The development of information technology has changed the bureaucracy of Indonesian Government. Therefore they should adopt development e-government services. One of the service is repository on law and regulations, Indonesia has already have the National Law of Documentation and Information Networking (NLDIN) as central of law and regulation repository but most of the member of NLDIN do not applied repository standard like Human computer interface, interoperability and repository management. In the future the NLDIN system need to rebuild the system according the standard of institutional repository.

As a new way of implementing human-computer interface, brain-computer interfaces (BCI) dramatically changed the user experiences and have broad applications in cyber behavior research. This chapter aims to provide an overall picture of the BCI science and its role in cyberpsychology. The chapter starts with an introduction of the concept, components, and the history and development of BCI. It is then followed by an overview of neuroimaging technologies and signals commonly used in BCI. Then, different applications of BCI on both the clinical population and the general population are summarized in connection with cyberpsychology. Specifically, applications include communication, rehabilitation, entertainments, learning, marketing, and authentication. The chapter concludes with the future directions of BCI.

As a high populated country, one of Indonesia major problem is unemployment. The Indonesian government has been working on several programs to reduce the unemployment level. In the province level, Disnakertrans Jatim has several initiatives, including: developing Employment Service Center as well as Online Job Service Center. The number of Internet users is increasing significantly in the last several years, including in Indonesia. The use of Information Technology is expected to assist the job seekers to find jobs, and allows companies to find workers effectively. This paper discusses about the development of the Online Job Service Center
