Abstrak Besarnya tekanan pada organiasi bisnis harus direspon oteh organiasi dengan tepat agar dapat tetap eksis di pasar bisnisnya. Respon tersebut dilakukan dengan mengubah strategi organiasi yang diikuti dengan perubahan teknologi informasi yang digunakan agar dapat mendukung strategi bisnis organisasi yang baru. Perubahan strategi bisnis dan perubahan teknologi informasi yang digunakan seringkali harus diikuti oleh perubahan komponen organisasi yang lain, yakni: struktur dan budaya organisasi, manajemen dan proses bisnis, dan individu dan aturan-aturan. perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi harus dikelola dengan baik agar teknologi informasi yang baru dapat bekerja dengan baik dan strategi bisnis organisasi dapat dijalankan sebagaimana mestinya. Universitas Advent Indonesia, dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa, hendak mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem informasi yang baru, yaitu sistem informasi pendaftaran ulang berbasis web. Implementasi sistem informasi yang baru ini menuntut adanya perubahan pada komponen-komponen organisasi UNAI yang lain. Agar semua perubahan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan bailg maka diperlukan sebuah strategi pengelolaan perubahan yang tepat. Kata Kunci: Perubahan, Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, UNAI.   Abstract Various pressure to business organization have to be responded by organization correctly to be exist in its business market. The response conducted by altering organizational strategy which followed with change of information technology application used to support new organizational business strategy. Change of business strategy and change of information technology application sometimes have to follow by change of other organizational namely: organizational culfure and structure, business process and management, and rules and individual. Changes in organization have to be managed in best way to make sure new information technology application can work in maximum performance and organizational business strategy can be run properly. Indonesia Adventist University, in effort to increase service quality to student, is going to implementation a new information system, that is web-based registration information system. The implementation of new Information system will make in various component of organizational UNAI. A right change management strategy need to make sure every change will be going well.

This chapter discusses the difficulties organizations have experienced when attempting to develop a new information technology application. The reasons for these difficulties are examined. A methodology for teaching a Software Project Management course that prepares students for conducting a successful project is presented in detail. The author hopes that educators will find the concepts and techniques presented useful and incorporate some of them in their courses.

Entering the XXI century and especially in the period of the industrial revolution has entered the era of IT with the knowledge economy in the trend of globalization. The 4.0 mankind development of ICT, especially the Internet has had a strong impact and make changes to all activities profound social life of every country in the world. Through surveys in six high School, interviewed 85 managers and teachers on the status of the management of information technology application in teaching, author of the article used the SWOT method to distribute surface strength, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges from which to export 7 management measures consistent with reality. 7 measures have been conducting trials and the results showed that 07 measures of necessary and feasible.

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, information systems are now increasingly developing and are very important and main things in helping the process of corporate performance, in the near future that will make competition in the performance process will be more updated and faster. Because of that the use of information technology and the design of making application programs using Visual Basic 6.0 as programing and MySQL as its database, regarding the analysis and design of information systems for inpatients in anal azimar maternity homes. Problems - problems faced by this company, namely the problem of data redundancy in inputting data, and not presented properly and lead to difficulties when manipulating, changing, and deleting data. In the end the author hopes that with the creation of a new information system, it can help the input process more easily, and quickly. Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language , MySQL and Patient   Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam  membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan  Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai programing  dan MySQL  sebagai Databasenya, mengenai analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pasien rawat inap di rumah bersalin azimar anas. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data dalam menginput data,dan tidak tersaji secara baik dan  mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu proses input dengan lebih mudah, dan cepat. Kata kunci : Teknologi, Informasi, Bahasa Pemograman Visual Basic 6.0 , MySQL dan Pasien

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language
