Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is first introduced, and then the software architecture and development methods of information systems based on SOA are designed. Finally, the architecture and development methods are implemented in an enterprise information system, which can not only exchange and process a variety of information but also achieve real-time perception of information. The practice of the information system proves that systems based on SOA are of high reliability and security, good maintenance and expandability.

Radio frequency identification(RFID) is high technology, which can rapidly and real-timely acquisition information and accurately deal with information. And it has broad application prospects in retail, logistics, transport and other fields. Service oriented architecture(SOA) is a service-oriented architecture, which is used to design and realize the loose coupling software. For the existing shortcomings of current enterprise information system integration, the RFID technology and SOA are introduced into system integration in order to propose a new enterprise information system integration scheme in this paper. In the proposed system integration scheme, the middleware uses the business documents as the carrier of data exchange among other enterprise application systems, and the data stream technology is used to filter and package RFID data. The rule parsing technology is used to control the business processes. The SOA is used to realize the loose coupling and integration of RFID data event and application system, and deal with the configuration of the components. At the same time, .NET Remoting technology is used to realize the distribution architecture of middleware in order to ensure the deployment flexibility of middleware. The applied cases of a demonstrative application system, blood management and traceability system are used to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed integration scheme. The enterprise information system integration scheme provides an effective solution for system integration between different enterprises or internal enterprises. It can solve the compatibility between different application systems, and takes on the higher service efficiency, less CPU average occupation and better average response time. This study provides a stable and effective solution for information sharing between enterprises, improves the work efficiency and reduces the whole work management capital, and continuously improves the informatization level of the enterprises.

The article considers the problem of damage evaluation in case of failure of the information system. There have been analyzed the practical methods of assessing damage. It has been stated that the methods can reveal the dependence of the damage on the downtime of the information system, but they are unable to evaluate reputation, administrative or any other consequences. An algorithm is proposed by which specialists can conduct a comparative assessment of damage in case of failure of various information systems using expert information. Applying the proposed algorithm to different information systems, it is possible to determine the most critical systems and, on this basis, effectively plan operational impacts to increase the level of service availability.

Ontologies at the present time are generally rich data models. The interoperating information system engineering paradigm Service-Oriented Architecture recognizes that the key issue in interoperating information systems is the actions performed by these systems, not so much the data. Further, the organizationally heterogeneous nature of these interoperating systems means that the individual object is difficult to characterize by classes. This chapter investigates the problems raised by giving priority in ontology representation to individuals and actions over classes, outlining a number of significant research questions in representation languages for ontologies.

Enterprise information system is based on the condition of the computer network technology information platform. It has an important value for enterprises to enhance its brand influence, enhance customer management, promote the development of e-commerce processes, promote enterprise management level, adapt to the current situation of information and other aspects of economic development. There are some problems in the current enterprise information system construction. The current information system should make scientific plan, expand information systems development space, play a catalytic role in the government promote, emphasis on information security, strengthen of human resources and team building starting implementation of enterprise information systems building strategy.

Abstract. Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University Library is one of the supporting units in academic activities. Currently the library has been using information systems to improve services to users and increase the effectiveness of business processes, in terms of dealing with the circulation of books. There are facts that the search of library book collection has not been optimal and there has not been a history facility for borrowing books by the users. Those problems can be solved by the use of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), which integrates web service on android. The results of this study are android-based applications that implement Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using web services to integrate the academic information system, library information system and employee information system. So that the exchange of data and information can run more easily and quickly. Keywords: Service Oriented Architecture, Android, Web Service, Book Collection, Library  Abstrak.

At the present time the implementation of building projects is impossible without using information technology. This process can be divided into 4 stages: 1) planning and constructing, 2) getting permissions, 3) building preparations, and 4) building peformance. Roughly speaking, decomposition of building activities includes two main spheres: technical and economic. Building enterprise information systems are open dynamic systems. They consist of active elements connected by material supply quantities. They also include elements showing their relations to the environment and to the client. When arranging this system, one must have in mind that the implementation of a building order should follow contract agreements with the aim of getting profit. Therefore all the deviations from guiding quantities should be avoided by compensating them. A developed building enterprise information system implies this regulating property. In this case, it is referred as cybernetic system. Contrary to the building site information systems oriented to the present time, the novelty of the new decomposition consists in that it does not deal with a pure control system and a model possessing partial systems, but with a building enterprise information system developed following modern methods of building enterprise as well as economic sciences and intended for achieving completeness and transparency. It ensures a reliable information pertaining to an important building process and permits to make timely decisions.
