In Azerbaijan, due to natural oil, there are large reserves of bituminous rocks. Absheron-Gobustan district has 11 bituminous sandstone deposits with reserves of 12,673,6600 tons [1-3]. The largest reserves are concentrated in the Balakhan part of the Kirmaki Mountains, the reserves of which amount to more than 50 million tons. For the purpose of extraction of oil from bituminous rocks different methods and methods are used. The results of the study of electromagnetic effects on the process of displacement of oil from bituminous sand with the use of ferromagnetic liquid are given in this work. Keywords: bituminous sands, oil extraction, ferromagnetic liquid.

On the base that steam soaking and steamdriving recovery reach to the current oilfield average level, we do 1 group double tube steam +CO2 composite displacement experiment and 4 group double tube surfactant adjustable profile + steam +CO2 composite displacement experiment. And record after steamflooding steam drive with carbon dioxide and surfactant improvement value. The results show that in the steam composite flooding, enhanced oil recovery rate increases as the number of composite plug PV growing. Carbon dioxide and steam are injecter by 1:1 alternately and composite plug is 0.3PV, in which enhanced oil recovery rate can reach 19% and cost of oil displacement agent is 38.77 Yuan/ton of oil. Carbon dioxide and II thermostability discharge aiding agent are injecter by 1:1 alternately and thebest composite slug is 0.3PV, in which enhanced oil recovery rate can reach 23.7% and cost of oil displacement agent is 289.66 Yuan/ton of oil. When the plug PV number is same(0.3), surfactant + CO2 composite plug can improve more 4.7% than steam +CO2. Hence, thermostability discharge aiding agent have some effects on improving recovery.

New results for the neutron-deuteron analyzing power Ay(θ) at En = 1.2 and 1.9 MeV and their comparison to proton-deuteron data reveal a sizeable and unexpected difference which increases with decreasing center-of-mass energy. This finding calls for the theoretical treatment of a subtle electromagnetic effect presently not incorporated in rigorous three-nucleon scattering calculations, before it is justified to invoke charge-dependent three-nucleon forces and/or other new physics.

The results of a physical simulation using negatively charged artificial thunderstorm cells to test the spectrum of possible electromagnetic effects of upward streamer discharges on the model elements of transmission line monitoring systems (sensor or antennas) are presented. Rod and elongated model elements with different electric field amplification coefficients are investigated. A generalization is made about the parameters of upward streamer current impulse and its electromagnetic effect on both kinds of model elements. A wavelet analysis of the upward streamer corona current impulse and of the signal simultaneously induced in the neighboring model element is conducted. A generalization of the spectral characteristics of the upward streamer current and of the signals induced by the electromagnetic radiation of the nearby impulse streamer corona on model elements is made. The reasons for super-high and ultra-high frequency ranges in the wavelet spectrum of the induced electromagnetic effect are discussed. The characteristic spectral ranges of the possible electromagnetic effect of upward streamer flash on the elements of transmission line monitoring systems are considered.

The article considers the state of things in Russian oil refining. The options for its modernization are analyzed, as well as the effects of tax reforms in the sector. It is noted that current tax reforms mostly touch upon refining, not oil extraction, so one can expect further reforms in the sector and their impact on the industry.
