The group eigenvalue method and fuzzy mathematics knowledge is used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the service level for bus traffic. Analyzing the factors that influence the service level of bus traffic, it puts forward the evaluation index system of service level. In order to evaluate the service level for bus traffic, on the basis of defining remark grade, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight. Then, the scientific and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

The group eigenvalue method and extension set theory were used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree for the public transportion. Analyzing the factors that influence the satisfaction degree of public transportion, it puts forward the evaluation index system of satisfaction degree. In order to determine effectively the satisfaction degree, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight, and the matter element model of satisfaction degree for public transportion was constructed. Finally, the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of this paper, designed to evaluate English teachers’ quality to provide a scientific approach is bound to raise the level of English teachers, deepen education reform has played a positive role in promoting.

Hoisting machinery belongs to special machinery equipment and is gradually developing towards advanced technologies such as lightweight, energy conservation and safety reliability. Therefore objective evaluation for safety circumstances of bridge crane has major engineering significance. The fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation model has been established by fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. In addition, application of the fuzzy-AHP method in bridge crane safety evaluation has been discussed. Firstly, the safety evaluation index system is established according to working environment, manufacturing technology and service condition of bridge crane. Secondly, weight coefficient is determined by AHP method and single stage fuzzy evaluation is processed. Based on this result, multi stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted. Finally, the safety grade of bridge crane is obtained. Besides, fatigue test of relevant main girder model is conducted and the accuracy of safety evaluation based on the fuzzy-AHP method is verified through test results.

Based on the characteristics of green appliances, the green degree evaluation index system is established from environment,resources,energy,economic,technology and society six areas. Fuzzy-EAHP applies the extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) to determine index weight of different levels. EAHP, which is more accurate and more objective than the traditional AHP, can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with the extension interval number. Building the Mathematical model of three-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first process comprehensive evaluation result is as input data of the latter process. As an important component of urban construction, the development of the community is of great significance to the sustainable construction of the entire society. The previous studies mainly focused on quantitative research and were limited by the data collectability, affecting the scientificity of the index system. Therefore, based on the theory of sustainable development, through the review of previous literature, combined with relevant experts' opinions and community development goals and other factors, a qualitative evaluation index system for community sustainable development capacity was established. The ANP (analytic network process) method is mainly used to determine the weight of each indicator, and FCE (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation) is proposed to determine every indicator’s membership. Then the hybrid fuzzy evaluation is promoted to evaluate the selected community as the empirical study. In this paper, the indicator selection is not limited by objective factors, and the evaluation system is more accurate; the application of ANP method makes the results of weight more scientific; meanwhile, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be suitable for solving various nondeterministic problems. This study transforms qualitative research into quantitative research; it provides an effective evaluation method for local managers and decision makers to carry out community sustainable construction.

With the continuous development of economic globalization and information network, the intercultural communication people from different regions and cultural backgrounds are widespread. For the problems in intercultural personnel training and evaluation, this paper uses linear comprehensive evaluation method to conduct the study based on evaluation index system. First, building an evaluation mathematical model, and the evaluation could be divided into three steps according to solving process; then, creating the index weight vectors, which includes one-level index weight vector and six two-level index weight vectors; finally, comprehensive evaluation case study should be carried on according to solving steps, so you can get evaluation findings. The advantages of the method presented in this paper is that the interaction between each evaluation index obtains linear compensation, so it ensures the fairness of the comprehensive evaluation and plays an important role in promoting intercultural communication and personnel training.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.
