In this paper the authors shows hydroforming of tubular parts. Also it presents the technology of the hydroforming of the tubular parts. It is presented some experimental research compared with the prediction of the numerical simulation of this process. There are presented also the mechanical parameters of the material which are used in the field of the deforming process.

Environmental rubber concrete is a new building material, which can improve the construction quality of road drainage tube in road engineering and achieve effect of keeping warm and radial anti deformation. In order to study the physical properties of environmental rubber concrete, we use methods of experiment and numerical simulation to test mechanical parameters and effect of thermal insulation of concrete. Through the experiment we obtain the relation between ultimate bearing capacity and temperature. We use the software of ANSYS to secondary development on c numerical calculation, and establish a mathematical model of road drainage tube. Through the numerical simulation we get the temperature distribution and the radial strain nephogram of environmental rubber concrete. It provides a new method to study new materials in road engineering.

Experimental research on stamping of wrought aluminum alloy has been an important issue at home and abroad. In this paper, taking stamping of aluminum alloy hemispherical components for example, the effects of blank holder force (BHF) on stamping forming process of aluminum alloy are explored by methods of experiments and numerical simulation. Through experiments, the forming laws of hemispherical components are found out. The research shows that the BHF has significant effects on the quality of stamping components and reasonable BHF can greatly improve the formability of hemispherical components. Additionally, by applying simulation software in stamping, the development circle of product and its moulds can be shortened, and product quality and its competitiveness in the market can be improved.

The paper describes multi-section round bloom casting using external MEMS, equipped with max section D600mm and min D280mm mold, the center line of D280mm mold not coincident with the axis of stirrer coils. it is exist eccentric electromagnetic stirring of mold which section less than max D600mm, a mathematical model of MEMS has been established, the index of central segregation of D280mm macrostructure had decreased less than 1.12 by optimized parameters of electromagnetic stirring and SEN immerse depth, in the end, the quality of round bloom had improved.

In view of the difficulty of traditional hydrocyclones to meet the requirements of fine classification, a double-overflow three-product (internal overflow, external overflow and underflow) hydrocyclone was designed in this study. Numerical simulation and experimental research methods were used to investigate the effects of double-overflow flow field characteristics and structural parameters (i.e., internal vortex finder diameter and insertion depth) on separation performance. The research results showed that the larger the diameter of the internal vortex finder, the greater the overflow yield and the larger the cut size. The finest internal overflow product can be obtained when the internal vortex finder is 30 mm longer than the external vortex finder. The separation efficiency is highest when the internal vortex finder is 30 mm shorter than the external vortex finder.
