Aiming to improve current miner location system in underground mine, we design a Zigbee wireless network to locate miner and transmit location information.This system using wireless location engine CC2431 chip and RSSI location algorithm can collect mine gas information and analyse data, which has a good reliable and real-time characteristics. Accurate information would be provided to rescue team timely.

In the ocean, due to the non-ideal channel environment, it is difficult to locate the position of the vessel in the sea quickly and exactly. In order to improve the location accuracy of accident vessel in the ocean, one method is to analyze the main cause of the different kinds of the measurement errors to find their solutions to decrease the errors. The subject that Kalman filtering technology is applied in wireless location system is researched in this paper, which can reduce the measurement error and greatly improve the location accuracy.

With the rapid development of wireless communication and wireless sensor network, there are a large number of application requirements of indoor positioning service, so it is very significant to the study of indoor positioning technology. The paper studied the indoor real-time location technology of ZigBee and designed the real-time positioning system, which included gateway, reference node, and blind node, monitoring software of computer and RSSI location algorithm. STM32 was used to control the gateway, which was integrated with ZigBee module and WiFi module. Reference node and blind node were communicated through CC2530.Monitoring system calculated the blind nodes’ coordinate based on the improved three edge location algorithm. Using computer simulate it, the results show that this method has low consumption, the characteristics of high precision, and has certain practical value.

Position detection method is applied in industrial production. Some of these methods can ensure positioning accuracy but poor ability to resist pollution, some lower cost but positioning is not accurate. In this paper, we study the Gray bus location system can be used in linear or circular displacement detection. Gray bus location system has a precise location. Its ability to resist pollution is strong, waterproof. Gray bus location system detecting the unloading cars real time location, then, let the signal of real-time location transmitted to MCU.MCU converts the signal into switch signal to control the discharging car running. Through Gray bus position detection device and control system to work together, can realize the unloading car walk smoothly, the stop position accurately.

The equipment, called detection platform of the cylinders, is used for detecting cylinders so that cylinders can be at ease use. In order to transmit the real-time detection data to PC for further processing, the platform should be connected with PC. Cable connection, in some production and environmental conditions, is limited. Under the circumstance, building wireless network is the better choice. Through comparative studying, ZigBee is chosen to be the technology for building wireless network. ZigBee chip and ZigBee2006 protocol stack are the core components in the ZigBee nodes.
