Jenis yang ditemukan adalah Alpinia eremoclamis, A. rubricaulis, Alpinia sp1, Alpinia sp2, Etlingera tubilabrum, Etlingera sp., Sulettaria sp. dan Zingiber sp.Kata kunci: Cagar Alam Pangi Binangga; Sulawesi Tengah; Zingiberaceae ABSTRACTResearch on Diversity of ginger (Zingiberaceae) in the Pangi Binangga Nature Reserve has been carried out from October 2019 - January 2020. Wildlife is one of the biological natural resources that can be use it sustainably and sustainably, because wildlife is a natural resource renewable or renewable biological (renewable resources). This study aims to determine public perception of the exixtence of Macaca hecki and Macaca tonkeana in Protected Forest and Pangi Binangga Nature Reserve of Central Sulawesi. This research was carried out along the Palu-Parigi trans road which is in the Protected Forest and Pangi Binangga Nature Reserve, Central Sulawesi Province in April - June 2021. The results showed that presence of endemic Sulawesi macaque (M. hecki and M. tonkeana) along the Palu-Parigi trans road which is in the Protected Forest and Pangi Binangga Nature Reserve area causes various problems such as people experiencing unpleasant events with the presence of macaque, stolen goods, enter into community plantations, and damage various types of agricultural crops (avocado, cloves, cocoa, and several other fruits).

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the morphological variations of Limnonectes blythii in West Sumatra by using morphometric in Genetics and Cytology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Andalas University, Padang. The sample of this research was collected directly in West Pasaman (Nature Reserves Malampah), Sijunjung (Nature Reserve Pangean) and Payakumbuh (Harau Nature Reserve) in February until Mai 2015. The results showed that there is genetic variation in morphology of the population L. blythii in Malampah and Pangean as the first cluster with a population in Harau. The kinship between populations in Pangean and Malampah as the second cluster is closer to the population at second subcluster with Harau population and have the more distant kinship of the population L. blythii in Pangean. It was concluded that 12 morphological characters show differentiation significant (p≥ 0005) of the population, while the population of Harau and Sijunjung showed significant differentiation as many as 10 characters (32.2%), Between population differentiation Harau with Malampah show as much as 8 characters (25.8% ), and between population Malampah with Sijunjung show 7 (22:58%) differentiated character. This study requires molecular analysis to clarify the phylogenetic relationships among L. blythii to preserve the information of this frog as an export commodity.

Diversity of weeds in Cacao plantations and Clove plantations at Lakatan Village, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi was conducted in May to August 2019. The method used is a double plot method with 16 plots and divided into two parts, 8 plots on cacao plantations and 8 plots on clove plantations randomly placed. Each type of weed contained in the plot was recorded and collected for the manufacture of herbarium specimens, identification was carried out at the Plant Biosystematics Laboratory, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tadulako University. The results showed 17 families with 29 species of weed in both plantation areas, 21 species in cacao plantations and 23 species in clove plantations. Families that are often found in both  are Asteraceae and Poaceae.

Learning PAI (Islamic Education) seeks to increase the interest of students to develop the knowledge, skills and ability to think about nature and its contents are full of secrets endless. Based Permendiknas No. 23 of 2006, Standard Competency Education Unit (SKL-SP) SMP / MTS include: students can find and apply information from the environment and other sources logically, critically and creatively, and students can demonstrate the ability analyze and solve problems in everyday life. The purpose of development research are: 1) to describe the model of PAI that has been applied in SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto 2) Describe the product feasibility PAI learning for junior secondary students and secondary review of aspects of the model Student Facilitator and Explaining 3) Produce Learning PAI student Facilitator and explaining the model that corresponds to the culture and character of students in SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto Products PAI learning facilitator and explaining the model student has been accomplished based analysis of trial data. Based on the measures that have been implemented can be concluded as follows. 1). Products are revised based on theoretically and empirically test results are: Revised by students by questionnaire: Change to increase the attractiveness of the model 2) Products that are developed interesting for classical learning in the classroom and independently. 3) The product of these products can ease the burden of teachers in teaching. 4) The results of expert validation and testing, PAI Learning Facilitator and explaining the model student is fit for use for subjects of Natural Sciences (PAI). 5) Products that are developed can increase students' motivation, and motivation is one of the conditions of implementation of productive models.
