This study explored the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating condition, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust on both the intention to use an e-wallet and the adoption of an e-wallet among adults by using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). This quantitative study adopted a cross-sectional research design to gather data from 501 respondents using a Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). As a result, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust displayed a significant positive effect on both intentions to use an e-wallet and adoption of an e-wallet. This study evidenced the mediating effect of the intention to use an e-wallet on the correlations between the predictors and adoption of an e-wallet. Both the age and gender of the respondents moderated the effect of lifestyle compatibility on intention to use an e-wallet. The study outcomes serve to inform managers and policy makers to devise effective strategies that capture consumers’ intention to use and experience of using an e-wallet in the midst of a turbulent market. Ultimately, such carefully sculpted policies may promote the digital platform and web-based application, apart from encouraging higher rates of e-wallet adoption in developing countries.

Islamic FinTech is growing rapidly and has become a new alternative of financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) which are the backbone of the national economy. This study aims to examine the role of religiosity level of MSMEs actors on the intention to use Islamic FinTech. This research employed Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The data collected using an online questionnaire adapted from previous research, then distributed to 100 Indonesian MSME actors and analyzed using smart PLS. The main result indicated religiosity plays a positively significant role in explaining the intention to use Islamic FinTech. In addition, Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), and Subjective Norm (SN) were also found to be influential, while both, Attitude Toward Behavior (ATB) and Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), have no significant effect on behavioral intention. This research implicates the need for collaboration between the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the regulator with Islamic FinTech institutions to improve literacy, providing incentives, strengthening consumer data protection, as well as integrating the values from the religious angle in the concept and practice of FinTech product and services that are based on Islamic guideline in order to attract the users from MSME actors.

Virtual worlds have created unique economies whose outcome is e-currencies, which link the electronic universe and reality. This article aims to examine how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risks, and perceived trust significantly impact consumers’ virtual currencies’ behaviour. The study tested and used an adapted TAM model in the context of virtual currencies using structural equation modelling. The partial least square method of structural equation modelling is employed to test the proposed research model. The study utilises an online survey to obtain data from 205 virtual currency consumers. The data set was analysed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that the best predictor of consumers’ intention to use virtual currencies is perceived usefulness, followed by perceived ease of use. Perceived trust predicts consumers’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These findings reveal that virtual currencies are seen as useful and easy to use. Consumers trust them enough but notice the risks they carry. They can also accept problems associated with them when it comes to their intention to use them.

Google classroom can work in unidirectional process as it can serve the teachers’ strategies and styles on one hand and students’ perception, understanding, and effective participation in different classroom skills on the other hand. The ac-ceptance of Google classroom is affected by different factors. Some of them are still not clearly specified and discussed in previous research; therefore, they need further investigation. Based on the previous assumption, this study is an attempt to examine the factors that affect the students’ acceptance of Google classroom at Al Buraimi University College (BUC) in Oman. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted to formulate the hypotheses of the current study. The data was collected through an online questionnaire with 337 respondents. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach was used to assess both the measurement and structural models. The results of the study prove that both the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) positively influence the behavioral intention, which in turn influence the actual usage of Google classrooms. This study helps the decision makers of the higher educational institutions to have a better understanding of the effectiveness of us-ing Google classroom by their students. It is assumed that it helps in measuring the level of students’ acceptance to the previously mentioned technology.

Purpose: This research examines the effect of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), religiosity, and company image on intention to use Sharia fintech for donation among Indonesian young consumers. Methodology: This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. Respondents filled out the questionnaire based on the Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 4 (strongly agree). The questionnaire was distributed and collected in less than one week, from 26th March 2021 to 29th March 2021. The ideal sample is five times higher than the number of indicators. The number of indicators is 20, so the ideal sample is 100 or more. This study has successfully collected 206 respondents. However, 13 respondents filled the same scale for all questions, so 193 is chosen as data analysis. The valid data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Findings: This research shows the intention to use Sharia fintech to pay donations influenced by perceived usefulness (PU) and religiosity. In contrast, perceived ease of use (PEOU) and image are not positively related to the intention of using Sharia fintech for donation. Practical Implication: Religiosity and PU positively influence the interest in using Sharia fintech to pay donation. So, it is expected for fintech to comply with Sharia compliance and still comply with regulations from the OJK and DSN related to legality aspects. Furthermore, fintech startups and developers can build a more user-friendly application. Originality: This research is a replication-based model and is adapted from published research. The originality in this research is in the respondent who young generation. Intention to pay donation using fintech Sharia is the main focus to be researched. This primary focus has not been being researched beforehand.
