The group eigenvalue method and extension set theory were used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree for the public transportion. Analyzing the factors that influence the satisfaction degree of public transportion, it puts forward the evaluation index system of satisfaction degree. In order to determine effectively the satisfaction degree, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight, and the matter element model of satisfaction degree for public transportion was constructed. Finally, the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

Analyzing the factors that influence the service level of bus traffic, it puts forward the evaluation index system of service level. In order to evaluate the service level for bus traffic, on the basis of defining remark grade, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight. Then, the scientific and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

In view of the increasing number of power grid reserve projects, how to reasonably evaluate power grid reserve projects and formulate power grid reserve project management mechanisms is of great significance for improving project management levels, optimizing resource allocation, and realizing the sustainable development of power grid enterprises. This paper proposes an evaluation method for power grid reserve projects based on the matter-element model. First, considering the influence factors of technology, economy, environment, etc., this paper constructs an evaluation index system for reserve projects considering policy, safety, and benefits; The method of weighting determines the index weight, and evaluates the project in combination with the matter-element model, laying a foundation for the research of the project reserve mechanism, and finally uses examples to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Aiming at masonry structure housing, establish the structure reliability evaluation index system. Subsidiary factors index dimensionless processing, the traditional matter-element model is analyzed, and based on this, the article puts forward an improved correlation functions, establish correlation function of the correlation factors of the index layer. Consider the weight coefficients of members,gave the extension index,combining analysis of the structural member reliability and extension comprehensive evaluation of the integral structural reliability, establish the masonry structure housing reliability assessment method framework. And prove the feasibility of this method through engineering examples.

Selection of material supplier is important to international construction project management, and can bring impacts on the project's quality, schedule and cost. Considering the features of international construction projects, we built a selection decision-making evaluation index system. Triangular fuzzy AHP (Analysis of Hierarchy Process) method was used to calculate the weights of evaluation index. Using the medium value of triangular fuzzy number, a simple and convenient method was developed to test the consistency of judgment matrix. Base on calculating the weights of evaluation index, a fuzzy matter-element model was proposed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation values. Taking the selection of cement suppliers of the Congo (Brazzaville) National Road One Second Project as an example, the Euclid closeness of alternative suppliers was calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of transformer condition evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation system for transformer noise is constructed according to the mechanism of transformer noise generation and propagation. Using matter-element theory and AHP, a state analysis method for transformer noise evaluation based on AHP matter-element model is proposed. The case analysis proves that the method is feasible for non-contact evaluation of transformer faults, and can accurately evaluate the state of the transformer, providing guidance for the operation and maintenance of the transformer.

Based on the characteristics of green appliances, the green degree evaluation index system is established from environment,resources,energy,economic,technology and society six areas. Fuzzy-EAHP applies the extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) to determine index weight of different levels. EAHP, which is more accurate and more objective than the traditional AHP, can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with the extension interval number. Building the Mathematical model of three-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first process comprehensive evaluation result is as input data of the latter process. In order to assess the standardization of safety accurately and objectively, this paper establishes the safety evaluation index system for the building construction according to engineering experience. The weight of each index is decided reasonably by the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on extension theory, the evaluation matter —element model for evaluation of construction safety is established, and the extensional evaluation method with correlative functions is put forward. Thus, construction safety is systematically evaluated. Finally it verified by project example, the result proves its feasibility.

With the continuous development of economic globalization and information network, the intercultural communication people from different regions and cultural backgrounds are widespread. For the problems in intercultural personnel training and evaluation, this paper uses linear comprehensive evaluation method to conduct the study based on evaluation index system. First, building an evaluation mathematical model, and the evaluation could be divided into three steps according to solving process; then, creating the index weight vectors, which includes one-level index weight vector and six two-level index weight vectors; finally, comprehensive evaluation case study should be carried on according to solving steps, so you can get evaluation findings. The advantages of the method presented in this paper is that the interaction between each evaluation index obtains linear compensation, so it ensures the fairness of the comprehensive evaluation and plays an important role in promoting intercultural communication and personnel training.

Abstract With the increasing complexity of power system grid structure and development environment, the dimensions and factors that need to be considered in the power grid statu analysis also become complex. It is necessary to judge the aspects of power grid that need to be improved through the analysis results. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of power grid, including safety reliability, operation efficiency, operation margin of power grid, power grid structure and equipment level. Based on the index system, an evaluation model combining matter-element model and entropy weight method is proposed. Matter element model can not only quantitatively judge the development level of power grid, but also find out the weakness of power grid and put forward the direction of its improvement. Finally, a case study is proposed to show that the matter element model analysis in power grid comprehensive evaluation is feasible and has a good evaluation accuracy.

This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain regions emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
