The contemporary electronic technology is based on embedded system which deals with integrating numerous transistors on a single silicon chip. The main goal of growing technology is to make lifestyles turn out to be simpler and more comfy. Nowadays, people like visiting shopping malls that are characterized by their colorful variety and heterogeneity besides beauty. A shopping center is where people can discover all kinds of shops including eateries and cinema under one roof. In shopping malls, people can purchase the groceries, fruits, etc., so it requires a trolley to carry the things they purchase. Every time consumers have to make some calculations regarding those items & need to compare them with their budgets. After this procedure, the customer must wait for the billing. So to avoid the boredom of waiting in the billing queue our research proposal has been carried out on a novel concept that is “Smart Shopping Using Smart Trolley”. In this proposed work uses RFID tags to be displayed on the product. Whenever the customer places a product in the trolley, the RFID reader will check it and the price and cost of the product will be displayed on LCD display. The main advantage of this work is that it provides for the caring of child that the customer may bring and so it has introduced a child unit. It comprises of RF module that is used as a transceiver and once the child moves away from the customer through the parent it may get some indication. When the child moves from the trolley through a certain distance, the LED which is placed in the cart turns off. After the completion of shopping, billing can be done using QR code that is pasted either on the trolley or at the exit point.

During the revolution of developing mobile phone applications, they can be used in different fields like business, health, transportation, communications and tourism, and other uses. This paper presents QR based information management system for plants shopping centers. This system includes two main sides: mobile and server. The proposed application is used as a substitute for the human guide that each visitor needs in the plants shopping center. The complete information can be provided on any seedling displayed in the shop depending on the QR code technology. Each branch of the same enterprise includes sub-server that is linked to the main server using a private computer network. The server side contains information of all plants and all branches for such enterprise in the form of text and image in different languages. The proposed application facilitates the movement of the customer inside the place, the ease in preparing bills electronically that helps the visitor to save the time of queue to preparing the bill and paying. The proposed system is tested over different case studies to prove the efficiency in terms of information and selling management.

Attendance is taken at various places like schools, colleges for students and login logout time for employees in industries and offices. The existing system is done on paper and it consumes lots of papers and it is of manual work. It has less accuracy. In order to reduce the usage of paper RFID based attendance system is used. It is an automated attendance system where Rfid tags are used. This is the easy way to take the attendance without any physical contact. In this project we use RFID Reader, RFID Tags, LCD display, which are interfaced withATMEGA8 Microcontroller. The Rfid tags are given to the students, with their roll numbers as their tags. When the tag is placed near the reader, the data is transferred to reader due to the radio frequencies. Reader then transfers data to the microcontroller. Microcontroller checks for the data continuously, if any data is received, microcontroller compares the data in data base. It eliminates the duplicate entry of data and reduces errors in time and entries.

In order to better solve the problem of detection of small bone spurs with convenient and accurate way, a portable spur detection system is designed. This system, in view of spur reproducibility characteristic, is characterized by the application for a kind of the improved algorithm based on the OpenCV. And it was successfully transplanted into the embedded system. The experimental results indicated that this system might precisely examine the small spur with difficulty discovery by naked eyes used fully by two images of computed tomography which done in different periods. The spur detection system needs to be further improved function to realize more applications. In fact, function expansion based on the system is easy to realize.

<p>In metropolitan cities, we will see an enormous rush at shopping malls on holidays and weekends. This becomes, even more, once there are large offers and discounts. Currently folks purchase a spread of things and place them within the trolley, after buying one ought to approach the counter for billing. By employing a barcode reader the cashier prepares the bill that may be a time overwhelming method. This ends up in long queues at the billing counters. This project presents a plan to build up a framework in shopping centers to beat the above issue. To realize this all merchandise within the mall to be equipped with RFID tags and every one trolley should be equipped with an RFID reader and digital display screen. When one puts any item in the trolley its code will be distinguished naturally, the item name and cost will be shown on the LCD, in this manner the expense gets added to the absolute bill. On the off chance that we wish to expel the item from the trolley, you can remove the item and the measure of that particular item gets deducted from the aggregate sum and a similar data goes to the central billing unit through ZigBee module. Subsequently the billing should be possible in the trolley itself accordingly sparing a ton of time to the clients.</p>
