Vibration data acquisition has comprehensive applications such as machine monitoring, seismic data gathering. This paper presented a design of a vibration monitoring system based on an ICP acceleration sensor and a Cortex-M3 microcontroller. The sensor modulation circuit is illustrated in detail including the constant current source and filtering. An evaluation on the prototype is developed and the results show that our design can successfully monitor the vibration situations of interested objects.

Dynamic strain acquisition technology is becoming increasingly important in industrial production. Compared with the static strain acquisition technology,the dynamic stain acquisition technology provided a much wider range of frequencies from 0~100KHz which required a much more accurate data acquisition system. This paper proposed an accurate data acquisition system which included electric bridge、constant current source、signal amplifier and anti-aliasing filter. This system has largely suppressed noise and increased the performance of the dynamic strain acquisition.

Virtual instrument is a result of the computer combined with some instrument hardware, working for the instrumentation applications, it is one trend of the instrumentation development .This paper presents a design of a high-power and high-precision constant current source, studied three different electrical testing technologies based on constant current source and propose the principle of integrated the three electrical test technologies on a virtual instrument platform. A multi-function virtual instrument system based on LabView language, USB data acquisition card and a constant current source has been developed. This system has a high accuracy, high integration and a thecapability of further development etc..

The new pipe pressure sensor is a clamp-on ICP (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric) type dynamic pressure sensor, mainly for the clamp-on pressure testing of high pressure fuel pipe. In testing, the vibration of the fuel injection pumps and diesel engine will disturb the clamp-on pressure signals, resulting in one of the measured signal to noise ratio is low, the second is the test system, in particular the signal transmission have a significant impact. In response to these problems, designed a PCI data acquisition card building-in constant-current source and special low pass filter, and developed the corresponding data acquisition software based on C++ Builder. The bench and real vehicle testing show: the test system can better fit with the new type pressure sensor to obtain accurate clamp-on pressure signals.

Thermistor has a large temperature range, good stability and resistance to oxidation, which occupies an important position in the low-temperature measurement. This article describes new two-wire thermistor temperature measurement device using the Freescale MC9S12XS128 MCU with sampling capacitance. The device is composed of the MCU with its own A/D, MC9S12XS128 MCU, sampling capacitance, amplifier, boosted circuit, data acquisition and processing system, constant current source, etc. Using constant current source and 16-bit A/D converter designs the temperature measurement circuit, it can eliminate the effect from the conductor resistances in the traditional two-wire resistance temperature measurement system and reduce the measurement error which conductor resistances bring. The method is simple, practical, with high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics.
