This paper is oriented to typical operation missions, started with the concept and connotation of precise support, divided the precise support into three parts, including operational mission system, support target system and support system, systematically analyzed the mutual relationships among the subsystems, used operational readiness and mission sustainability these two parameters of integrated logistics support to make quantitative description, then discussed the running mode and process of precise equipment support.

With elaborating the research evolvement of equipment support resource verification, this paper demonstrated the significance of operational mission to this research. It decomposed Equipment Support System (ESS) into three subsystems: operational mission system, support object system and support resources system. According to the theories of Integrated Logistics Support, the overall parameter model was established to depict the relationship and impact mechanism of ESS’s components. Focusing on the key parameter: mean logistic delay time (MLDT), this paper proposed a transformation model to convert operational mission requirements to equipment support requirements.Transformation model can predict and ascertain all support resources needed to accomplish operational mission scientifically.

This study aims to identify the use of external support systems by counsellors located at the Council within the Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. Data for this research was collected using a case study. The case study included an interview of five (5) registered counsellors in Islamic Organization in Malaysia. This study was based on a qualitative approach and data were analyzed using N’Vivo 7.0. The data were developed into appropriate themes and sub-themes. The study revealed that the external support system (community support, peer counsellor, Islamic law and Islamic organization) should be applied to Muslim counsellors and Muslim converts. This research could be used as a guide for a counsellor to be more robust in providing guidance and counselling services to specific clients, such as, new Muslim converts. Keywords: system support; convert clients

Chronically implanted microelectrodes have been used to obtain extracellular records of trains of spontaneous action potentials from 30 neurones in the cerebral cortices of 13 unrestrained cats. Recorded neurones were in or near to primary visual cortex, primary auditory cortex, and in the supra-sylvian gyrus. Records were made with animals in several different behavioural states, which included sleep with rapid eye-movements and quiet sleep, peacefully awake, and alarmed. Interval distributions derived from trains of 200 action potentials recorded in less than 80 s did not differ significantly from curves in which the probability of any interval is normally distributed about a modal interval, when plotted on a logarithmic time-axis. Thus the complete interval distributions of neurones firing faster than 2.5/s can be described by two parameters – a modal interval, and a geometric standard deviation. This quantitative description of interval distributions proved equally applicable to neurones in all three cortical areas and was valid over the whole range of behavioural states examined. It does not usually hold when the discharge frequency of a neurone is lower than 2.5 action potentials per second. An acceptable fit for a log-normal curve can then only be obtained for intervals that are shorter than about ten times the modal interval. It is pointed out that mean frequency of discharge is a measure of neural activity which is a secondary parameter, since it is dependent upon both modal interval and geometric standard deviation. Our preliminary data show that the two parameters which define the best-fit log-normal curves can vary independently with the behavioural state of the animal in a way that suggests that they may be physiologically important.

This research purposes to evaluate internal marketing and internal service quality in Borobudur Temple, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko. The research method is descriptive and verificative. The data were acquired by utilizing questionnaires. Research respondents were employees at Candi Borobudur Tourism Park, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko, which amounted to 105 respondents. The data analysis techniques are employing multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS software version 19. The outcomes showed that simultaneously, internal marketing variables, employee recruitment, support system affect the quality of internal services. While the dimensions of motivation, communication, selection, development, and health of the working environment does not influence the quality of internal services. Based on the analysis outcomes acquired the value of f sig 0.00<0.05 that this indicates that internal marketing variables affect the quality of internal services. However, based on partial regression test, the quality of service is only influenced by recruitment dimension as shown on value sig 0,031<0,05 and support system dimension with value of sig 0,007<0,05. The dimensions of motivation, communication, selection, development, and occupational health of the work have not affected the quality of internal services this is indicated by the sig value of each dimension>0.05. This means that only the dimensions of recruitment and system support have been operative. If seen from the value r¬2. It was attained the value of 0.383. This means that the quality of internal services is only influenced by internal marketing of 38.3% while the rest of 61.7% affected by other factors.

The importance of maritime defense and State Diplomacy is faced with the problems that exist in Koarmada II, especially related to the maintenance of warship, especially related to the support of On Board Spare (OBS) spare parts. Problem solving solutions are needed, among others, the first is to streamline and streamline the operation degree so that it is right on target against the reemergence of potential threats to maritime defense and security, the second is to evaluate, record, record and record everything related to spare parts needs OBS warship which carries out operational tasks, and improves the professionalism of soldiers based on technology and information, as well as increasing the ability to observe and supervise up to the ability to take action against perpetrators of violations of sovereignty at sea. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative method, which examines how Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Decision Support System (DSS) using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis approach which originates from questionnaires. Data analysis was assisted by SmartPLS 2.0 software. The research samples were soldiers who served in Koarmada II based in Surabaya. The results showed that Supply Chain Management had a significant effect on Operational Readiness. These results indicate that Supply Chain Management has a positive and significant direct effect on Operational Readiness. Decision Support System has a significant effect on Operational Readiness. These results indicate that the Decision Support System has a positive and significant direct effect on Koarmada II Operational Readiness. Supply Chain Management and Decision Support System for Warship Spare Parts do not have a positive and significant direct effect on Koarmada II Operation Readiness.
