The beam of embroidery machine vibrates more intensely and breakage rate goes higher when the spindle rotates at 850rpm and then the quality of product reduces drastically. One high-speed computerized embroidery machine with 20 heads manufactured by a company in Jiangmen was studied for the problem mentioned above. Dynamic performance analysis was conducted to the beam by analytical experiment and computation based on FEM through ANSYS. One improvement solution was proposed and theoretical verification to the optimized beam was processed. It provides a reference for the improvement on embroiderys structure and the development of new model in the future.

In order to meet high-speed machining center’s overall performance requirements, there are four different worktable structures established in SolidWorks, and they are carried out static analysis in ANSYS Workbench to calculate their static stiffness, so that find out the best structure. In meeting the worktable stiffness, the best structure is optimized in ANSYS Workbench, then the worktable’s quality reduces 8.43% in the original foundation and the cost also decreases, which is a basis for worktable’s dynamic performance analysis.

Based on the rheological mechanism of magnetorheological fluid,we can design a kind of magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves,which used the Plug-in structure.It is shows that, through the static and dynamic performance analysis of the valves,the magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves not only has the good static, dynamic characteristics, compare to magnetorheological plug-mounted speed switch valve with traditional hydraulic, and with high speed of response, high stability, etc . It is an easy to achieve automatic control and intelligent control of the hydraulic components.
