The present study provides an understanding of the role of fear of failure in entrepreneurial decision making by examining the mediating role of appraisal dimensions through the study of the impact of fear (state and trait) on entrepreneurial risk perception and using the cognitive-motivational-relational process and the Appraisal Tendencies Framework as based theories. Using a sample of students, we confirmed that trait fear is significantly related with higher entrepreneurial risk perception and this relation is mediated by cognitive appraisal dimensions especially the certainty theme. The same relationship is not confirmed for the state fear, even the statistical difference between students in entrepreneurial risk perception due to state fear condition.

This research paper examines the impact of emotional intelligence and financial literacy on investment decision with a mediating role of risk perception. The data is collected by using questionnaire, from a sample of 152 investors, from stock exchange and banks. The results support that to make adequate investment decisions, investors should be financially literate and have control on their emotions. However, risk perception of investors does not mediate this relationship.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of cognitive and affective risk perceptions that the employees perceive due to COVID-19 on their well-being. Another purpose is to reveal the mediating role of understanding of COVID-19 in the impact of the risk perceptions perceived by the employees due to COVID-19 on their well-being. The data of the study were collected between December 15, 2020 and February 15, 2021. It was found that cognitive and affective risk perceptions caused by COVID-19 significantly and negatively affected the well-being of the employees.

Although the positive relationship between religion and environmental behavior has aroused heated debate, empirical research on the relationship between religion and public pro-environmental behavior is still relatively insufficient. This paper aims to explore the group differences in the influence of religious identity on public pro-environmental behavior and the mediating role of environmental risk perception in religious identity and public pro-environmental behavior. Using the Chinese General Social Survey data of 2013 for empirical analysis, this study’s results show that there are group differences in the impact of religious identity on public pro-environmental behavior. Women with a religious identity are more willing to engage in public pro-environmental behavior than those without a religious identity. Additionally, people over the age of 45 with a religious identity are more willing to participate in public pro-environmental behavior than those without a religious identity. Furthermore, political participants with a religious identity are more willing to practice public pro-environmental behavior than those without a religious identity. In addition, we found that environmental risk perception can act as partial mediation in religion and public pro-environmental behavior. In other words, religious identities are deeply embedded in local political and social culture. In order to correctly understand the relationship between religion and public pro-environmental behavior, it is necessary to consider religious identity in a specific cultural background.

This article tries to study the impact of the bank regional manager's emotional bias on the performance of Tunisian banks. This is by taking into account the mediating role of the decentralization of decision-making rights. For this purpose, an empirical study was carried out using a questionnaire as a data collection method and using a sample of 100 regionals directors of Tunisian banks. This article reflects an original approach, as it highlights the role of behavioral aspects in explaining the level of performance within the framework of the organizational architecture theory. In fact, the results show that the behavioral dimension is a central dimension in the organizational architecture.

Athlete achievement can be achieved through the role of trainers in determining the program and the training process. During the training process, the coach has a role as a leader and a decision maker. The right leadership and decision-making of a coach will produce talented athletes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of leadership and decision making from the trainer on the performance of athletes. The research used survey and interview method, with cross sectional survey design. This study used a sample of trainers. Sampling is done by purposive method. The sample used amounted to 53 people. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using variance analysis. The process of calculation using SPSS version 17. Leadership and decision-making is very important in order to improve athletes achievement.

Purpose- The primary purpose of the study is to determine the impact of organizational justice (OJ) on employee sustainability. Along with that, it also describes how organizational commitment mediates this direct relationship. This study includes all dimensions of OJ which are distributive, procedural and interactional (interpersonal & informational) within the context of a developing country (Pakistan). Design/Methodology- This study has considered employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Two hundred ten questionnaires were received back from employees. Regression analysis was used to analyze direct relationships between variables, while smart partial least squares (PLS) were used for mediation analysis. Findings- Results demonstrated that all hypothesis were accepted and it was also confirmed that organizational commitment (OC) mediates the direct relationship between OJ and employee sustainability (ES). Originality/value- Multidimensional construct of organizational justice was tested in this study, in the context of a developing country (Pakistan), to address the research gap.
