A control system is developed based on PC, which could collect real-time data and monitor the equipments state for assembly line. The software platform is C#. The technology of sensors, PLC, computer are integrated, and OPC technology is used based on the idea of configuration software to achieve an automatic monitoring system. The data of PLC can be exchanged through the database system integrated in PC. The complex calculation, friendly man-machine interface are achieved in the system. Through monitoring the equipment and environment on the shop floor on-line, the causes of the problems in automatic assembly line can be accurately analyzed in time to make a quick deal. The result shows that the PC-based monitoring system is easy to control, convenient to operate and low-cost to develop and run.

This paper describes the design of monitoring system for coal mine safety constructed by MSP430 and nRF24E1, which has described the structure of the system, working principle, and gives the hardware design of sensor nodes and the software design. This system is used for on-line monitoring of coal mine safety with the character of simple structure, low cost, low power consumption and so on, which will improve the level of monitoring production safety and reduce accident in the coal mine.

The truck scale is more and more applied on the weighing system. To seek illegal profits, many kinds of truck scale cheating method is found in the weighing system. To monitoring the truck scale cheating method, the truck scale cheating automatic monitoring system based on the GPRS is brought out in this paper. The truck scale cheating automatic monitoring system is designed. The monitoring system includes three parts: the monitoring terminal, the GPRS transmission module and the upper monitoring system. The truck scale measurement data of the sensors are collected by the monitoring terminal and sent to the upper monitoring system through the GPRS module. The experimental system is established on the pneumatic conveying system and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the automatic monitoring system can on-line monitor the truck scale cheating method and improves the security of the truck scale weighing system.

This remote on-line automatic monitoring system is designed based on WSN and GPRS Network, aiming at solving the present problems of low performance in field monitoring of reservoir water, forecasting sudden water pollution accidents, reporting important hydraulic process such as reservoir operation. The system is simulated laboratory water quality analysis process, and achieved long-time unattended reservoir water regimen remote on-line monitoring and optimized reservoir water resource management. By adopting embedded operating system μC/OSII, the system has the function of parallel processing of multi-tasks, including an electrochemical sensor control circuit of lifetime-prolong. The bus mode is introduced to management software design of receiving and analyzing unit. Buses that associated with each component of management software are well connected. All of the above make the overall structure reasonable and orderly.

With the development of the LED bulb assembly line, the demand of the production line monitoring system is getting higher and higher. A real-time LED bulb assembly line monitoring system based on the OPC technology and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software is established. The real-time data of the LED bulb assembly line is provided to achieve the function which concludes alarming, scheduling, showing and so on. LED bulb assembly line monitoring system provides the strong safeguard for the smooth operation of production line.

The on-line automatic monitoring system is self-developed for steel cord conveyor belt. It is based on weak-magnetic field constant nondestructive testing technologies and adopted the sensor array with horizontal and vertical transducers to fully guarantee the fault location accuracy and amplitude accuracy. The TCP and UDP network transport protocol is used in this system, which achieves the real-time communication, data saving and image reconstruction. Different feature fault signal of steel wire is extracted and identified automatically. So the quantitative detection and location detection are realized for various steel cord failures such as rope broken, rust corrosion, joint dislocation, crushed, tilt and so on.
