Research on frequent resource conflict in project-driven enterprises to establish the evaluation index system by integrating multiple evaluation rules of project activities, and evaluate two or more activities or tasks in the resource conflict by the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method, in which the one that has the highest evaluation value will be given priority to use the resource. The use of specific examples shows that it is practicable to tackle with the resource conflict of the enterprise.

With the aim to improve the controlling efficiency of engineering project, this essay probes into the comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project and put forward scientific comprehensive evaluation method to provide support to reasonable comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project. Complete comprehensive evaluation index system of controlling efficiency of engineering project is constructed from three aspects, i.e. implementation efficiency of construction objective, external coordination efficiency and professional qualification enhancement efficiency; based on matter-element analytical method, mathematic model that could evaluate controlling efficiency of engineering project comprehensively is constructed.

The implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy is an important component to measure its comprehensive benefits. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to evaluate objectively its implemented performance of patent strategy. From the perspective of sustainable development, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily a comprehensive evaluation index system of the implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy which is composed of a set of 21 indexes on the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the constitution of evaluation index system should obey a series of basic principles of objectivity, systematization, science and conciseness and the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor and multi-layer. Therefore, it is effective and feasible to select the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.

Highway collapse hazard is the combined result of many factors. Based on the formation mechanism of the road collapse hazard and main the factors, they are selected from three aspects of risk assessments master factor: the regional geological structure, slope characteristics, and regional environmental characteristics, also ultimately select the spacing of the joints, slope lithology, slope structure, slope height, slope gradient, rainfall (rainfall in 24 hours to ≥ 25mm of days), the vegetation coverage degree and earthquake strong eight main control factors, above all these factors, they established a road collapse hazard evaluation index system. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it establishes a road collapse hazard evaluation model. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the evaluation index system of layers in index weight values. Risk index is based on the evaluation criteria. Finally, an empirical study of two highway projects instances.

On the one hand, resource-based cities have played a great role to the economic growth of our country. On the other hand, they have also caused great destruction to China's economic development. The sustainable development evaluation of resource-based cities is a new topic, and its theory and method system remain to be discussed. Taking Pingdingshan City , Henan Province as an example, this paper discusses the evaluation method of sustainable development of resource-based cities. Combining the methods of scientific and practical, typical and comparable, dynamic and operable, comprehensive and hierarchical, taking AHP comprehensive evaluation as the foundation, from resource support ability, environment support ability, social support ability, and economic support ability, this evaluation method choose 47 index to evaluate the sustainable development of resource-based cities. The comprehensive evaluation index system of this paper strives to comprehensive reflect the process of sustainable development of resource-based cities, and hopes to provide some reference for policy making for the sustainable development of resource-based cities.

Based on the comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system, composed of port resources, tourism resources, fishery resources, space and other resources,was established to evaluate the influence of the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources.The evaluation standard about the influence of the intensive using the sea on marine resources was founded.The comprehensive influence of theintensive using the sea in Caofeidian area on marine resources was evaluated.The results showed that the intensive using the sea in Caofeidian has an certain effect on marine resources and the influence degree is still in the acceptable range.The sea in Caofeidian can be appropriately used for the intensive using the sea. But in comparison,the influence of the intensive using the sea in implementing process is greater than that after the completion of the intensive using the sea. There is difference in the infulence of intensive using the sea on marine resources.The infulence degree on fishery reources is the greatest and reaches unacceptable leve,follwed by the spatial resources.The influence on the port and channel resources and the tourism resources is smaller.

With the development of sports, sports e-government platform applications more widely. A number of schemes on how to e-government platform of sports to make decisions, to choose the most appropriate solution is always facing the problem for policy makers. This paper uses linear weighted comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of the program. First, based on the former research results, construct the evaluation index system and weight; Then, follow the steps for solving a mathematical model, including a single index evaluation, the first level indexes and the total target evaluation; Finally, based on a mathematical model three programs to evaluate e-government platform, to choose the optimal scheme. The results show that the research method has clear ideas, the calculation is simple, easy to operate, objective results and other characteristics.

Under the background of international trade and economic globalization, shipping enterprise which provide ocean shipping service undertake most cargo transportation globally plays a very important role today. Ships navigation is the basic operating method of shipping enterprise, ship crew is undoubted a key factor. Due to the specificity of ocean shipping industry, work specification greatly different from onshore staff, therefore, crew qualification evaluation is a challenge. This article based on the characteristics of shipping enterprise, specifically study on comprehensive evaluation index system for crew qualification, adopted multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain each index weight and corresponding values, proved effectiveness of model through appraisal of crew in a shipping enterprise. The model designed comprehensive crew qualification evaluation index system, it provides reference for crew performance assessment and further improved crew human resources management and career planning.
