worked with the 7:84 Theatre Company and with Belt and Braces from 1971 to 1975, before co-founding the Monstrous Regiment feminist theatre group in 1975. Hanna worked exclusively within the Regiment from 1975 until 1981–82. and is one of the three original members who still actively participate in Regimental management, production, and performance, though she now works extensively outside the group as well, having acted in repertory at the Liverpool Everyman and in Newcastle, Sheffield and Derby. Recently, Hanna spent the best part of a year playing in The House of Bernardo Alba. which opened at the Lyric. Hammersmith, and ran in the West End, and in the Spring of 1989 she played in Caryl Churchill's Ice Cream at the Royal Court. Her acting credits include work in TV and film, and her interests extend to translation of playtexts from French and Italian: she translated Dario Fo's Elizabeth, and is currently on a commission to translate (and re-translate) the complete oeuvre of the one-woman plays of Franca Rame and Dario Fo. Three of the Rame/Fo plays – under the joint title A Common Woman – were recently produced at the Sheffield Crucible and at the Half Moon in London, for which performance Hanna won the 1989 Time Out ‘01 for London’ Award. Projects currently under way within the Regiment include an adaptation of a Marivaux play (The Colony), and possible plans to tour both A Common Woman and Beatrice. She is interviewed by Lizbeth Goodman, originally a New Yorker, and currently a junior member and scholar of St. John's College and a graduate researcher in the English Faculty of Cambridge University, where she is working on a doctoral thesis on feminist theatre since 1968, and a book on the politics of theatre funding.

This text is offering an overview of principles of feminist dramaturgical thinking, that have been identified and used in research on feminist dramaturgy through theoretical and practical work on the performance Still to Come, a Feminist Pornscape. Some of the principles are: the principle of bell hooks, the principle of relationality, the principle of significant otherness, the principle of negative capability, the principle of critters, and they can be related to a variety of aspects of politics and ethics in artistic practice. The text is an ending chapter of The Feminist Pornscapes, on Feminist Dramaturgical Thinking in Dance and Performance Practice book and is intentionally only sketching the current reach of the proposed principles with the wish to welcome the reader into a conversation, to pave the way for more thorough elaborations that are still to come.

AbstractHybrid manufacturing processes are known for combining the advantages of additive manufacturing and more traditional manufacturing processes such as machining to create components of complex geometry while minimising material waste. The trend towards lightweight design, especially in view of e-mobility, gives aluminium materials an important role to play. This study examines the use of aluminium alloys in laser metal wire deposition (LMWD) processes with subsequent subtractive machining, which is considerably more difficult due to the different process-related influences. The investigations are focussed on the influence of the differently controlled laser power on the shape accuracy, the microstructure, and the hardness of the AlMg5 test components after the LMWD process with subsequent subtractive machining by turning. The long-term goal of the investigations is to increase the stability of the hybrid production process of AlMg5 components with defined dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.
