An energy efficiency monitoring method of the steam turbine system is studied in this paper. Multivariate state estimation technique (MSET) is utilized to compare the actual monitoring parameters and the healthy data of the equipment in normal working condition with a multi parameter estimation model. Due to the limitation of a single heat rate index in evaluating energy efficiency variation, the energy efficiency deviation degree combined with improved information entropy weight is proposed to judge the steam turbine’s operation condition levels. The index value in the modified weight method has been searched for more steady weight values calculated by information entropy values with small variation. Taking a 600 MW unit as an example, the energy efficiency levels of the unit under a 550 MW normal working condition are clustered into four groups, testifying the MSET model correctness and calculating the deviation degree value. Then, the energy efficiency status monitoring model is utilized to record residuals of actual data and estimated data during abnormal energy efficiency period. The residuals over deviation degree are then marked and judged as related with the abnormal data. The results show that the MSET model can timely and accurately judge the change of unit operation state, and the deviation degree calculated by the modified information entropy weight method can provide earlier warnings for the abnormal energy efficiency working conditions.

This paper studies energy efficiency of the entire EV charging network.In conjunction with the research, listing first and second level energy efficiency indexs.Determine weight coefficient of the first-level index based on the group-G1 method, with entropy weight method to identify weight coefficient of the second-level index. Finally create the model of energy efficiency assessment of EV charging network with hierarchical synthesis method. Through field measurement and calculation, this model can better impress the energy efficiency level.

In recent years, various large- and medium-sized shopping malls have been essential components of each city with the speed-up of China’s urbanization process and the improvement of residents’ living standard. A method for evaluating fire risk in shopping malls based on quantified safety checklist and structure entropy weight method was proposed according to related literatures as well as laws and regulations by analyzing the characteristics of fires occurring in shopping malls in recent years. At first, the factors influencing the fire risk in shopping malls were determined by carrying out on-site survey and visiting related organizations to construct an evaluation index system for fires occurring in shopping malls; afterwards, a quantified safety checklist composed of four parts (i.e. safety grade, grade description, scoring criterion and index quantification) was established based on related laws and regulations; subsequently, index weights were determined by utilizing structure entropy weight method, thus putting forward a method for assessing fire risk in shopping malls based on quantified safety checklist and structure entropy weight method. Eventually, the applicability of the evaluation method was validated exampled by Wal-Mart. The research result provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the theoretical system for fire risk evaluation in shopping malls, and also exerts practical and guidance significance on timeous and effective early warning as well as prevention and control of building fires.
