For real-time data management needs of multiple components, sets and workshops hydraulic experimental platforms, a new distributed system of real-time monitoring and data management based on LabVIEW was developed, by solving following key technologies: hydraulic data real-time monitoring and acquisition at remote distance, data management and reappearance, fault diagnosis expert system in test process. Through the experiment, monitoring in real-time and the operability of data management are confirmed.

This develops the roadheader vibration characteristics test system according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the cantilevered roadheader. Using the piezoelectric acceleration sensor detects vibration signal, and passing by signal processing and A/D conversion, vibration signals are sent to the PC with wireless transmission mode, vibration signals detected by the LabVIEW is realized real-time data acquisition, time-frequency analysis and digital processing. Based on this system testing results can effectively master roadheader operation state, identify the vibration characteristics, look for vibration source and put forward reasonable damping vibration measure, which provide the basis for roadheader in the best running condition. The development of roadheader vibration detection system uses the method that combines theory and simulation experiment , which realizes the real-time detection of roadheader vibration behavior, rational signal analysis of roadheader vibration and accurate processing of data results, it provides an important method to ensure the reliability of roadheader.

The online business era causes the form of transactions to occur so quickly that the information stored in the data warehouse becomes invalid. Companies are required to have a strong system, which is a system that is real time in order to be able to perform data loading into the media repository that resides on different hosts in the near-real time. Data Warehouse is used as a media repository of data that has the nature of subject-oriented, integrated, time-variant, and is fixed. Data Warehouse can be built into real time management with the advantages possessed and utilize Change Data Capture. Change Data Capture (CDC) is a technique that can be used as problem solution to build real time data warehousing (RTDW). The binary log approach in change data capture is made to record any data manipulation activity that occurs at the OLTP level and is managed back before being stored into the Data Warehouse (loading process). This can improve the quality of data management so that the creation of the right information, because the information available is always updated. Testing shows that Binary Log approach in Change Data Capture (BinlogCDC) is able to generate real time data management, valid current information, dynamic communication between systems, and data management without losing any information from data manipulation.

Acquiring instant information and sharing massive data are indispensable elements in social informatization. Real-time monitoring is realized with the support of computer and communication technologies. The monitoring facilities which are controlled by communication network terminal computers would collect and transfer data according to established procedures or real-time instructions. That is, data could be acquired under all weather and no duty conditions. Then the acquired massive data could be widely shared by issuing on Internet Web. This whole procedure is called real-time monitoring. Demonstration station for real-time monitoring and prewarning is just used to issue monitoring instructions, collect and transfer real-time data through GPRS wireless network between local monitoring stations and central station on the basis of computer and modern communication technologies. So the monitoring data elements could be gathered on central station server computer through communication network, and then be Web published and shared through the connection of central station sever computer and the Internet. Thus, informatization for landslides monitoring could be realized, and information could be optimally utilized. The geologic hazard monitoring and prewarning demonstration station in Wushan County was a good example of real-time monitoring and data Web sharing for landslides, which has greatly improved the level of geologic hazard monitoring and prewarning in China.
