In order to realize the control and management system of LED bulb assembly line that can exchange and analyze real-time information of production line, first, a monitoring system based on WinCC was built; it can be used not only in on-line real-time monitoring but also in analyzing and diagnosing line’s trouble. Second, we used Matlab as the data processing platform, exchanged data by OPC technology, combined Matlab’s powerful calculate ability with power of WinCC real-time collect data, so the dynamic data exchange between Matlab and WinCC can be realized .In the end , BPNN was used to relate test results of LED Bulb to machine’s running parameters by learning data from host computer. In this way, parameters of machines can be adjusted in real-time and qualified products' rate can be improved.

The capability of recognizing human facial expression plays an important role in advanced human-robot interaction development. Through recognizing facial expressions, a robot can interact with a user in a more natural and friendly manner. In this paper, we proposed a facial expression recognition system based on an embedded image processing platform to classify different facial expressions on-line in real time. A low-cost embedded vision system has been designed and realized for robotic applications using a CMOS image sensor and digital signal processor (DSP). The current design acquires thirty 640x480 image frames per second (30 fps). The proposed emotion recognition algorithm has been successfully implemented on the real-time vision system. Experimental results on a pet robot show that the robot can interact with a person in a responding manner. The developed image processing platform is effective for accelerating the recognition speed to 25 recognitions per second with an average on-line recognition rate of 74.4% for five facial expressions.

In this paper, intelligent laboratory management system terminal are implemented based on embedded ARM system. The system is composed of ARM applications terminal and network server accessing to Internet, which provides intelligent access control, fire alarm, automatic attendance, video surveillance and voice intercom functions. And also the approval of intelligent online booking, real-time information bulletin features can be achieved. For laboratory personnel management, the system provides a good solution of identification and appointment approval, real-time monitoring, information management background. This paper describes functions of system terminals, focuses on terminal software solutions and key technologies. The terminal is implemented on the S3C2440 processor device and applied to practical engineering, proves the correctness and reliability of the program.

The submitting of OPC (OLE for Process Control) has promoted the progress of the data collection in process control and industrial automation, and formulated the industry standard for the process real-time data exchange. Aiming at the key problem of ensuring the use of application program as OPC client to link multi-remote OPC server and real-time collect process data in control system, OPC technology and the connection and access technology of multi-remote OPC server were introduced and analyzed in detail. This method has been successfully applied to develop the DCS I/O communication and control loop error test software, and provided better performance.

With the development of the LED bulb assembly line, the demand of the production line monitoring system is getting higher and higher. A real-time LED bulb assembly line monitoring system based on the OPC technology and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software is established. The real-time data of the LED bulb assembly line is provided to achieve the function which concludes alarming, scheduling, showing and so on. LED bulb assembly line monitoring system provides the strong safeguard for the smooth operation of production line.

A design thought about power load control and management system is presented. This thought realized the bidirectional data transmission between master stations and acquisition terminals by GSM/GPRS, it saved investment, shorten the development cycle. The system’s structure and main functions were introduced. Discussed high precision and real-time measuring hardware and software design thought about electric parameters in acquisition terminal such as AC voltage, AC current, active power, reactive power and etc. Using equal interval sampling method and interrupt technology in hardware design, reduced synchronization error and improved real-time performance. Using DFT algorithm and several effective data processing methods in software design, enhanced filtering ability, reduced calculation workload and calculation error. This system obtained the national patent, passed the comprehensive test and practical application. This indicates that the design thought about power load control and management system is advanced and related technology is effective.

A control system is developed based on PC, which could collect real-time data and monitor the equipments state for assembly line. The software platform is C#. The technology of sensors, PLC, computer are integrated, and OPC technology is used based on the idea of configuration software to achieve an automatic monitoring system. The data of PLC can be exchanged through the database system integrated in PC. The complex calculation, friendly man-machine interface are achieved in the system. Through monitoring the equipment and environment on the shop floor on-line, the causes of the problems in automatic assembly line can be accurately analyzed in time to make a quick deal. The result shows that the PC-based monitoring system is easy to control, convenient to operate and low-cost to develop and run.
