In this chapter the authors look at technological issues within and the influence of technological developments outside oceanography on two very different, but interrelated, facets of ocean data: the labelling of parameters and the autonomous collection of oceanographic data. In particular, consideration is given to the influence of standards developed within computer science, such as Sensor Web Enablement (SWE), Resource Description Framework (RDF) and the Simple Knowledge Organisation System (SKOS). It is shown that the development of autonomy in oceanographic data collection is highly dependent on semantically sound data and metadata with presentation of related issues such as unambiguous data citation, resolution of systematic biases and integration of data from complementary but independently governed oceanographic observation programmes.

Traditional research methods are inadequate to predict and explain consumer behavior accurately in some cases. Marketing discipline tries to benefit from new technological developments in order to make up the deficiency subjects’ competence and willingness to express how they feel when they face with stimulus in traditional data collection method has an effect on the success of the method. In traditional methods, subjects often cannot remember or know the correct answer, or even if they know the answer they will give answers that satisfy the researcher. The inadequacy in traditional techniques has driven the researchers to evaluate theconsumer response more accurately. It is observed that in recent years neuromarketing techniques began to be used extensively to measure consumer responses accurate in marketing field. Although neuromarketing is commonly used in marketing field, there are some questions about the efficiency of the method. This study emphasizes the efficiency on the general evaluation of neuromarketing techniques and criticism of it. The aim of this study is to indicate the historical development of application of neuro science on marketing and consumer behavior, and to establish the future of neuro science, its opportunities and threats.

Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Publik, Inovasi Pelayanan Pajak, Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat)   Public service becomes the most visible measure of government performance. Along with technological developments and the many challenges that must be faced, public services must be aligned with breakthroughs or innovations. One of the public services that need to be optimized is the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). Therefore, the Samsat Gresik Joint Office made an application that was inaugurated on July 14, 2020, namely SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat), which is a tax service application as well as information related to the extension of the validity period for motorized vehicle registration certificates (STNK). The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the services of the Samsat Gresik Joint Office through the Samsat Rame Application Innovation (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) so that it is able to answer several public service problems. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Peoples Friendly Samsat application (Samsat Rame) is not efficient because service inputs are still burdensome for service users. Not yet effective because it failed to achieve the goals desired by the organizers. As well as the poor quality of results due to supporting factors that seem to make the Samsat Rame application done because it is urgent without thinking about the long term. While the inhibiting factor has more influence on the discontinuation of the Samsat Rame innovation. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase socialization and promotion to the people of Gresik Regency. Keywords: Public Service, Tax service innovation, Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat)

Abstract A pidgin metadata framework based on the concept of pidgin metadata is proposed to complement the limitations of existing approaches to metadata interoperability and to achieve more reliable metadata interoperability. The framework consists of three layers, with a hierarchical structure, and reflects the semantic and structural characteristics of various metadata. Layer 1 performs both an external function, serving as an anchor for semantic association between metadata elements, and an internal function, providing semantic categories that can encompass detailed elements. Layer 2 is an arbitrary layer composed of substantial elements from existing metadata and performs a function in which different metadata elements describing the same or similar aspects of information resources are associated with the semantic categories of Layer 1. Layer 3 implements the semantic relationships between Layer 1 and Layer 2 through the Resource Description Framework syntax. With this structure, the pidgin metadata framework can establish the criteria for semantic connection between different elements and fully reflect the complexity and heterogeneity among various metadata. Additionally, it is expected to provide a bibliographic environment that can achieve more reliable metadata interoperability than existing approaches by securing the communication between metadata.

Technological developments and changes in government systems are developing rapidly. Both of these lead to efforts to carry out duties, protect functions and serve the community. This encourages the government to take various adjustment steps quickly in line with the dynamics of development that occur. One of them is through a population census. The population census is an important issue that must be handled properly. The population census in this study takes population data in an area based on the number of male population, female population, ratio, and population density. The data was taken and submitted to the Makassar City Statistics Agency. Population Census is a presentation of information that has the ability to present accurate information, and helps facilitate the search for a population census data. The population census is carried out every 5 years which is carried out by census officers to carry out data collection to each resident's house, the data collection process is carried out by conventional recording and submitting it to the central statistics agency for database entry. With this application, it is expected to provide convenience to Population census officers to perform the process of inputting population data and the data is directly stored in the database without having to return to the office to input again.

Summary Several standard formats have been proposed that can be used to describe models, simulations, data or other essential information in a consistent fashion. These constitute various separate components required to reproduce a given published scientific result. The Open Modeling EXchange format (OMEX) supports the exchange of all the information necessary for a modeling and simulation experiment in biology. An OMEX file is a ZIP container that includes a manifest file, an optional metadata file, and the files describing the model. The manifest is an XML file listing all files included in the archive and their type. The metadata file provides additional information about the archive and its content. Although any format can be used, we recommend an XML serialization of the Resource Description Framework.Together with the other standard formats from the Computational Modeling in Biology Network (COMBINE), OMEX is the basis of the COMBINE Archive. The content of a COMBINE Archive consists of files encoded in COMBINE standards whenever possible, but may include additional files defined by an Internet Media Type. The COMBINE Archive facilitates the reproduction of modeling and simulation experiments in biology by embedding all the relevant information in one file. Having all the information stored and exchanged at once also helps in building activity logs and audit trails.
