A Study on the Causal inference Mechanism of the Implementation of the Socialism Corporate Responsibility Management System in North Korea

The main aim of the research is to distinguish scientific approaches to determining the essence of the management of social development of staff and the justification of interrelated management decisions aimed at developing strategic planning and forecasting in the personnel management system based on the principles of social responsibility. The subject of the study is the management system of social development of the personnel of economic entities. Research design is the basis of the theoretical and methodological research was the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists concerning the strategic management of social development of personnel, as well as the concept of corporate social responsibility of business. Research results: the concept of strategic planning for the social development of personnel is presented, a methodological approach to evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management based on the principles of corporate responsibility is proposed, which allows determining the level of employee compliance.

The article deals with the development of a modern single-industry city using the mechanisms of municipal-private partnership. A feature of the economy of a single-industry city is its dependence on the activities of the city-forming enterprise. In this regard, the mechanisms of municipal-private partnership between a single-industry city and its city-forming enterprise have a number of distinctive characteristics. In contrast to the traditional formats of municipal-private partnership, which provide for the implementation of individual projects, the interaction of its subjects is permanent and comprehensive. Therefore, in relation to a single-industry city, it is proposed to use a program — target approach, highlighting a separate function in the municipal management system-the management of municipal-private partnerships. In addition, the proposed atypical and beyond the traditional forms of interaction between municipalities and business entities directions of public-private partnerships which include: the development of the investment potential of the enterprise, the development of small businesses associated with the activities of the enterprise, implementation of corporate responsibility.

The key technologies and implementations of aircraft assembly resource management system are being researched in our paper, and the definition and classification of assembly resources are proposed, and classification model library are being created, at the same time the knowledge database, data models and inference mechanism assembly resource knowledge database system are designed, at last resource management system assembly are developed with the database software.

Abstract The long-enduring coding metaphor is deemed problematic because it imbues correlational evidence with causal power. In neuroscience, most research is correlational or conditionally correlational; this research, in aggregate, informs causal inference. Rather than prescribing semantics used in correlational studies, it would be useful for neuroscientists to focus on a constructive syntax to guide principled causal inference.
