After years of digital campus information construction, the school has been set up covering the operation, management, monitoring, application system. Between each application system need to standardize the data exchange services. Data exchange platform construction of university digital campus management system is the realization of system integration, the key measure to solve the problem of data sharing and exchange, is also necessary to promote and realize the resource integration and application integration infrastructure.

This paper described two kinds types of enterprise application integration based on coordinated decision centra:within the enterprise application and inter-enterprise enterprises application integration. To implement these two kinds of application system integration, the framework and the main functions of the integration platform for e-commerce environment was presented in the paper, the integration techniques by CORBA encapsulating within the enterprise and the data exchange techniques using XML between enterprises were proposed. With this supply chain application integration platform, the main business processes for supply chain management and other enterprise applications can be integrated selflessly through suitable procedures to apply supply chain integrative management in multiple enterprises.

The digital campus project has become an important part of the campus information construction. This paper proposes a realization plan of information platform of deep development and utilization for digital campus based on Web Services and SOA on the analysis of problems of digital campus construction. It introduces the platform based on SOA and the realization of data exchange platform facing Web, and provides the example for service encapsulation. The whole plan with good encapsulation, expansibility and loose coupling solves the problem of utilization and sharing of campus resources.

We design a data exchange platform with the joint topology , based on data exchange and file encryption technology of messaging middleware and integration middleware, after analyzing the requirements on how to exchange information of different application systems in different security domains. The platform achieves the purpose of exchanging information securely between different application systems and different security domains , in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards.

Inspired by the potential of Information and Communication Technologies, henceforth ICTs, for socio-economic development, and supported by a university based technology and business incubator, Rural Production Company, henceforth RPC, was set up in 2007 employing an ICT-mediated distributed production model. This paper reveals how RPC, initially an exploratory project whose key innovation was its Internet kiosk-facilitated model of crafts production and local empowerment, morphed into a social enterprise catering to global demands. The context of innovation provided by the Incubator led to a transformation of an ICT4D (ICT for Development) project into a business venture through the practice of formal and informal questioning at every stage of its implementation. This paper focuses on the iterative method adopted while highlighting the role of the incubator in the overall design and development process of the enterprise. This paper is a reflexive mapping of the organization’s evolution from the original research agenda of outsourcing production cum rural employment, to one that privileges local networks both as a conscious business strategy and as an arena for collaborative change for human development.

For integration of two business functions or two business systems it is necessary to connect their business processes with application support and data exchange. Processes appertaining to one application system create data which will be used by another application system. First, and the key reason for the integration of business systems’ applications, are user business needs for business processes and information flow, and changes in business processes occurring during business transactions. The next integration reason is related to the technological differences by means of which applications are constructed. Integration should be carried out to connect technologically different applications. Because of process complexity which includes breakdown of the existing business processes and applications, business processes change on the basis of business needs and user requirements, modeling of such processes, and new applications and their connection, it is necessary to shape methodological framework. The use of this framework should result in the successful completion of EAI projects.
