Almost 10 years after the Cl@ssi 2.0 project began in Italy, the contribution intends to take stock of the consequences and the development of the project, broadening the view to the role of informal learning and the new 4.0 technologies, with a look at the effects of the emergence of COVID-19. The last part of the chapter focuses on the role of new enabling technologies in the future model of 4.0 learning which in turn fits into the Society 5.0 framework. These scenarios will offer insights for a concluding reflection on Society 5.0, a society in which the integration of technologies will offer an opportunity to develop all sectors of social life, including the education and training sector.

American officers considering the role of the sea Services in a future war must understand the history and organizational culture of the Chinese military and consider how these factors shape the Chinese approach to naval strategy and operations. The Sino-Japanese War of 1894–95 remains a cautionary tale full of salient lessons for future conflict. A review of recent Chinese publications highlights several consistent themes that underpin Chinese thinking about naval strategy. Chinese authors assess that the future requires that China inculcate an awareness of the maritime domain in its people, that it build institutions that can sustain seapower, and that, at the operational level, it actively seeks to contest and gain sea control far from shore. Careful consideration of the Sino-Japanese War can support two priority focus areas from the Commandant’s Planning Guidance: “warfighting” and “education and training.”

The fourth industrial revolution, also known as the digital revolution, has taken place since the beginning of the 21st century. The characteristic of this industrial revolution is the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence and automated machines. chemistry, bringing a combination of virtual systems and reality. This revolution has a strong impact on many fields and many aspects of social life, in which a special human resource of high quality is indispensable; but human resources are the direct object of education – training. Education and training play an important role as a key factor and a driving force for the development of the economy. Not only in Vietnam but also in most other countries in the world, governments consider education as a top national policy. So why is education and training so important to the country's development strategy? The quality of Vietnamese education is really alarming in all aspects. If we don't recognize the true nature of the problem, if we just want to have great achievements, want our students to be rewarded and forget about the problem, the future of education will have a lot of defective products. The future of education is the future of the country, the future of every family. Therefore, each person in different positions but with the sincerity of education to join hands will hope for the change. The content of this article will revolve around the inadequacies of Vietnamese education about the status quo, about the reasons why Vietnamese education has not kept up with international friends, thereby proposing solutions for difficulties. the current challenges of the Vietnamese education industry, and the need for innovative reforms to fulfill the mission of the education sector. Good coordination between the three environments including family, school and society will be the key to solving the problem of improving the quality of education in Vietnam. That is the objective of this paper, as the solution improves the connection and interaction efficiency of the three environments mentioned above.

Subject. The article discusses how management transforms as artificial intelligence gets more important in governance, production and social life. Objectives. We identify and substantiate trends in management transformation as artificial intelligence evolves and gets more important in governance, production and social life. The article also provides our suggestions for management and training of managers dealing with artificial intelligence. Methods. The study employs methods of logic research, analysis and synthesis through the systems and creative approach, methodology of technological waves. Results. We analyzed the scope of management as is and found that threats and global challenges escalate due to the advent of artificial intelligence. We provide the rationale for recognizing the strategic culture as the self-organizing system of business process integration. We suggest and substantiate the concept of soft power with reference to strategic culture, which should be raised, inter alia, through the scientific school of conflict studies. We give our recommendations on how management and training of managers should be improved in dealing with artificial intelligence as it evolves. The novelty hereof is that we trace trends in management transformation as the role of artificial intelligence evolves and growth in governance, production and social life. Conclusions and Relevance. Generic solutions are not very effective for the Russian management practice during the transition to the sixth and seventh waves of innovation. Any programming product represents artificial intelligence, which simulates a personality very well, though unable to substitute a manager in motivating, governing and interacting with people.

The development of ICTs has strongly influenced many different aspects of social life, including education and training. Research and surveys have been conducted to find out data and information on the implementation of education and training (DIKLAT) in order to improve the performance of diverse personnel. Basically the implementation of education and training is intended to increase the mastery of the skills and knowledge of personnel in an effort to improve personnel performance. Measuring the performance of diverse personnel is important in overall management, in order to know each personnel's performance and find the best alternative for all deficiencies, because each personnel hasdifferent abilities and personalities.Performance measurements carried out on an ongoing basis provide feedback which is important in continuous improvement efforts in achieving success in the future.

Abstract Despite sustained philosophical attention, no theory of humor claims general acceptance. Drawing on the resources provided by intentional systems theory, this article first outlines an approach to investigating humor based on the idea of a comic stance, then sketches the Dismissal Theory of Humor (DTH) that has resulted from pursuing that approach. According to the DTH, humor manifests in cases where the future-directed significance of anticipatory failures is dismissed. Mirth, on this view, is the reward people get for declining to update predictive representational schemata in ways that maximize their futureoriented value. The theory aims to provide a plausible account of the role of humor in human mental and social life, but it also aims to be empirically vulnerable, and to generate testable predictions about how the comic stance may actually be undergirded by cognitive architectures.
