The SCM controller is a special digital controller PID control system, for example to achieve the simulation of the control system are established SCM control system simulation model based on the operating characteristics of the single-chip controller in the Matlab environment. Single chip computer controller is a peculiar digital controller. Based on the characteristics of single chip computer controller, the simulation model of single chip computer control system in Matlab is established. The simulation of single chip computer control system is realized by taking the example of PID control system.

Abstract This paper introduces an innovation design of flow control system for hydraulic elevators with car speed feedback. By measuring pulse signal emitted by photoelectric encoder mounted on the elevator car, a single-chip computer controls the electrohydraulic proportional integrated flow valve, then drives the elevator car by a hydraulic cylinder. With this set of single-chip computer control system, good speed performance of the elevator can be achieved. Furthermore, it has strong robustness against the disturbance of oil temperature variation, mechanical friction and other disturbance factors. In order to obtain better ride comfort and soft start of the elevator, PID control algorithm is also proposed. Some mathematical models both for static and dynamic states have been established, consequently simulation results are found to be in close agreement with the experimental results.

Hydraulic descaling system is the key device to ensure the surface quality of billet. However, traditional control methods lead to the stability problem in hydraulic descaling system. To solve the problem, the construction of the hydraulic descaling computer control system is studied, the working principle of the system is analyzed, and the high pressure water bench of hydraulic descaling is designed. Based on it, the corresponding computer control software is developed. The application shows that the designed system is stable in practice, which is helpful for enterprise production.

Outlines the problems and self-questioning facing the process control engineer when deciding to replace the computer control system which he has found difficult to justify over the last decade. Should he return to conventional analogue instrumentation or choose a microprocessor based control system? Having highlighted in his mind the problems with his computer based system, has he missed the majority of the advantages which a digital system brings? Does he realise that a major manufacturer has been acutely aware of his problems and has sought to eliminate them with the design of any new system? Can his faith be restored?
