This paper is oriented to typical operation missions, started with the concept and connotation of precise support, divided the precise support into three parts, including operational mission system, support target system and support system, systematically analyzed the mutual relationships among the subsystems, used operational readiness and mission sustainability these two parameters of integrated logistics support to make quantitative description, then discussed the running mode and process of precise equipment support.

This study aims to identify the use of external support systems by counsellors located at the Council within the Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. Data for this research was collected using a case study. The case study included an interview of five (5) registered counsellors in Islamic Organization in Malaysia. This study was based on a qualitative approach and data were analyzed using N’Vivo 7.0. The data were developed into appropriate themes and sub-themes. The study revealed that the external support system (community support, peer counsellor, Islamic law and Islamic organization) should be applied to Muslim counsellors and Muslim converts. This research could be used as a guide for a counsellor to be more robust in providing guidance and counselling services to specific clients, such as, new Muslim converts. Keywords: system support; convert clients

With elaborating the research evolvement of equipment support resource verification, this paper demonstrated the significance of operational mission to this research. It decomposed Equipment Support System (ESS) into three subsystems: operational mission system, support object system and support resources system. According to the theories of Integrated Logistics Support, the overall parameter model was established to depict the relationship and impact mechanism of ESS’s components. Focusing on the key parameter: mean logistic delay time (MLDT), this paper proposed a transformation model to convert operational mission requirements to equipment support requirements.Transformation model can predict and ascertain all support resources needed to accomplish operational mission scientifically.

This research purposes to evaluate internal marketing and internal service quality in Borobudur Temple, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko. The research method is descriptive and verificative. The data were acquired by utilizing questionnaires. Research respondents were employees at Candi Borobudur Tourism Park, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko, which amounted to 105 respondents. The data analysis techniques are employing multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS software version 19. The outcomes showed that simultaneously, internal marketing variables, employee recruitment, support system affect the quality of internal services. While the dimensions of motivation, communication, selection, development, and health of the working environment does not influence the quality of internal services. Based on the analysis outcomes acquired the value of f sig 0.00<0.05 that this indicates that internal marketing variables affect the quality of internal services. However, based on partial regression test, the quality of service is only influenced by recruitment dimension as shown on value sig 0,031<0,05 and support system dimension with value of sig 0,007<0,05. The dimensions of motivation, communication, selection, development, and occupational health of the work have not affected the quality of internal services this is indicated by the sig value of each dimension>0.05. This means that only the dimensions of recruitment and system support have been operative. If seen from the value r¬2. It was attained the value of 0.383. This means that the quality of internal services is only influenced by internal marketing of 38.3% while the rest of 61.7% affected by other factors.

This study presents a method of cooperative systems, determining when support is necessary by understanding human intention. We focus on assembly and propose self-organized human information to extract human intention for use in system support. Such a system would realize provision of support without a strict model of the assembly target given in advance. This would enable support in cases where neither the assembly process, nor the final form of the completed task, is known to the system. First, a method of extracting human intention by observing human is presented. Next, a support system constructed for the assembly work cooperation is described. Experiments were conducted to evaluate and verify the effectiveness of the system. Results show that assembly support, extracted as human intention, is effective in improving performance and increasing friendliness.
