Useful information system to support of business process an organization/company with no eception immigration authority. Business process that so far has been implemented have not use information technology maximally resulted in a fall in the passer the limits for the low service quality to the unfixed data storage and difficulty for finding data and produce reports. The purpose of the research are to design a cross platform information system architecture to support the business process carried out by the immigration authorities on three (3) Integrated Cross Border Posts (PLBN) under the control of the Class II Immigration Office of Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara. For the purposes of the architecture planning was using the framework of TOGAF ADM based on mapped problems, while the design of the information system is based on the PIECES framework. Information systems that proposed aims to solve the problems faced by and to support policy and the government's national strategies in the management of the border region. It is expected that the design of cross platform information system applied to linking immigration offices, immigration officers in PLBN and the passer. The results of this research are expected to be implemented in support of the business process on the immigration authorities with linking immigration offices, immigration officers in PLBN and the passer and also to improve the services of the immigration officer.

The village of Pageraji is one of the village governments located in the western capital of Banyumas Regency. The process of administration services in Pageraji Village still uses conventional systems. Based on the analysis of the problem, researchers will make planning the enterprise architecture to know in detail the business process and the stages in the Pageraji Village hall. The method used is TOGAF ADM by using four stages, namely architecture stage of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture. The overall analysis of the results of 4 phases of TOGAF ADM obtained the conformity between architectural needs and the recommended architecture seen from the results of analysis of requirement management with the four stages of TOGAF ADM. The results of this study are architectural planning companies.

ABSTRACT<br />Information strategic planning and information technology (SI / IT) are identified as key factors in IT integration and business alignment in organizations. Strategic planning carried out at Primakara STMIK uses the TOGAF framework to produce an enterprise architecture that will be a guideline for the development of information systems and information technology (SI / IT) that is aligned with Primakara's STMIK vision, mission and goals. The environmental analysis is done first, the environmental analysis uses SWOT analysis to get an overview of the strategic plan. Stages to get an overview of enterprise architecture and information system development roadmap include Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, which consists of: Data Architecture, and Application Architecture.<br />Keyword :TOGAF, Enterprises Architecture, College<br />ABSTRAK<br />Perencanaan strategis informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam integrasi TI dan keselarasan bisnis pada organisasi. Perencanaan strategis yang dilakukan pada STMIK Primakara menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF untuk menghasilkan enterprise architecture yang akan menjadi pedoman untuk pengembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) yang selaras dengan visi, misi dan tujuan STMIK Primakara. Analisis lingkungan dilakukan terlebih dahulu, analisis lingkungan menggunakan SWOT analisis untuk mendapat gambaran rencana strategis. Tahapan untuk mendapatkan gambaran enterprises architecture dan roadmap pengembangan sistem informasi meliputi Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, yang terdiri dari: Data Architecture, dan Application Architecture.<br />Kata Kunci : TOGAF, Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise, Sekolah Tinggi.

Water has become a concern throughout the planet because it has become a scarce resource in recent years, due to several factors, especially the disrespect of human being for sustainable development. Nowadays, it is imperative to create public policies, legislation and the proposal of new methodologies, processes and products that can help in the fight against pollution, waste and rational use of water resources. Particularly, the use of information technology provides a modern, agile and efficient management of water resources. One of the important actions in this sense is the water use surveillance. In this article, we discuss the surveillance process, we approach a surveillance methodology used in the Water Management Agency, and we present a Web-based information system architecture and a mobile platform to provide a management of the surveillance in an efficient and effective way. The proposed system is already online at agency and some partial results, especially regarding the denunciations, notifications and proceedings are discussed.

Dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Disparbud KBB) khususnya pada fungsi Kepegawaian Umum dan Bina Budaya diupayakan dapat menyelaraskan antara layanan bisnis dan layanan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan perubahan dari segi layanan internal maupun publik dalam mengembangkan potensi kebudayaan dan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Enterprise Architecture (EA) menjadi jawaban sebagai pengembangan rancangan dokumentasi blueprint TI. Perancangan EA pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem melalui Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Metode analisis dokumen, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dalam menunjang pencaharian kebutuhan informasi organisasi selama pengembangan EA. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa solusi integrase proses data dan aplikasi melalui teknologi Government Service Bus (GSB).
