The paper presents an alternative approach to metrological support and assessment of the technical condition of rolling bearings in operation. The analysis of existing approaches, including methods of vibration diagnostics, envelope analysis, wavelet analysis, etc. Considers the possibility of applying a phase-chronometric method for support on the basis of neurodiagnostics bearing life cycle on the basis of the unified format of measurement information. The possibility of diagnosing a rolling bearing when analyzing measurement information from the shaft and separator was evaluated.

This paper describes a promising method for non-contact vibration diagnostics based on the use of Doppler microwave sensors. In this case, active irradiation of the object with electromagnetic waves and the allocation of phase changes using two-channel quadrature processing of the received reflected signal are used. The modes of further fine analysis of the resulting signal using spectral or wavelet transformations depending on the nature of the active vibration are considered. The advantages of this non-contact and remote vibration analysis method for the study of complex dynamic objects are described. The convenience of the method for machine learning and use in intelligent systems of non-destructive continuous monitoring of the state of these objects by vibration is noted.

Identified the problem of increasing the efficiency of the collection device and the processing of information in telemetry monitoring systems and vibration diagnostics. The possibilities of CAD-programs for the calculation of vibro-impact processes and random vibration devices and printed circuit boards. A study of the frequency and random vibration study on the example of the PCB in SolidWorks environment. Abstract purpose, principle of operation, characteristics of the onboard telemetry information «Pyrite» system for measuring the parameters of aircraft, which are characterized by different phases and the duration of the flight telemetered site; It shows that the «Pyrite» equipment can be effectively used for the integrated telemetry information slowly evolving processes and rapidly changing processes of aircraft.

Abstract An analytical solution for a specific case of the forced Duffing oscillator is proposed. The excitation force contains two harmonics with significant difference frequencies. This case corresponds to a presence of a defect in the machinery and is in the art of the machinery vibration diagnostics. The results obtained show an amplitude modulation. Therefore, the presence of an amplitude modulation in the vibration signal may be used as an indicator for a malfunction. Analytical solution derived clarifies how the amplitude modulation occurs. Also, a numerical solution is realized and compared with the analytical one. For this, the Duffing equation is solved numerically and then, the spectrograms of vibrations are obtained through a Discrete-time Fourier Transform.
