This article presents the design of the air conditioning system in the building. In the project, ice storage for cold source and electric boiler thermal storage for heat source are taken while variable primary flow is used for water system. Taking into account the functions of each part, all air and fan coil unit with fresh air system are applied in ventilation system. The design of air exhaust system is introduced. A detail scheme about the annual operational regulation for energy saving is proposed. During the designing process, energy conservation is given enough attention, and the reliability of operation is also ensured.

Due to energy reserves reduces gradually and uneven distribution, all countries pay more and more attention to energy saving and improve the effective utilization of energy, China also attaches great important to this. Energy saving of buildings is a necessary development trend. Air conditioning system as a large important part of building energy consumption has a huge energy-saving potential. This article mainly introduced the related strategies of energy saving in central air conditioning water system from the following three points of view: the water treatment, the cooling tower, and the variable frequency pump.

This paper introduces the components of central air-conditioning system and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control.Fuzzy control theory and inverter technology are combined to design the Energy-Saving Monitoring System based on the fuzzy control box of STM32F103C8T6,Siemens S7-200 PLC, ABB inverter as the hardware system and interfaces configuration of KingView as the software. Experimental results show that the water system can be variable flow controlled based on the dynamic load, central air-conditioning energy efficiency the COP has greatly improved under the premise of ensuring the comfort of central air-conditioning.

The article deals with analysis of the heat balance and temperature microclimate of indoor space of a four-storey building atrium. With regard to the anticipated thermal loads in all functionally connected rooms, investor made a request to verify the thermal stability of the atrium before the implementation stage. Atrium and adjacent rooms are a geometrically complicated inner space which cannot be solved by analytical methods to ensure the required temperature conditions in occupied zone. This led to the creation of a mathematical model of the atrium with the current project solution. The result of the simulation of the existing solutions is that there is not complied desired air temperature in the occupied zone. For this reason, it was developed optimization of existing variant. Optimization was performed in steps as changing temperature of the central air conditioning system, changing number of units and performance of local refrigeration air conditioning. The conclusion of this paper is to evaluate the thermal profiles of temperature stratification in the atrium area and request the required cooling performance of the ventilation system. The article attempts to use computer modelling as a tool for the placement and performance design of ventilation equipment.

Central air conditioning system with multi variable, nonlinear, time-varying, large time-delay characteristics using the traditional control strategy is difficult to control and good energy saving effect. For these features of central air conditioning system, self-adjustment fuzzy controller is studied based on the fuzzy controller. The simulation can be seen, the self-adjustment fuzzy controller has a faster response speed and smaller steady-state error, while there is a certain adaptive capacity. Its control performance is superior to conventional control strategies and conventional fuzzy controller. Central air-conditioning system uses the parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller strategy combined with inverter technology. According to load changes, central air conditioning water system can automatically real-timely control the pumps to ensure that the comfort of central air-conditioning provided a significant reduction in energy consumption.

Objective: Test the wind pipe dust and microorganism pollution status in the central air conditioning system of public buildings in the teaching area.Analysis of microbial pollution of the related factors.Methods:Sampling 6 functionally different area in the teaching building,using the microbiology analysis method on air conditioning system of blower tube surface dust pollution of microorganism detection,and the use of TiO2 photo catalyst purification mechanism on microbial contamination control.Results:on the basis of"centralized air ventilation system in public places sanitary specification",teaching areas of central air conditioning system of dust amount met the requirement basically.Bacterial concentrations generally beyond the standard,fungal concentration accords with the standard.The Method using TiO2 photo catalysis sterilization was proposed. Conclusion:Teaching of regional air conditioning pipe inner product dust weight is relatively large.Microbial pollution is serious.It is necessary that cleaning air conditioning system timely and using TiO2 Photocatalyst purification mechanism for killing air duct surface dust microorganism.

The primary mission of this design is the air conditioning design of a hotel in Guangzhou city. The calculation of cooling load & heat load, division of the air conditioning system and the determination of the scheme, the design of the duct and water system, and the design of the smoke prevention and extraction system are all included. According to the related standard and considering the energy saving and comfort requirements, the air conditioning system are determined through the economic and technological comparison. Primary return air system is used for open office area and dining hall; fan-coil units with fresh air system is adopted for the guest rooms of the hotel; and the VRV system is adopted for the large conference room. The new air in restaurant rooms and the large conference room is handled by full-heat type fresh air exchanger; new air in guest room is handled by air conditioning units.

An example of a central air-conditioning project of a rebuilt department store is described in this paper. The design of air system, water system, layout and operations for the air conditioning system is presented in this paper. The system is different form ordinary ones because the floor height is lower; so many special considerations must be taken during the design. In addition, the low cost and easy maintenance place an important role in the design. The operational result of the design is promising and it can be referenced by other designers.

Considering the central air conditioning system is highly susceptible to interferences from external environment, this paper established a dynamic mathematical model for chilled water system with the air conditioning area, fan coil unit and air conditioning area interference factors. Selection of chilled water system as a controlled object, designed the energy saving control system for central air-conditioning. The inputs of PID controller are deviation of actual temperature and setting temperature, and the change rate of the deviation; output is operation frequency of pump. Experiment shows that, PID control system in 90% time operating at a frequency of 10Hz-40Hz, average is 32.5Hz. Compared with no control system, the pump power consumption was reduced 33.9%.In conclusion, PID control in the central air conditioning system have a good energy saving effect.
