Today’s public communication network is developing in the direction that networks are widely interconnected using communication network infrastructure as backbone and Internet protocols; at the same time, cloud computing, a computing paradigm in the ascendant, provides new service modes. Communication technology has the trend of developing towards computing technology and applications, and computing technology and applications have the trend of stepping towards service orientation architecture. Communication technology and information technology truly comes to a convergence. Telecom operators are planning to be providers of comprehensive information services in succession. To adopt cloud computing technology not only facilitates the upgrade of their communication network technology, service platform and supporting systems, but also facilitates the construction of the infrastructure and operating capacity of providing comprehensive information services. In this paper, the development processes of public communication network and computing are reviewed along with some new concepts for cloud computing.

Cloud computing is emerging as key a technology platform for banking operations globally. In Asia, the progress of cloud application is relatively slow. This paper considers the major factors which influence a bank’s decision to contract with a technology service provider to implement a cloud based strategy. This research study identifies the trends in applying cloud computing in global banking with a focus on banks in Thailand. It will analyze the criteria IT executives in banks use to decide on the selection of technology service providers. Banks require the service provider to meet specific requirements for a cloud implementation project in a bank. A survey approach was used to identify the important criteria IT executives in banks use to select an IT technology provider for cloud applications. The sample included 367 bank IT executives and professionals in Thai and international banks based in Bangkok. SEM was used to analyze the data. Interviews were conducted with 21 IT executives for insights into their decision criteria. Service quality which is based on the conventional SERVQUAL indicators strongly influence the decision to choose a technology service provider. This selection is also influenced by the capability of service provider, their technical capability and the cloud application features. There are few studies in the literature on the decision criteria that banks use to select a provider for cloud computing application.

Cloud Computing technology Service and data stored on machine, the server this makes important factor engine server as a supporting service availability. More and more users are accessing the service will result in engine performance server load becomes heavier and less than optimal, because the service must work continuously to provide data that can be accessed anytime by the user via the network connected. Server hardware has a performance period. Likewise with software that may crash. With functionality server which provides services to the client, the server is required to have level of availability. A high this enables the engine server to experience downtime. Server machine must also be turned off for maintenance purposes. The purpose of this study is build Clustering Server to work together as a single system which over the virtual environment. This is a solution to overcome these problems. In this study researcher use a server virtualization proxmox, FreeNAS is a NAS server and DRBD to support high availability of services in the sphere of HA, data synchronization in a High Availability to perform mirroring another system machine. With the implementation of the method of HA and synchronization DRBD and NFS (Network File System) on a system cluster obtained results average migration time on node1 towards node2 reach 9.7(s), 3.7(s) for node2 towards node3, and 3(s) on node3 towards node1. Also obtained downtime less amounting 0.58 ms on node1, on node2 0.02 ms, and 0.02 ms on node3.

With the emergence of cloud computing, it is significant to establish a unified, open and flexible education resource platform for sharing resources and narrowing the gap between education information. Based on the analysis of problems of educational resources construction and the advantages brought by cloud computing technology, this paper proposes a kind of Cloud-Based Education Resource Operation and Open Platform. Then the basic architecture and function of the platform are discussed and a kind of educational resource management and organization model introduced. This paper gives specific directions for education cloud application. Cloud computing technology makes people study at any given time or place with any available device.
