In order to process the involute curve profile of scroll compressor,the method of using Archimedes spiral to approximate the involute curve in the polar coordinates is used.The error of approximation caused by different interval distances of interpolation points is simulated by Matlab.The machining experiment of orbit scroll using the appromation method of equal-radial- interval is carried out on CNC machine tool,and the interpolation error of actual machining is . The effectiveness and practicality of the method were tested and varified.

This paper analyzes the structure and classification of five-axis CNC machine, According to the nonlinear error analysis, tool center point and put heart point location model is established and derived the space of five-axis CNC machine tool cutting tool length compensation algorithm formula;Combined with two-dimensional CNC machine tool compensation principle and Kinematics Transform Algorithm (KTA) formula the same radius compensation algorithm formula is deduced, and within the scope of linear error analysis verified the result of the algorithm.Cutter compensation technology provides a method for the space.

This paper presents some simulation based upon a dynamic model of a feed-drive within the structure of a CNC machine tool. A DC servomotor was considered as actuation device for the feed drive. For a given set of parameters for the position controller, two fuzzy types of fuzzy controllers were tested by means of simulation. The first fuzzy controller was a proportional one, with one input and one output, while the second one was a two variables one, with two inputs and one outputp.

Because of the practical requirement of real-time collection and analysis of CNC machine tool processing status information, we discuss the necessity and feasibility of applying ubiquitous sensor network(USN) in CNC machine tools by analyzing the characteristics of ubiquitous sensor network and the development trend of CNC machine tools, and application of machine tool thermal error compensation based on USN is presented.
