Sentiment analysis is an extension of data mining which employs natural language processing and information extraction task to recognize people's opinion towards entities such as products, services, issues, organizations, individuals, events, topics, and their attributes. It gives the summarized opinion of a writer or speaker. It has received lot of attention due to increasing number of posts/tweets on social sites. The proposed system is meant to classify a given text of review into positive, negative, or the neutral category. Primary objective of this article is to provide a method of exploiting permutation and combination and chi values for sentiment analysis of product reviews. Publicly available freely dictionary SentiWordNet 3.0 has been used for review classification. The proposed system is domain independent and context aware. Another objective of the proposed system is to identify the feature specific intensity with which reviewer has expressed his opinion. Effectiveness of the proposed system has been verified through performance matrix and compared with other research work.

The other name of sentiment analysis is the opinion mining. It’s one of the primary objectives in a Natural Language Processing(NLP). Opinion mining is having a lot of audience lately. In our research we have taken up a prime problem of opinion mining which is theSentiment Polarity Categorization(SPC) that is very influential. We proposed a methodology for the SPC with explanations to the minute level. Apart from theories computations are made on both review standard and sentence standard categorization with benefitting outcomes. Also, the data that is represented here is from the product reviews given on the shopping site called Amazon.

Sentiment analysis or Opinion Mining or Emotion Artificial Intelligence is an on-going field which refers to the use of Natural Language Processing, analysis of text and is utilized to extract quantify and is used to study the emotional states from a given piece of information or text data set. It is an area that continues to be currently in progress in field of text mining. Sentiment analysis is utilized in many corporations for review of products, comments from social media and from a small amount of it is utilized to check whether or not the text is positive, negative or neutral. Throughout this research work we wish to adopt rule- based approaches which defines a set of rules and inputs like Classic Natural Language Processing techniques, stemming, tokenization, a region of speech tagging and parsing of machine learning for sentiment analysis which is going to be implemented by most advanced python language.

Sentiment Analysis (SA) is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and an Information Extraction (IE) task that primarily aims to obtain the writer’s feelings expressed in positive or negative by analyzing a large number of documents. SA is also widely studied in the fields of data mining, web mining, text mining, and information retrieval. The fundamental task in sentiment analysis is to classify the polarity of a given content as Positive, Negative, or Neutral . Although extensive research has been conducted in this area of computational linguistics, most of the research work has been carried out in the context of English language. However, Bengali sentiment expression has varying degree of sentiment labels, which can be plausibly distinct from English language. Therefore, sentiment assessment of Bengali language is undeniably important to be developed and executed properly. In sentiment analysis, the prediction potential of an automatic modeling is completely dependent on the quality of dataset annotation. Bengali sentiment annotation is a challenging task due to diversified structures (syntax) of the language and its different degrees of innate sentiments (i.e., weakly and strongly positive/negative sentiments). Thus, in this article, we propose a novel and precise guideline for the researchers, linguistic experts, and referees to annotate Bengali sentences immaculately with a view to building effective datasets for automatic sentiment prediction efficiently.

Every successful business aims to know how customers feel about its brands, services, and products. People freely express their views, ideas, sentiments, and opinions on social media for their day-to-day activities, for product reviews, for surveys, and even for their public opinions. This process provides a fortune of valuable resources about the market for any type of business. Unfortunately, it's impossible to manually analyze this massive quantity of information. Sentiment analysis (SA) and opinion mining (OM), as new fields of natural language processing, have the potential benefit of analyzing such a huge amount of data. SA or OM is the computational treatment of opinions, sentiments, and subjectivity of text. This chapter introduces the reader to a survey of different text SA and OM proposed techniques and approaches. The authors discuss in detail various approaches to perform a computational treatment for sentiments and opinions with their strengths and drawbacks.

Multilingual Sentiment analysis plays an important role in a country like India with many languages as the style of expression varies in different languages. The Indian people speak in total 22 different languages and with the help of Google Indic keyboard people can express their sentiments i.e reviews about anything in the social media in their native language from individual smart phones. It has been found that machine learning approach has overcome the limitations of other approaches. In this paper, a detailed study has been carried out based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Simple Neural Network (SNN) ,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN), and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM)Neural Network followed by another amalgamated model adding a CNN layer on top of the LSTM without worrying about versatility of multilingualism. Around 4000 samples of reviews in English, Hindi and in Bengali languages are considered to generate outputs for the above models and analyzed. The experimental results on these realistic reviews are found to be effective for further research work.

Twitter sentiment analysis is the method of Natural Language Processing (NLP). In this project named Twitter sentiment Analysis we analyze the sentiments behind the twitter’s tweet. We have three type of sentiment: Positive, Neutral and Negative. Analyzing the sentiments behind every tweet is the biggest problem in the early days but now it can be solved with the help of Machine Learning. Twitter is an online micro-blogging and social-networking platform which allows users to write short status updates of maximum length 140 characters and through the Twitter Sentimental Analysis we can analysis the mood of the person who tweet which can helps in the industries to analyze the market and their product reviews or we can know the sentiments behind the opinion on any topic on which the group of people tweet and through this we can find the final result that the people point on view on the particular topic, product and any other tweets suggestions.

Sentiment analysis is a machine learning technique which helps machines to understand and read emotions in human and predicts the same using Artificial Intelligence. In this paper we are trying to evaluate the product reviews in platforms like Amazon, flipchart etc whether it is positive, negative or neutral using Natural language processing technique. Because evaluating product reviews helps companies to make changes in product if needed and keep themselves in the market Competition. To classify reviews, we use Naïve Bayes Classifier (NB) and NLTK library which is a open source platform in Natural Language Processing helps machines to convert the Text into Polarity Score using its Functions like Tokenization, Lemmatization etc. This library helps to calculate Subjectivity and Polarity. And also, we trained our model with Bag of words or lexicons dictionary and test it on the analysis status. More the accuracy score better will be the classification. And also, we have used the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency for the extraction of frequency of words from the reviews of Product.
