Research work has been devoted to show how satellite technology can meet a variety of human needs and the ultimate measure of its effectiveness. Communication satellites, whether in geostationary Earth orbit (GEO) or non GEO, provide an effective platform to relay radio signals between points on the ground. The users who employ these signals enjoy a broad spectrum of telecommunication services on the ground, at sea, and in the air. In recent years, such systems have become practical to the point where a typical household can have its own satellite dish. That dish can receive a broad range of television programming and provide broadband access to the Internet. Key words: satellite, antenna, Earth orbit (GEO), transponder, VHF, frequency modulation (FM)10.36719/2663-4619/68/78-83 Müslim Vahid oğlu Nasiyev Azərbaycan Texniki Universiteti magistrant [email protected] MÜASİR RABİTƏ SİSTEMLƏRİNƏ ALTERNATİV OLARAQ, PEYK RABİTƏ ŞƏBƏKƏLƏRİNİN ARAŞDIRILMASI VƏ TƏTBİQİ Açar sözlər: Peyk, antena, yer orbiti (GEO), transponder, VHF, tezlik modulyasiyası (FM) Research and application of satellite communication networks as an alternative to modern communication systems Summary Research work has been devoted to show how satellite technology can meet a variety of human needs and the ultimate measure of its effectiveness. This article provides an overview of the technologies for generating radio signals, such as orthogonal frequency division multiplexing and its modifications: universal filtered multicarrier and filter bank multi-carrier currently used in wireless communication networks. Subject of research: methods of multicar-rier modulation. Main results: Overview of modern methods of forming multicarrier signals in radio communication systems. A number of computational experiments have been performed to compare the characteristics of signal localization, peak-to-average ratios and spurious emissions. Practical implica-tions: the results can be used in choosing the type of modulation in the case of the development of digi-tal radio communication systems.

One of the key components of communication networks, which determines the principles of their operation, are traffic routing protocols. The purpose of this article is to consider the possibility of using widely used dynamic routing protocols in LEO satellite communication systems. Based on the available publications, the analysis of the initial data was carried out and the conditions for the functioning of routing protocols in low-orbit satellite communication systems, as well as the basic requirements for such protocols, were formulated. The analysis of the functioning of the dynamic routing protocols in the given conditions is carried out. The disadvantages of the considered protocols are highlighted and characterized. The main conclusion of the article is the inexpediency of using the considered protocols in low-orbit satellite communication networks due to the high resource requirements and the insufficient speed of propagation of changes. The results can be used to substantiate technical solutions in the design of low-orbit satellite communication networks.
